Amazing shop Saturday afternoon my wife just brought our second son into our lives and I have to say I will be back to purchase flowers for her on Valentine’s Day, her birthday, our anniversary. Negative experience: My daughters from Toronto came to visit their aunt who is at SMGH and I recommended Cameron’s as that’s been our go-to for over 25 years. They purchased an assortment of flowers , with some difficulty but for approximately $60. They then asked for a vase to put the bouquet in and when they asked the team member to put the bouquet in the vase, she refused. After some discussion with the team member, they ended up leaving the store and going across the street where the pop -up flower vendor more than happily accommodated their need to have this all put together into something presentable. It was around 4:30 so maybe the staff was in a rush to close up. So disappointing given Cameron’s reputation in KW

Fantastic experience: My mother and I had visited 4 flower shops prior to Cameron's for my wedding bouquet and boutonnieres. Each shop did not seem really excited, fell flat and offered no help when building the bouquet and trying to help me envision what I was looking for. I showed up to Cameron's because they do work for my work (Henry Walser Funeral Home) and I was greeted happily when walking in. I believe we worked with a lady also named Madison. She was wonderful and a huge help. She asked lots of questions, helped me build my bouquet in front of my eyes. I was sad when we couldn't do peonies because my wedding was JUST after the bloom season, but they offered the garden rose which looks very similar and they reassured me as such. Bridgette was diligent when it came to payment and was very transparent about everything. There was ONE small hiccup - I had gone to make my second payment on a date that was set by Cameron's. When I had called to make the payment, the other lady on the end said she was unable to take it because they like the person who is handling the order to take the payment... yet she wasn't working that day AND this was the day that my payment was due? She was a little snarky but I digress. I called the next day to speak with Bridgette, make my payment and explain what happened the day before. She was a little shocked and told me everyone should be able to take a payment and I shouldn't have been turned away. She apologized profusely and said she would talk to the lady that spoke with me the day before. Problem solved! Come my wedding day, my mother and family went to pick up the flowers. When they came home with the flowers, I had noticed that my bouquet was full of peonies. I cried. I was so overjoyed. My mom told me that they knew how much the peonies meant to me and that with the late bloom this year, it was able to be pulled off. I had received so many compliments on my arrangement!!! I am so incredibly impressed with the attention to detail, the KINDNESS and enthusiasm that Cameron's Flowers showed me and how they have gone above and beyond. I am so happy I went with Cameron's and I will be recommending their work going forward! Happy Summer to the Cameron's crew! :)

Fantastic experience: My mom and I enjoyed a perfect mother/daughter night at Cameron's wreath making workshop. After enjoying dinner in beautiful Belmont, we were thrilled to flex our creative brains over these lush, live wreaths with a bounty of different accents to play with. Expert guidance to help us acheive the look we wanted! Super fun! Highly recommended.

Negative experience: The flowers at this store are beautiful but the customer service was awful. I called to place an order and the phone call was rushed and the employee had no patience whatsoever. I came to pick up the bouquet and it looked horrible, she got rid of some of the greenery and re-wrapped but it still looked cheap nothing close to $40. I found a pre-arranged bouquet that looked much better than the other bouquet so I asked for that instead. She said that they can swap them but at the same price if the original bouquet, so overall I had to pay extra for the “re-wrapping” of a bouquet that I wasn’t even buying. The name on the receipt is Linds, I wish I had a better experience since I’ve heard great things but unfortunately I will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Recently Cameron's very generously supported a fund raising initiative for my employer. They donated a fabulous and beautifully presented arrangement. The person who got the flowers said they stayed beautiful for 2 weeks. Thank ypu!

Fantastic experience: Camerons came through for us during a floral emergency this past weekend - after a mix up with a different florist, we called Camerons to order wedding corsages and boutonnières on the fly. They pulled it off in under 2 hours and saved the day, all while maintaining calm composure and friendly customer service. The flowers were beautiful and well crafted even on a time crunch! Fantastic experience: We had Cameron’s Flowers do our flowers for our wedding and they were amazing. Shout out to Jordan who sat down with us personally and created a custom centrepiece bouquet right in front of us ! She even continued to find flowers that fit the vibe of the wedding after the consultation was complete and payment was made. The flowers were then delivered on time, not requiring anything from me the day of which was appreciated. They even included a free bouquet of individual flowers that we were then able to hand out to the mothers of the bride and groom. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I don't know much about flowers and had difficulty picking the best ones to get for an anniversary. The woman who helped me was curt and I felt rushed. The bouquet I got was beautiful but I wish I had a better experience.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend! Fresh flowers at an affordable price, and the service is AMAZING!! Definitely my go-to florist. Went in the other day to get a small flower arrangement for a homemade gift basket; the staff didn’t hesitate to arrange it FOR me and helped me select the perfect flowers! They also wrapped it up in cellophane.

Fantastic experience: It’s always difficult to find a flower shop that will do an arrangement that is even close to what you are seeing online. I read reviews from 3 shops in the Kitchener area and Camerons by far had not only the highest rating, but the most reviews. When I called them and told them which arrangement I would like and if it was still possible to have delivery that day, it took her a minute and then she said yes, there was time to make it and they had room in the truck for the last delivery of the day. I told her the reason I chose the arrangement, and she said let me make sure we have everything to create it. A minute later she said it would be no problem. A few hours later my phone started blowing up with a picture of the arrangement and the surprise and thanks for sending it. I have sent many arrangements via the phone, but this time the arrangement was even more beautiful than the online picture. Camerons did an outstanding job and as a consumer, I would have no problem recommending them, especially, if like me you don’t live anywhere nearby and have to take a chance. You will absolutely not regret it. Thank you Camerons for the beautiful job and professional experience I had with your shop.

Fantastic experience: Best flower shop in KW hands down. Have been coming here for years and I'm always impressed with their work. I have very little knowledge about flowers, but I'm always able to give them a budget with minimal guidelines and they consistently do a great job of pulling something beautiful together. I will be a customer for a long time to come!

Fantastic experience: A friend recommended Cameron's as her family had ordered from there before. The staff was friendly and helpful and was able to make me a custom headpiece according to my exact specifications on greenery and flowers. The piece was very well constructed and prepped for me, ready on time and misted to keep it fresh, and just beautiful! The flowers and greenery stayed bright all day and earned many compliments from friends and strangers alike. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My daughter’s bridal wedding bouquet wasn’t being made suddenly, and less than one week before the wedding we had to scramble to find something that she loved equally. In steps Cameron’s Flower shop. I can’t even begin to tell you how absolutely thrilled she was with the results. On the day of the wedding she opened the box and the whole room gasped!! It was everything she wanted and more. This has been my favourite flower shop for years, and to this day their artistry is second to none. Positive experience: Beautiful flowers delivered a day after my birthday. My husband ordered the flower online to be delivered on my bday. Flowers didn’t arrived and he followed up the next day. They claimed they called several times but no one picked up the call so they didn’t arrange for the delivery. My husband’s phone didn’t get any calls or messages. I guess they didn’t try emailing him. Then he asked them to deliver the flowers between 2 to 6pm since no one will be there before or after. The delivery came at 1 something and no one was home…. And they had to deliver to a neighbor since the weather is still too cold to leave them outside. All worked out in the end and the flowers were beautiful. Just a bit of headache in receiving them.

Fantastic experience: The only flower shop I'll recommend for wedding flowers!!! I got married back in 2019 and was having a very hard time finding a reliable florist with reasonable pricing. I decided to reach out to Cameron's and they were extremely responsive and asked me to come by the shop for a consultation. The consultation went amazing, they offered me a variety of flower options and was sure to ask if I had any 'must haves' for my bouquets. Since I was flexible on the types of flowers, the cost was lowered since they were able to use flowers that were in season. At the end of the consultation, they were able to give me a quote on the spot and I was floored by how reasonable it was! I almost couldn't believe it! To top it all off, they were able to deliver the flowers on the morning of the wedding for a very very reasonable fee. If you choose Cameron's for your wedding, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers from Camerons Flower shop when my sister had to have an operation. I live in another province and used the website to order, which was very easy. Cameron's communicated with me when they were unable to deliver because my sister wasn't home yet and arranged for delivery the following day. She was very happy and said the arrangement was spectacular. I chose the Designer's Choice option and I am very pleased with how gorgeous the flowers turned out. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: I recently received the most beautiful floral arrangement from this florist. It was stunning and lasted significantly longer than bouquets I received the same day from other shops. I loved the square decorated glass container it was in, which will be a lovely reminder of the occasion. I will be definitely using Cameron’s for future floral needs!

Fantastic experience: I ordered a large sympathy arrangement for a family member who passed away. Mary Lou detailed all of my requests and was able to create an amazing arrangement. I have made many floral arrangements myself and am a perfectionist. Mary Lou's workmanship was outstanding. Better than any other floral shop in town that I have used in the past. I recently received a beautiful arrangement from a friend and it was also of the highest quality. Ordering from Cameron's has never been a disappointment. They are not the least expensive place in town however their quality is second to none. You will not be disappointed.
