Fantastic experience: The communication was quick and excellent, especially considering I ordered from the United States. I appreciate their effort, and the bouquet was beautiful. My fiancé loved it very much. The flowers smelled great, and I especially liked that they provided care instructions. Overall, everything was perfect. The only small disappointment was that they mentioned adding Gerbera flowers, but I didn’t see any. Apart from that, it was an amazing experience. We really loved it.

Fantastic experience: Booker's created a beautiful posy and a woodland style wreath at very short notice. I didn't realise that funeral flowers can take longer than 'regular' flowers. Despite the comparatively brief amount of time they had to fulfil my order, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Communications were also very good, putting my mind at rest.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Booker Flowers & Gifts enough! If I could give 10 stars, I would! From the moment I met Mia at a wedding fayre/fair in March 2023, I knew I HAD to book for my Dec 2024 wedding. I said what colour scheme we wanted (black & white) and Mia knew exactly what flowers to suggest & was so kind & communicative from the get go. My (now) husband went in to the shop 1 year before our wedding date to get me some flowers & the team remembered him, our colour scheme & chosen wedding flowers to put together a beautiful bouquet- just one of many examples of the team going above and beyond. Everything was delivered without any drama (despite needing two different drop offs and the worst storm on record!), our flowers were perfect. I also asked how I could incorporate my mom’s pearls & the team suggested putting them in my bouquet & I’m so glad I did. They looked so good (see pics below). We opted for pocket flowers for the groomsmen & they looked lovely & everyone commented on how much more practical they were (pic below). Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers for Mums Birthday but they were to be laid on my Mums grave. I asked for the box to be wrapped externally in cellophane to protect it from the weather which they did. I also asked for two ladybirds as my Mum shares a grave with my Sister. Again they did this with no extra questions and no extra charge. Flowers are lovely. Pink in colour as I requested and the box looks full too. Shop doesn't open til 9am but I got a text at 8am to say flowers were ready which meant I could get there to pick them up for 9am with no waiting. We've been here many times before as the flowers last for ages.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I got married on 28th June 2024 and we used Booker flowers for our wedding flowers. As our wedding reception was in Sefton Park Palm House, we didn't feel we needed too many flowers in the venue itself. When my wife had her consultation with the staff at Booker- they were really helpful and as they regularly do weddings at the Palm House, they were able to offer their expert advice on what they believed would be suitable for what she wanted. My wife opted for a display on the top table; along with button holes for the groom and groom party, bridal bouquet and bridesmaids; a flower wand for our little flower girl and wrist corsages for some of the ladies. On the morning of the wedding, Booker florists delivered the table display to the Palm House and also took all of the other flowers to the address where the Bride was getting ready. This was an excellent service as it meant that my Best Man could collect the button holes from there and everything was all organised. My wife had opted for an orange terracotta colour scheme and the flowers were just beautiful and worked so well with the theme. A fantastic service and the flowers gave our wedding that extra special touch. Would definitely recommend
