Fantastic experience: Bought a beautiful basket arrangement for my mum's birthday, the photo I referenced on the website doesn't do it justice. When it arrived it was so much more vibrant, flowers are lovely and fresh. My mum loves her arrangement. Would highly recommend Flowerbug.

Negative experience: Your reply is an absolute joke, it is not what actually happened on Thursday at all. I called before 9am to order the flowers, but had to call back 15 mins later as your card machine was not working which was completely fine. I asked if the flowers could be delivered by 12 noon, to which I was told they would be there before. I spoke to my daughter at 12.20, no mention of the flowers, so I called Tom to ask if they had been delivered yet, to which he confirmed they were delivered at 11.30am! So I called LJMU Drama to see if I could find where they had been left. The name of the place they were to be delivered to was J'ohn Foster Drama Studio', which is on Hope street, next to the Arts Bar, big black gate which you go through, you can clearly see the name of the building as the sign is big and purple! I never mentioned leaving the flowers with a receptionist whatsoever, so where this comment has come from I have no idea! It was not until Tom had sent me the paperwork that I saw the address on that was 'the Hope Street Theatre' I asked why they had been taken there, to be told that's the address that google brought up! I myself tried to contact several of the places on Hope Street the theatre is a box office number which actually takes you to the M&S box office, they didn't have a number for the Hope Street Theatre, The Arts Bar do not have a contract number either, so I would be interested to see who you actually managed to contact? There was never any mention to me that you had called someone either, only your driver! Tom told me the driver had left the flowers with a girl who had defender headphones on, I asked if she was wearing a university staff lanyard, as to be honest she could've just been a student or anyone , I did ask for a description of the girl, what colour hair, what she was wearing, but that information couldn't be given. I did not verbally abuse Tom at all or falsely accuse him or the driver of stealing the flowers, my words were 'if like you say your driver is adamant that is where he delivered the flowers, then my suggestion to you, would be to drive back to that building, find the girl who took the flowers, as technically they have been stolen and not delivered to where supposed to of been delivered. Tom's reply was 'this has been a nightmare for you hasn't it'! I was not screaming down the phone at all,. so again this is a lie, the number of phone calls I actually made on Thursday to get this resolved was 15 not 2 as you stated! I am still waiting for the phone call back which I was promised. At the end of the day, I stated the flowers once we found them were lovely, I have no problem with that service at all, but your customer services is shocking, you have the idea of 'we've delivered the flowers, regardless of whether they were delivered to the correct location, we've had payment' you don't want to know anymore. If it was left to you I would still be without any flowers now! So in future if you are replying to a review, don't put lies about what actually happened, I have everything written down, from each phone call that was made!, I know you are trying to protect your business, by not having bad reviews, but sometimes you have to admit you were wrong and on this occasion you were and made mistakes! Take that as a 'positive' and an area to improve on! Have a good day!

Negative experience: WORST FLORIST EVER!!!! Sent me a huge box of chocolates that had 10 days until expiration. Specific brand of chocolates have a 9 month shelf life so they sent the oldest stock they had. Called to flag it up and was met with NO apologies and “I will get the owners” to call you back. That was 6 days ago and heard nothing. Just called again and spoke to Thomas. The most unapologetic and unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever had the misfortune to talk to. No resolution, no apologies for not calling back. Just, the chocolates were in date!!!! And “do not threaten me” which I was not. Asked to speak to the owners and he said it was unlikely they’d call me back!!! LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER that sends OFF product and flowers that die within a few days!!!DO NOT USE!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers from Flower Bug as a treat for my mum. I called on the day and spoke to Tom, who couldn’t of been more accommodating. I asked him if it would be possible for the delivery that day, which he advised wouldn’t be a problem whatsoever. I told him what my mums favourite flowers were and that I wanted a colourful and usual bouquet. Tom couldn’t of been more obliging, I could hear him writing down my exact wishes whilst we were on the call. He then verbally read the order back to me, to ensure it was exactly as requested. I placed the telephone order at 11am, it was delivered to my mums work address by 1.30pm. Couldn’t of asked for anything better, the quality of service, the quality of the flowers..and the fact my mum was over the moon. The shop is located in a really sought after area or Liverpool and you can tell that the staff take a pride in their work. It’s nice for someone to actually answer the phone with a professional manner and polite tone. “Good Morning, Flower Bug, Tom speaking, how can I help”…it’s the little things that make the biggest impact and difference. I will continue to use Flower Bug in the future, Tom is an asset to that shop.

Fantastic experience: I placed my order of Flowers & Balloon at 18:19pm for the following day, special request to be delivered before 09:45am. Flowerbug (Tom) were brilliant regarding their customer support, and the arrangement was OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD-BEAUTIFUL! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I am very picky when it comes to choosing a florist, i look for unique arrangements; appropriate for recipient/occasion, quality and value for money. Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful service I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase flowers from here. We ordered flowers and chocolates which the driver delivered to the wrong place then refused to take them to the right spot. We spoke to Bobbi who offered a refund and we asked her to hold on in case we could get them re delivered but after deciding not to she’s refused to refund any money after their own mistake. Incompetent and unfair is all I have to say on the matter.

Fantastic experience: When ordering flowers from a florist I have never used before, I do so with some trepidation. Will they match the description? Will they be generous or meagre? Will they be healthy and long lasting? Will the flowers and foliage be a harmonious mix, pleasingly arranged? A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a large “Flowerbug Delight” as a birthday present, and picked it up five days ago. They were, and still are, beautiful. In fact they are getting even better each day as the flowers fill out and more buds open. My wife is delighted, and so am I. UPDATE: A week later, this bouquet is still going strong! See photo #2.

Fantastic experience: Received a gift of a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our engagement. Two days later they were wilting and dead by the Saturday. After initially not getting anywhere when I called the florist to discuss this, the owner Nathan called apologised and arranged for us to get some new flowers- great customer service from the owner.

I ordered it online at 8.55pm on the Wednesday night and it was delivered the next day late afternoon. My friend is delighted with the beautiful arrangement, she sent me a photo and it really is gorgeous.
