Negative experience: A good few of the flowers were dead within 2 days, not impressed, bought from Penny lane as local to me, anniversary gift, my wife was bought flowers from Aldi, they have lasted over a week and still look better than this rubbish

We asked for specific arrangements including a bingo board, and they produced everything and more. People at the funeral commented on how perfect and beautiful the flowers were. She phoned to let me know when they'd be delivered as they were going direct to my sisters home. Even went out of their way to deliver them after work. Fantastic experience: My Future daughter in law and I went to Suttons for her bouquet and corsages. We had a lovely detailed chat with Sue who advised us on styles and flowers. Two weeks later my son collected the flowers for their wedding. The bouquet was fabulous, just as we all expected. Beautifully finished with white satin ribbon and 2 diamond pins. The 2 corsages were also lovely, discreet yet classy. The price for the package was competetive too. Thankyou for helping to make my son and new wife's wedding day a memorable event.

Fantastic experience: I went to Suttons to organise flowers for my beloved mother’s funeral. I spoke to Sue who was so friendly and gave us ideas and lots of help. When the flowers arrived they were perfect just what we wanted. Sue created the vision we had. I can’t recommend them enough. I have flowers and arrangements from Suttons before and they have always been perfect.

Fantastic experience: Sue arranged flowers for the funeral of a much loved and missed family member. I cannot thank her enough for her kind, friendly manner and the exquisite arrangements she produced. We had a stunningly elegant foliage arrangement for the ceremony and the most beautiful sweet smelling floral bouquets for the wake. She liaised directly with the Funeral Director which helped enormously during the stress of organising the event. The arrangements were personal, appropriate and exactly as we had discussed. I will come back to Suttons for any and all future arrangements - five stars was a genuine reflection of the flowers and the personal service she gave.

Fantastic experience: My husband was a walker and mountain climber; and for the top of the casket I wanted greenery; but with what looked like wild flowers with lots of trailing greenery. From the minute I started explaining what I was looking for, she really got it. From the back of the shop, she brought out a variety of beautiful delicate flowers and greens. I left the shop feeling that she knew exactly what I wanted. When I saw them, I was overwhelmed. I could imagine my Husband walking amongst the beautiful nature that he so loved. They were exactly as I wanted them to be; and so many people commented on how unique they looked. I ordered the entwined hearts, which were also covered with the same flowers and greenery. I hope you've taken photo's of them, for others who may want something similar, there was nothing in the books like it. I'm currently drying them, by hanging upside down, in a dark dry area. I also dried some in the oven; and have made some pot potpourri. Thank you so, so much.

Fantastic experience: We, as a family, recently ordered a coffin spray for my dad’s funeral. It was absolutely beautiful!! My mum felt that the florist had been able to see the picture in her mind - being really fussy about flowers. She had no need to worry - they were absolutely PHENOMENAL. Negative experience: Over the years I have used Suttons Florist many times ordering flowers for family and work colleagues and I've never had a problem. Over the weekend I ordered 2 bouquets for friends for £25 each. Just been to pick them up and I'm very disappointed in the amount of flowers in each bouquet. I might as well just gone to Tescos. I won't be buying from here in a hurry again.

The floral spray, I chose from their catalogue, to adorn my Brother's coffin, was delivered on time and truly exceeded my expectations. Negative experience: Came up as minimum charge £30 - flowers I had picked were £29.99 but couldn’t complete the order. Tried to add a card but not suitable for occasion. Flowers looked lovely but I will choose elsewhere as 1p below minimum charge. Ridiculous!!! :-(

Negative experience: Problems all the way took over a week to refund me for an order i cancelled i had to phone up twice for it because apparently their system or account had sent it to the wrong place. Id also placed a new order weeks in advance but was phoned ON THE MORNING of valentines day and told i now couldnt have the order because it had split. They said i could have a different bunch that was already made up in the shop i got no money back off them and they were nothing at all like the ones i wanted, The box was a dull grey suttons box not the pink heart box like i originally wanted and was part of the reason for my original cancellation not happy at all as it kinda ruined the day for me.
