Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have used Passion For Flowers and neither time have I been disappointed - nor, more importantly, has the recipient. A quick, friendly experience was had in the shop and with the delivery. Can't recommend this florist enough!

Negative experience: Repeat customer for years but this years xmas tree is awful. I doubt it will last to Xmas. Shame as the other years they where great. Would like to add as it won't let me reply, we did speak to you. That was the replacement tree and it was worse than the first.

Fantastic experience: Well where do we start these two ladies have been brilliant. My daughter wanted a bridesmaid bouquet and two bridesmaids posties doing at very short notice 24th October for the Saturday 25th October. The colours they have done are fantastic, we are absolutely made up and pleased how they have done them. We have used this shop once b4 only because my daughter goes to the nail shop a couple of doors down. So I would recommend that are you looking for flowers for any occasion this establishment is well recommended to use.Thanks again you have been fantastic.

They really paid attention to what I wanted, talked through the different options and absolutely hit the nail on the head with what I had in mind. They delivered to my hotel exactly on time and kept the price reasonable too. It’s 3 days later now and the bouquet still looks stunning. Can’t recommend them enough!

Not only did she recommend the perfect house and outdoor plants for my home, but she also went above and beyond by making my furry companion, Miso, feel welcome with a special treat. Fantastic experience: Great Florists with beautiful Real Christmas trees which I’ve purchased now for the 3rd year following a recommendation. Same day delivery, although prices have risen this year considerably but hasn’t everything. Very happy with the quality of the tree and same day delivery despite it being about £10 more from the previous year.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with Passion for Flowers. Ordered a large bouquet of flowers as part of a retirement gift. I came to collect on the agreed date and time and they had not been made up. They asked me to wait in the shop whilst they would throw something together but I did not have the time to wait as I had to take my son to an exam. Ended up having to go to another florist to buy a small bunch which was ready made. Very upset as I wanted to get something extra special for a member of staff who had been with us her whole life. Unfortunately will not use them again after this. I don't like giving a bad review to a local business but I would not want someone else to have the same experience. Dale, thanks for your reply. In response to your comments: 1. I asked for the flowers to be ready for 11am today. I arrived at 11:45am to collect them. I had not made an appointment to collect them at 11am so I am not sure why you feel I was "late". If I had arrived 45 minutes earlier would the flowers have been ready then? You had an extra 45 minutes from the agreed time to prepare them but still had not got them ready for me to collect. 2. If you had a funeral to prioritise then why did you take my order in the first place? I would rather you have declined my order due to other commitments which would have given me the opportunity to order from another shop. 3. It's not "online wrath" as you describe it - it's an honest review of my experience with your shop today. Yes I am an adult. As an adult yourself, you will be able to understand that a review is an evaluation of an event or experience that has occured. This may be a positive, neutral or negative experience. My review is fair and honest of my negative experience with your shop today. Rather than deflecting the blame onto the customer for the poor experience, how about saying - sorry we messed up, we will learn from this negative review?

Fantastic experience: First time used them for a Christmas tree, fantastic service came within the 5 days delivery guarantee. Tree was delivered with care. Tree is fantastic above my expectations and I am very happy, Would recommend them if you are interested in a real Christmas tree. I can only review the service for the tree but on this experience I would recommend them for any of there other services they do.

My options where explained and we agreed everything in a few minutes, very easy process. The flowers where hand delivered, exactly on time and arranged beautifully. Fantastic experience: Dale did our wedding flowers and they were stunning. From the first appointment where I didn't know what I wanted to the delivery of the flowers on the day I was confident in Dale. We have used this florist before for birthdays and things so knew them a little and would definitely use them again. Bridesmaid's bouquets are still looking good after 6 days as well.

The store were amazing, we showed pictures from the internet of what we wanted and they excelled in what they produced. The flowers looked better than the pictures and they always use top quality blooms. The shop even delivered early on the day to keep the flowers cool and well watered. Cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have asked for more! I am currently living in Sunderland and my fiancé in Liverpool so I found this company online. I rang to explain what I wanted and as it was getting delivered close by they didn’t charge for delivery. With my partner living in halls the flowers got dropped off at security and Dale from the shop went down to double check that they had been dropped off to right place before my fiancé got in and also sent me a picture once he flowers were made up. Would 100% recommend and use again in the future.
