Negative experience: Initial contact and exchange with the lady of the house seemed promising, professional and courteous. Unfortunately the whole situation took a downturn once the male owner took over. If you're looking for your wishes to be ignored regard design of your floral tribute and to be told that "After 20 years in this business, I can tell you that the customer is not always right." This is your man. If you wish to be shouted and swore at on the morning of the funeral you are attending. This is your man. If you want to be moaned and procrastinated at because of the length of your card message to the deceased & family and I quote told:- "It's not like they are going to read it." This is your man. If you wish to be threatened at the eleventh hour to have your floral tribute picked up and refunded because you are not happy with how your wishes have been carried out. This is your man. A lovely floral tribute absolutely ruined by a sour little man with no sense of tact, sensitivity or basic human decency on such a sad & sombre occasion.

It was so convenient to be able to order online and not have to worry about picking up cards to write and return. The flowers were delivered to the funeral directors as requested. Everything is so easy, especially as I'm very busy and didn't have time to visit a florist in person and choose tributes. The only slight flaw was that I didn't receive an order confirmation and had to contact them to confirm they had received it, but that was easy enough as they respond quickly to messages. Fantastic experience: I needed a casket spray that was both large and elegant but was also acceptable to a natural burial site (no cellophane, oasis or wires); many florists have them on their webpages but don't actually supply them. Immediate extra stress. Leicester Funeral Flowers produced a magnificent tribute and delivered it with no problems to the funeral home. The funeral director wanted to know who supplied the casket spray because it was so impressive, and he also wanted to know how much it cost. He was astonished by the price. Can't recommend them highly enough. An excellent company who produce excellent flowers for a very reasonable price. With no stress.

Positive experience: Unfortunately I would not recommend, or use again. The photo of the wreath I ordered online was a beautiful. when the wreath arrived... when it finally did arrive, I felt was not adequate or like the photo ordered, whilst I appreciate each order is different, and is not going to be identical to the photo, the roses had just been placed, with long stems visible and no green foliage, we paid extra for a personalised Sash that was not on the wreath. I had to chase up a few hours before, whilst communication was good on a Sunday, there was a lack of information shared, from the funeral directors.
