Fantastic experience: Excellent service, They also helped me pick a bunch when i was stuck on what to add to it, offering a more brighter and also not just adding flora but eucalyptus leaves as well! Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Ordered some flowers a few months ago for a special occasion. They were friendly over the phone, but not so much in person. I was disappointed that the arrangement discussed over the phone didn’t match the bouquet I received. I also didn’t feel it was worth £50, as the arrangement included more weed-looking filler that was never requested nor discussed. They didn’t ask if I was happy with it, and I didn’t have the time to correct it. Overall, it felt very expensive for what it was.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the Flower Corner enough. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely friendly - they take the time to help you find exactly what you need. The shop itself is gorgeous…I find myself not wanting to leave. Most importantly, the flowers are stunning and last for weeks. You can really tell they care about quality, freshness and styling of the flowers.

Negative experience: Was some time ago, but I’m still not over it. I made simple requests for my father’s funeral flowers and they weren’t carried out. I wanted dark green ribbon and 1 single large rose on the ‘P’ and nothing on the rest. A small spray was suggested with Italian coloured ribbons and I said yes. It was so upsetting to see the finished product at the funeral. Ribbon was a horrible teal, and badly spaced/gathered. Too many roses and no Italian flag ribbon or a small spray that was agreed. Tried to complain numerous times and I was spoken to and treated like rubbish. Just because it’s situated in Clarendon Park, doesn’t assure quality or class.

I declined as they went above and beyond and delivered a bigger a brighter bouquet of flowers.. Will definitely use again, I didn’t get the managers name. What a lovely team here! Fantastic experience: I live abroad and ordered Morhers Day flowers for my mum. The booking process on line was very easy and there was great choice. Because of bad experiences with other florists in the past I was very worried that the flowers wouldn’t arrive and I rang the shop twice to check and each time they were very sweet and reassuring even though they were clearly rushed off their feet with lots of orders. Flowers arrived on Mothers Day and are beautiful. Will definitely use again (and will be less stressed out next time!) Thank you for a great service!

My boyfriend got me these for Valentine’s Day after saying how much I love the quality of florist flowers over supermarket alternatives. He opted for the florists choice small bouquet and it didn’t disappoint. The variety of flowers and how it was beautifully put together made valentines even more special. The first picture is when I got them on the 14/2 and the picture just taken on the 21/2. For me forgetting to change the water everyday they have continued to blossom and become more beautiful Thank you guys ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: WOW! What can I say, as a date idea myself and my wife came here for a wreath making workshop. (Cheesy I know but definitely worth it). We arrived on time and were welcomed with big smiles and positivity. The owners were polite and friendly and offered us soft drinks and snacks. Once we entered the workshop (up stairs) which I must say has been recently decorated to a really nice finish, Stacy who was handling our workshop, was outstanding. She provided step by step guides, supported us and even helped when my big fingers couldn't do the bow. The whole experience was outstanding and just the welcomeness was enough for me to highly recommend this. Especially on the run up to Christmas. Don't lose the opportunity for a querky date idea. Got the ward number wrong and the florist called Paul went above and beyond to contact me and make sure they were able to deliver to the correct place. Negative experience: Not impressed at all. Ordered flowers in a vase for my 98 year old Nan's birthday, they lasted less than a week, most of the flowers didn't even open. Was expecting them to look amazing, I could have done a better job myself with a bouquet from a supermarket. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I can't belive for, 4 roses and few lily's cost 40£ i put a trust on them to make me a good bunch of flowers as always use them,but very disappointed, there were bunches 20 or 30 quid much much better then my flowers and i paid 40 i won't use them again.

Negative experience: This place used to be great and I used it regularly. But recently, they have been using flowers in bouquets that die with a couple of days, which isn’t great. And this week, their male delivery driver was very rude and aggressive when he tried to deliver to us while we were out. We hadn’t ordered the flowers; they were a gift, so we weren’t expecting them. And we certainly weren’t expecting a call from an irate delivery driver screaming at us that we’d have to collect them from “the shop”. We had no idea which shop he was talking about, as we’d not ordered the flowers. A lovely gesture of condolence has been ruined. I won’t be returning to the Flower corner until I’m sure angry man is no longer around. Deeply unpleasant experience.

Negative experience: Usually my regular go to for flowers but yesterday I had a new experience of rudeness from the staff spoken to like I wasn’t worthy of there time or custom.

Negative experience: Made my order for a delivery for after 4pm as my partner is a teaching assistant and could not make it home before that time, after saying to my partner that she needs to be home slightly before 4 she made arrangements and did the best she could to be home for 15:55 but the florist or their delivery driver completely ignored the instructions to only deliver after 4pm even if it meant it was their last delivery. I asked the owner what she was going to do about it and she has refused to do anything. I adore flowers and using them to put a smile on my partners face and this was the first time I'd used this company and unfortunately for them it's going to be the last time.

Negative experience: Ordered a Simple Rose Sheath for Mum's funeral held @ 2p.m.. Within less than 24 hours it was drooping despite the stems being cut, it being placed in water and placed in a shaded area Pic 1 was taken 9:30 a.m. Pic 2, 4:30 p.m. both following day . I called to express my disappointment and was asked to send emails with photos attached so that they could be forwarded to the manager. The manager then totally ignored this. No apology, no resolution. If it had been possible - No stars

Fantastic experience: I came here last minute looking for an arrangement for my Aunt's birthday. The lady at the counter dropped everything to help me out, made excellent suggestions and I came in under my budget, with an incredible arrangement.

Fantastic experience: I was let down at the last minute by another florist, so was desperately searching for some flowers to be delivered. The lady on the phone was so lovely and helpful and the team went out of their way to help out. I can't recommend them enough, as their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really made the difference.

However if the service In store is as bad as the attitude of the delivery driver of whome I encountered this morning driving in the bus lane then hurled abuse at me because I needed to get into the said lane when it was legally correct to do so, then I think I'll give it a miss.
