Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago Jess arranged my Mums funeral flowers a 4ft country casket spray. I also had some personal preferences for flowers to be included in the spray. On the day the spray was stunning, more beautiful than I imagined. So many different, colourful flowers. It was perfect. Thank you so much everyone.

Fantastic experience: Debs and the team were fantastic when providing funeral flowers for both my parents. We wanted something unusual, they listened, confirmed by e-mail, understood what we wanted and REALLY provided what we'd asked for, making the funerals the days of appropriate celebration we wanted to mark. What they did was provide a coffin display of flowers, in specified colours, but comprising 12 little posies all arranged together so it looked like one display., After the funeral we gave a posie to the family members and important friends we wanted to thank for their contribution. Well done Debs and the team, and Thank you!

Fantastic experience: It was my wedding day, and I struggled to find bridal flowers at short notice after calling several places. Thankfully, this place was kind enough to help. Jessica was incredibly understanding and did her best to arrange everything on the same day. Her customer service was excellent, and she truly cared about making it happen. Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet for my mum for Mother’s Day to be collected from Oakham Market as a surprise. They were stunning! I asked for hydrangeas and eucalyptus but left the rest of the design up to the ladies. Karen and Deb surprised my mum with the bouquet at the market and she was lost for words. The biggest of thank yous and I’d highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We used this company for my sisters funeral, we thank Debs for her patience with us and assistance to ensure my sisters request was full filled of providing wonderful flower display, with attached personal messages from our neices and nephews. Fantastic experience: I have used this company since 2001 when they did my wedding flowers. They were truly breath taking. I continued to only use them, whether it be a birthday/anniversary etc They also looked after me for another wedding, and sadly twice for funeral flowers for my mother and latterly my father. The funeral flowers were out of this world! and i took comfort in seeing that we gave our loved ones the best possible. I cannot recommend their service highly enough... as well as lovely flowers, they give wonderful advise. My Uncle used them earlier this year for my Aunts funeral too. Thank you for your kindness and the beautiful arrangements that you do.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic bouquet of flowers arranged by the team for my mums 70th birthday celebrations. First time I've ever been able to choose what they had in the cool room on such a grand scale. They really listened to what my mum loves and created a masterpiece which was was over and above my expectations. I used these guys for many years at their Wigston branch but their service is still top class. Fantastic experience: Fantastic is the word I would use to describe your fresh flowers my wife received for her baby sitting exploits, it's great to see cut flowers of such quality and diversity arranged in a container with a span across the top the size of a dustbin lid, it's very sad these days at the demise of florist once the mainstay of our high streets but im glad to see you are still flying the flag,also of great interest to me is what the Dutch are doing and great their quality is. Keep on doing what you and your arrangers do best we will keep buying from you.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for a family funeral a few days ago. The flower basket I ordered was so beautiful even nicer than the photograph on your website. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Debs and the team enough for their help in arranging my Nan's funeral flowers. From the initial consultation, Debs provided us with a breakdown of everything and guided us in choosing the right flowers (coffin spray and two posies). The flowers we received were beautiful and so incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the flower company and will only ever order from here now. As a result, I ordered some flowers for a friend and they were delivered next day (nationally) and they had to use two vases there were that many flowers!! Amazing service.

The quality of flowers is amazing, the advice was off the scale, price was most definitely cheap considering the quality. The quality has always been really great and beautifully displayed, with the reality being so much better than the website pictures indicate. I recently organised the flowers for the coffin for my Mothers funeral but couldn't find anything on the website that fitted what I was after, so I rang and spoke to Deb and Richard and they took the details, mixing the types and flower colours I needed. The end result were just perfect and the prices were in line with those indicated for the size but I was not overcharged as a result of the "bespoke" nature of my request. Fantastic experience: We had excellent service from Richard and his staff. We visited in July to see the flowers and discuss our order for our daughters wedding and Richard soon understood the look our daughter wanted to achieve and suggested some alternatives where appropriate. On the collection day he suggested combinations which would keep the price down and the overall cost was very close to his prediction despite the uncertainties of the international flower market in which he was happy to share his many years experience in behaviour and treatment of cut flowers. For example, how quickly they would open, what spread they would give, what stem lengths worked best for our vision. The overall result was stunning and we are happy to recommend this company.

Negative experience: Terrible experience dealing with this company. They might do good arrangements but that has gone to their head. When it comes to customer service they are so out dated and outright rude. One of most un organised companies to deal with. We have been trying to contact via email for months as they refused to book an appointment when we visited them in person several times. And then we were given a date and verbal promise for an event and were asked to email details. Within the time of the of the promise and the email they double booked and told us that they got bookings over the weekend and that others paid a deposit. Whereas they never even offered us to pay a deposit to reserve the spot which we would have happily paid!!! If you can please stay away!! This place is a total waste of time for any one trying to do a big event!!!!! They only got 1 star because there are no options for 0 star!!!!!!
