Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience with this business was awful and I suggest being careful when ordering online for delivery. I purchased a florist choice hand tied box as the photo on the website showed a very pretty arrangement and I wished to have something sent to my partner for her birthday as I was away . 1st issue was the time I'd selected for delivery was not met which meant she didn't receive 1st thing in the morning before she had headed out which I'd of liked . The 2nd thing is the bouquet received looked as if it had been chucked together with no sort of arrangement and minimal flowers(nothing like the online pic) after contacting the business owner to discuss, what followed was nothing but utter rudeness, no ability to understand or listen or a suggestion on how to make things right . I provided a picture of what was received and again I was told as i picked the florist choice that is what I had received which I could only describe as a mess and a rip off . At this point off her own back she rudely went back to my partners home to take her birthday flowers off her and then began to question her on her thoughts on the bouquet which is totally unbelievable and very unprofessional. Further to that I received a snotty message with another pic taken by the florist after retrieving the flowers and it was blatant to see she had added more to the arrangement to make it look better than what was originally sent in a ridiculous attempt to prove me wrong.. Another bouquet was ordered from Traceys florist and delivered within the hour .

Negative experience: Just ordered 2 baskets for mothers day and they have only just arrived. Very underwhelmed. The baskets are extremely small. Looks like I've just picked them up from B&M. 1 basket had the written message, the other they didn't bother putting a message in. Definitely not worth the £45 each I paid for. The basket alone is probably where most of the money has gone. The handles of the basket are also very unstable. Very disappointed. I'm actually embarrassed to be giving that to my Mum and Mother in Law. Will never be purchasing from here again. I was able to hold the bottom of the basket with my hand. That's how tiny it was.

I turned up at the Flower Box out of the blue to try and get some flowers sent to my good lady and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Although transactions are normally done over the phone or online, Flower Box allowed me to place my order in person. The order was fulfilled and delivered the next day and was an excellent surprise. The flowers are fresh and extremely well presented in a lovely display box. I’m now in the good books for some time to come. I’m so glad I decided to try Flower Box out.
