You requested a same-day delivery by 12pm, and we delivered within 45 minutes of the order being placed. The receptionist even commented on how beautiful the bouquet looked when it arrived.

We always aim to strike the right balance between quality, design, and value, especially for fast-turnaround orders. That said, size and fullness can be quite subjective, and we understand not everyone sees things the same way.

We’d always prefer the chance to speak directly and sort things out. A quick call or message would’ve meant we could respond properly and try to resolve it for you.
