Fantastic experience: Having lived locally to L&K for years and having them provide flowers for many occasions over the years, they were top of our list to approach for our March 2026 wedding. Right from our initial meeting, they were so helpful in helping us build a very competitive quote and working with us to figure out what in season flowers would work with our chosen design schemes. As two people who didn’t really know where to start with flowers, L&K were so helpful in guiding us to bring our vision to life. L&K’s flowers were a constant right throughout our venue and our day, with beautiful bouquets and buttonholes, centrepieces that looked lovely and a stunning broken arch to frame us as we tied the knot. Everything was absolutely perfect and more than we could’ve imagined, and the flowers lasted for so long after the wedding! We highly recommend Lin & Kaye for any event!

Fantastic experience: Amazing florist lin and kay are wonderful. Their flowers are gorgeous and help cater any needs or questions my number one place for flowers. They even do little workshops and teach you how you do a arrangement. So much fun

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but L&K Flowers truly deserve this one. They created 7 beautiful personalised funeral letter tributes and wreaths for my grandad’s funeral, all on very short notice. Not only did they manage to accommodate our last-minute request, but when we needed them even earlier than planned, they went above and beyond to make it happen without any stress. The quality of their work was honestly unlike anything we’ve seen before. The arrangements were incredibly intricate, thoughtfully put together, and showed real care and attention to detail. We’ve used many florists in the past, but this was on another level. During such a difficult and emotional time, L&K Flowers helped make the day feel just that little bit more comforting and special. We are so grateful for everything they did for us. Thank you so much again — we truly appreciate it.

Other people added to the order separately, but the staff got all the bouquets together, ready on time and even arranged delivery to the initial venue on my behalf. Fantastic experience: I often pop in and buy a bouquet for myself or as a gift but I recently had the unfortunate event of my mums funeral. I have to say the floral tributes that myself and my family ordered were outstanding. The casket spray in particular was so gorgeous I just had to bring it home and will try to keep it going as long as I possibly can. I can’t thank you enough

Fantastic experience: I would give these ladies 10 stars if I could, I gave myself a mental breakdown trying to do a cluster bow on my own the night before. Rung up early the morning of the wedding, for them to accept my request without hesitation and was shockingly affordable! I expected them to be a lot more! Negative experience: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had a terrible experience at The Floral Spot on Saturday. I went in looking for some foliage and filler flowers, and from the moment I stepped in, I was made to feel unwelcome. The older white woman working there—who I believe is the manager—completely ignored me, but was warm and helpful to the white woman who came in after me. When I finally asked about the filler flowers, her tone instantly changed and she abruptly told me I couldn’t buy any because they were “for orders this afternoon.” If that’s the case, why were they displayed at the front of the shop? It felt like a poor excuse to avoid serving me. It was the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and the whole encounter felt deeply racially motivated. I left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and like I wasn’t welcome in that space. No one should walk into a shop and leave feeling less than human. I will never return to The Floral Spot, and I strongly advise others—especially people of colour—to think twice before supporting a place where basic respect and equality aren’t practiced. ⸻ Would you like to post this as a Google review, or would you prefer it formatted for another platform?

Fantastic experience: The amazing ladies and L&K flowers put together the flowers for my wedding in October. They created the perfect set of bouquets, button holes and a table centre pieces from an image I sent, suggesting seasonally appropriate flower substitutes which worked fantastically. Their communication was fantastic and they were patient with my slow replies and indecisiveness. A fantastic service at an exceptionally reasonable price, I would highly recommend this florist! I only wish I lived nearer to be able to use them more often.

Fantastic experience: I use L&K flowers for any celebration and always find their service, consideration and thoughtfulness is fantastic as well as long lasting flowers. I wanted to call out specifically a more recent event whereby I had to arrange funeral flowers on the day, which L&K very kindly were able to sort and have them delivered to the venue as well. This took a task off of our hands during a difficult time and it was done with the utmost care and thought. Thank you for always being a wonderful florist.

Fantastic experience: Lovely shop , staff and owner . Beautiful creations and flowers. This shop has the rare find of good staff, great customer service and very accommodating kind management. They always offer amazing service, go over and beyond, pretty shop with a sense of community. Probably the only shop left that is still worth visiting nowadays in poor old neglected Sundon park . Great choice of gifts and flowers , great ideas and beautiful work . Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: My Dad always buys from here, and this year I got to purchase the annual Christmas wreath this year and now I see why! The team are so lovely and helpful. I called them the morning they reopened after Christmas and they had a bespoke wreath made up within hours and with a smile. Such a fabulous local florist and very reasonably priced too for such quality. Highly recommend.

L&K located the right co-op, delivered the flowers and the wreath was beautiful and reminded us all of the colourful character he was. Fantastic experience: I have received 2 bouquets from L & K Flowers in the last month. Both have been hand tied and beautifully presented with flower food. My bouquets have usually lasted around 10 days, which is why I highly recommend L&K flowers. The delivery driver is a lovely gentleman too.
