Negative experience: I got gajras from here, for my Nikkah, they were the flimsy, it’s unbelievable! A bit of string holing it together, then to add insult to injury these weren’t even packed properly just put on top of a bit of cardboard!

Negative experience: I went their as I was going to fill up my balloons and they said we can’t do that I was so confused that they wouldn’t fill up my balloons and I have to buy only the number balloons in the wrong colour because they didn’t have the colour that I wanted which is reasonable but was annoying. When I got the balloons one on them was deflating by the time I got home. The party was really upsetting because of the situation with the balloons. Also the prices they charge for only the number balloons was absolutely ridiculous. If they were filling up my balloons I brought in then the price would’ve been reasonable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Not helpful at all. Tried to make an order for my mums birthday but had a few specific requests so decided to call to see if they were possible. The man on the phone just wanted to rush me off, told me to just WhatsApp him a picture of what I want and hung up the phone before I had finished asking my questions. This left a sour taste in my mouth but he apologised for this on WhatsApp, claiming he thought I had finished as line went silent (nonsense by the way) but since since he apologised and I really need the flowers I thought I’d still proceed with the potential order. I then asked him if it would be possible to have them by Sunday to which he said he had to order the Kraft paper so he will let me know. Within this time, another florist told me she has the Kraft paper in stock and could do the flowers for me but I would have to collect them on Saturday as they are closed on Sunday. This isn’t possible for me. I then circled back round to the floral spot Luton who hadn’t yet got back to me, and his response was ‘just go with the other florist thank you’ . Once again, dismissive and not willing to help. I’m surprised these guys have any customers or as many 5 stars as they do Update - this review is in no way shape or form a ‘distortion’ of the truth. I did not go silent on the phone, I was talking and your representative hung up. It would be better to say the line went silent as I most definitely did not. Secondly, at no point was I told that the paper couldn’t be sourced in time. I expressed that the other florists service was an inconvenience and your reply was to just go ahead with them. You have copied and pasted the WhatsApp messages which clearly show this. Lastly, I don’t know what my phone being on no caller ID has to do with anything, I regularly use this calling setting for work. Overall, I stand by this customer service being absolutely awful and am truly surprised by the amount of positive reviews

Fantastic experience: I had been massively been let down by another florist on Christmas Eve who were due to deliver that day but just cancelled the order saying they didn’t have enough flowers! Ringing various places in a panic and basically being told “no chance at such short notice and especially on Christmas Eve” I’d almost given up hope. I rang Moments By Trillions expecting the same response and couldn’t believe it when I was told “absolutely no problem” Zunair could not have been more helpful. He took a video of the bouquets he had available and so I was able to see exactly what I was ordering. Within a very short time, the flowers had been delivered and they were amazing! I am so grateful to Zunair who really went above and beyond to help me in my situation. I was so upset when I was let down by the other company but Zunair totally saved the day. Will have absolutely no hesitation in ordering from Moments by Trillions for all my flower deliveries in the future. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: *DO NOT RECOMMEND* I ordered a flower garland from the female boss who agreed to do it for £20 for an agreed size. She was also nice enough to offer free delivery. When we came to collect it, the male boss gave us a really small flower garland that would fit a dog. He then offered to extend it by 3 flowers for an additional 50 quid! Male boss attitude was horrible and really rude. He knows that we're desperate for it and tried to take advantage of that fact. Good luck trying to run your business like that.
