Fantastic experience: I ordered a 4ft long selection of spring flowers for my mother's funeral to go on top of the coffin. The flowers were beautiful, colourful and very fresh. They were just perfect. I was so pleased that I ordered directly from The Flower Girl and would highly recommend this florist.

The bouquets and button holes for the wedding party were beautiful and the perfect mix of foliage and flowers! The bouquets were absolutely stunning; beautiful colours and exactly how I had pictured them. I asked them to include my Dad's handkerchief in my bouquet and they did it beautifully. So much personal detail was paid to the flowers and they were genuinely excited for us, and to be providing the flowers for our special day. Negative experience: We have used The Flower Girl for years and have always delivered some amazing flowers, but you would sometimes find the customer service at the store very bizarre. There are some ladies who are really nice and super helpful. A couple of the older ladies, whenever you walk in are not very welcoming (especially I feel because they are racist) and you can tell on their faces. Super unhelpful, not smiley at all and also if we picked something up a lady said to us 'are you done with that?' and then picked it up and put it back like as if we are children and had done something wrong. The town we live in is very multi-cultural and have next experienced such a negative racist experience in any store. Maybe some staff training on diversity would help some of these ladies. Couldn't have been more disappointed. One of the reasons I have always hesitated and going into the store and instead ordered online, which should never feel that way. It's like you are a nuisance for being in the store. Especially when you are spending over £50 in the store and the atmosphere is always unfriendly and appalling by some of the women. Also considering it is a small business, I don't think they have room for customer service like this.
