Negative experience: Ordered arrangement for a cancer lady just come out of hospital. If we had known display was already made up in shop which we found out after shop closed at lunchtime. Flowers lasted 4 days at £40.00 not ideal. Phoned shop on the Monday asked to bring them back?? . How can you take them back from a sick person. Took photos instead, drove up to shop to find closed for 2weeks. We used to buy a lot it was nearby sadly won’t ever again . 2 Stars 1 for Delivery on time as requested 1 for quality of the short lived 4 day flowers. Do not like giving bad reviews but feel on this occasion the pleasure of having lovely flowers in your home for at least 7 days it is justified.

Fantastic experience: I received a beautiful, hand-tied, aqua pack 3 days ago. The order was made from abroad by telephone. The flowers came with flower feed and instructions. Yesterday i moved them from the aqua pack to a vase and they are still beautiful, reminding me of my beloved family back home.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the service. I had two bouquets delivered for my wedding and when describing what bouquet type I wanted the lady described it well and she said the normal Size bouquet with 12 rose head was £70 (prices were doubled due to Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day) but she described it as being too small so we sized up to the £120 one which she said would be perfect size and she did not say what amount of roses would be used and a normal assumption you’d think is that it would be more. When the man delivered it the bouquet was quite small and only had 9 heads of small roses that weren’t very pink and the bouquet wasn’t as vibrant as described when I told the man that I am not happy he didn’t seem to care much and said please get in touch on Monday and we will partially refund the order, I called twice and no one answered so I’ve just left it as I feel like it will be just denial from their part. I used my bouquet for one picture and after that just left it and didn’t use it down the aisle as it was so small and looked like something I made with Asda flowers. Please see the products your buying don’t be a fool like me

Fantastic experience: Lovely little place on the top of stockingstone Road. I am a firm believer of supporting local business rather than corporate websites. I visited on the hotest day of the year. even though it was closing time the kind lady behind the counter stayed behind to make sure she helped me out. There is some basic parking on the main road outside the shop. The shop has some huge fridges where they keep all their fresh flowers and get regular deliveries. I would suggest calling first rather than just turning up like I did as they can get busy. I wish I had taken the name of the lovely lady behind the counter. but thank you again.

They had physically ran out of flowers when I rang...but a new delivery had been ordered for 10am. My mum has her bouquet by 11am! Phenomenal service and beautifully presented flowers as always. Positive experience: I ordered the flowers for my Daughters birthday the night before so delivery was very much on time and the time I requested was spot on, the Flowers where fresh and beautiful baby pink, It cost was £40 for flowers plus delivery, I was a little bit disappointed with the size of the bouquet so That s why I have gave 4 stars. Negative experience: I am absolutely disgusted by the service we received from this business. If I could give zero stars I would. Had a great experience at Fleurette’s when ordering flowers for my nan’s funeral. Put down a £650 payment for the flowers. The day of the funeral arrives and no flowers are delivered. We head to Fleurette’s and the store is shut - there are no staff to be seen, and my nan’s funeral is in less than an hour. The company’s website states that it is open from 9-1 on Wednesdays, yet there is no answer from the phones and no one at the shop? I end up having to message Fleurette’s Facebook page in order to get hold of them, managed to get a phone call with an employee and they say they have not made the flowers. They are apologetic and send someone to the shop to make some flowers very quickly up for my nan. My nan did not get any of the specific flowers we wanted. I understand the business did all they could in that short time to accommodate us but it is shocking that they didn’t make a £650 order of flowers?? We received our refund of £650 - that is fine. The worst part of the experience occurred after the funeral when we tried to find out what had happened with this mix up. The shop states that we never told them they exact date of the funeral - when we are certain we did. We specifically remember the florist stating that we shouldn’t go for red roses, as the date of the funeral is so close to Valentine’s Day and they will be hard to get hold of. Furthermore, they then insisted that we pay £150 for the spray they gave us quickly just before the funeral. The fact they asked this of us is absolutely disgusting. In addition, we asked the florist, if you did not know the date of the funeral, why did you not think to phone us and ask? The rubbish excuse they gave was that there may be a post-mortem!! My nan was 89 and passed of natural causes. They knew there 100% wasn’t go to be a post mortem. They were just trying to pull excuses out of thin air and refused to take responsibility for something they obviously did wrong. They can’t accept that they as a company did not write the date down, and then did not contact us, even though they happily took a £650 payment from us. Will never use Fleurette’s again. Absolutely disgusted at how we were treated.

Fantastic experience: I always choose Fleurette as my first choice florist, even though I have lots closer to home and have to travel 15 minute to get to this store. I have normally always purchased bouquets and have been lucky enough to receive a few for my own birthday over the years. Each one, whether bought or purchased, has been beautiful and faultless. I can see the time and effort put into each one and have left very happy. When I have gifted the bouquets I have also had great feedback about how long the flowers lasted and how stunning the arrangements are. The ladies who work in here are wonderful and clearly love their job, and are great at it too! Looking forward to visiting again soon! Jodie

Fantastic experience: We have used Fleurette for funeral flowers as well as bouquets for Mother’s Day/birthdays. Each time we use them we receive excellent customer service and the flowers look amazing. My first visit was for a family members funeral flowers and I was unaware of what I wanted or how they would look, I only knew the colours I needed. I was guided through previous pictures and advised on what flowers would suit. I was amazed at how they turned out as I had been so vague! Highly recommend

We had a couple of chats with Dean in the shop and he advised us on the type of flowers we could use for our October wedding, so they wouldn't wilt throughout the day. The staff were so helpful, I had no idea what I wanted but the advice I was given and what they put together was absolutely amazing! Negative experience: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IT WAS SHOCKING! This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had to date with any florists. I was looking for some flowers for a friend and had arrived at the store just after 4pm on Friday 28th Jan. The lady on the counter kept making silly remarks when I was telling her what type of flowers I’d like such as “most men just come in and out and aren’t really that fussed about what they want”, “you need to hurry up and choose what you want” and “I just love customers like you that storm in towards the end of the day”. These were only some of the comments made. I still didn’t say anything and bit my tongue. She kept slamming things on her counter in a very aggressive manner when she was making the arrangement. When I told her to cut the stems on the hand tied bouquet a bit shorter from the bottom (as they were uneven) she slammed the scissors in front of me, so I cut the longer stems myself. I also picked up stems of flowers which she threw on the floor that were supposed to go into the bouquet. I spent around £70 for a bouquet which had flowers that were wilted and overall of a very poor quality, but what struck me the most was the way she behaved towards me and how I was spoken to. The customer service was atrocious and honestly as someone who is a business owner and customer facing, I would never speak to one of my customers in this manner, it’s honestly appalling. At one point I was felling extremely uncomfortable that I wanted to walk out of the shop, but felt bad as the lady had already started prepping the flowers for the bouquet. When it was time to make the payment she once again slammed the card reader in front of my face. At this point I just felt like I was being mistreated like I’m some sort of second class citizen. I then walked towards the door and told the lady that this was the worst experience of my life and that I’ll never be purchasing anything from their store ever again, but still said thank you to her as I left because I’m a very polite person and have been taught better. I wouldn’t even rate this one star, as that’s how disgraced I felt, with how I was treated. What doesn’t surprise me at all is there’s already been quite a few reviews about poor customer service and how rude a member of staff is, so I’m assuming it all relates back to the lady who I had the misfortune of dealing with. What’s even more concerning is there’s no accountability being taken by her for her rude behaviour and how she’s treating her customers. I would encourage everyone to never shop here. There are many other florists in Luton and the surrounding areas, so please shop around, as this is an honest review. I don’t really know the lady’s name but she had blonde hair I believe was the business owner, such a horrible person she was. I will be taking this matter further, as I’m still left feeling awful about the whole experience.

Asked for chrysanthemum none included. When collected lady offered to take too pieces but no time as due at party. Why did we bother to call in personally?

I would also note that we have used you for many years and would always recommend you. We dealt with a man and also a women. The man was pleasant and professional but the women's attitude was unexpected. Now it is not what she said, what she said was fine, its more about the way she said it and how this is then received by the customer. I see there have been some similar comments left on other reviews which you have defended. So please take this advice or not, it wont really affect us using you again, as I said - what you do is great - but it is impacting some of your customers, only a change in tone from one staff member is needed to make this 5 stars

Negative experience: The lady was incredibly rude to me. I made an appointment and gave them the date I needed the arrangements for. I got there for my appointment, she was so rude. I waited about 25 minutes just so she can say “ it’s not going to happen, it’s not going to happen I’ve got a wedding” I just turned and left. I’d suggest you learn how to treat your customers. Do not go there, Go somewhere else !!!

I have not responded as there is not an option to respond back to comments This incident occurred on both 4th and 5th April in the morning Bought a bouquet from here recently and the flowers were very nice and pretty. I initially rang up to query about it, and received wonderful service. However when I went in store, the customer service I received was very disappointing. Having no previous knowledge of bouquets, I asked for guidance. But I received very abrupt responses and hostility with the staff member having very little interest in what I was looking for. I felt very uncomfortable in the shop and left thinking if I should cancel my order based on my experience, but as I needed some flowers ASAP I had no other choice. When I went to collect the order, I again experienced a similar hostile attitude. Will not be using this service again

Negative experience: Visited this afternoon and was left standing there while one member of staff talked on the phone and the others sat there chatting away at the back. When customers walk into a store they should be FIRST priority not left to stand there minutes on end. This is the ethos I run my restaurant by. Needless to say I walked out and will never return. I drove all the way to Leagrave just buy a bouquet and got an ab fab one from Sullivans. If I could give zero stars, I would. Appalling customer services.
