Fantastic experience: Such excellent service! I placed an order around 7pm on a Monday and it was delivered by 11am the next day. The staff even called me to check on a typo I'd written in the order form for the card. Flowers themselves were beautiful and really brightened up someone's day.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank the team enough for the amazing flowers they did for my mums funeral. The casket spray was absolutely amazing, with everyone commenting on how beautiful it was. I had met with Helen and discussed some colours and provided a couple of pictures of some we'd seen but they totally exceeded our expectations. The spray was crammed full of beautiful flowers and the colours were fantastic. They also made a beautiful garland that sat round the bottom of the casket in the hearse, with roses that tied into the the casket spray. It looked absolutely amazing. After the funeral I made several bouquets out of the spray to give to the family and a week later they still look fantastic. Thank you so much to all the team, my mum would have absolutely loved the flowers and we will definitely use you again.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the Valentine's Flowers! three yellow roses, and some greenery, small yellow daisy flowers, the whole presentation was yellow and green, no other colours. Total cost £40 for flowers £7.50 for delivery even though I pointed out that the delivery address was about 100 yards from the shop, I was told that's the standard delivery price.I thought no care has gone into the presentation of the Flowers. Possiby I got what was left of the days flowers!

Negative experience: I received flowers from daisy chain on valentine’s day a surprise gift from my partner from Leicester. I was shocked at the price over £40.00 he paid for an abysmal show of flowers with three yellow roses and a few greenery and some daisies.. one lily ..A bunch from marks and Spencer’s would have been better. Very disappointing indeed.. To cap it all, they insisted on a delivery charge to an address that was literally 100yards from the shop.. !!!

Fantastic experience: The lovely ladies at Daisy Chain in Roundhay made an extra special bouquet of flowers for a friend of mine diagnosed with cancer. They delivered a wonderful arrangement of pink flowers the very same day. Amazing service thank you so much.

Negative experience: Bought some valentine's day flowers ( florists choice of the day ) and added the gift bag also for £15.. my total order came to £60 and the flowers didn't even last a week (just under) . I feel abit robbed to be honest.. I've bought a lovely bunch of flowers many times before for under £10 which have lasted much longer and also which weren't all already bloomed. I feel it's really overpriced and I'll be sticking with buying my own from now on

Negative experience: Don’t recommend. Poor communication! I was sorting out wedding bouquet and they stopped communicating after a few emails. No courtesy to update me or say they won’t do it after all. Worst thing is they knew my deadline was tight and wedding was approaching. Really bad. Looking at other reviews I can see communication and customer service are poor

Negative experience: Lovely, quality flowers that are always fresh and last a long time. This is generally my go-to florist for flowers as they are always received well! However, as some feedback for staff, and a pre-cursor to anyone thinking of coming here on a budget, unfortunately the last two times I've visited, I've been made to feel a bit uncomfortable about my budget, by two separate members of staff. This last time a member of staff commented "it's not going to be a massive bouquet for £20" in front of my partner who I was buying anniversary flowers for... £20 is a lot for flowers to some people like myself, and it might be all I can afford. As I said, the flowers themselves are always lovely, and very high quality! It is just unfortunate that occasionally I feel embarassed about my budget walking out the shop.

Negative experience: Rude staff, seemed to have no interest in developing customer relationships. So went to M&S and got a beautiful bouquet. Will go there in future.

Fantastic experience: Very impressive service! Ordered flowers about 90 mins before they closed and they had them delivered by hand to the restaurant that I was dining at that evening. The flowers are beautiful. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: If you order from this florist you must be aware that what they deliver may bear no resemblance to what they advertise on the website. We ordered a baby girl package but what was delivered was in a plain bag with no baby reference. Apparently they were out of stock of the ‘special’ bags but did not think to contact us. All that was offered was to go and collect what they had delivered, to take out a separate balloon or to refund us for the cost of the bag. The customer service can only be described as pathetic and I would definitely not recommend or use again.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with both my order and communication. I paid for delivery on a certain day and they did not arrive on the day paid for. The flowers were not fresh when they were picked up from the door step. I sent an email listing my points and the email I received back simply stated they were delivered on 13/06/22, which they weren't. I sent a second email trying to get my point across again, to which I have received no reply!

Negative experience: Standard has definitely dropped over the years. I used to use daisy chain all the time but the last few bouquets I’ve ordered from them have been a complete rip off. Massively overpriced for what you get. Flowers today had wilted, some petals were ripped and the bouquet was most definitely not a £50 bouquet. I thought by asking them not to use hydrangeas and lilies id get the value I pay for unlike last time but it was still incredibly disappointing. This is definitely the end of my business with daisy chain. Never again.
