Fantastic experience: Leeds House of Flowers recently prepared flowers for my late auntie's funeral. They were absolutely beautiful and they delivered them to the funeral home, making everything very easy for us. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: This review is from my niece Aminah. I came yesterday to order some flowers for mothers day with my auntie, neither my auntie or I ever have been to a florist, we usually buy the ready made flowers from the supermarkets. I showed Holly a list of my choice of flowers and she was ever so kind, she advised us which options were the best to fit within my budget & was very very helpful, she explained to me on how to take care of them once I gift them to my mum. She didn't make us feel anxious or feel stupid she was so welcoming. My aunt just googled "florists" near my school and this cute little flower shop popped up, my auntie collected them today & I must say they are the most beautiful bunch of flowers I have ever seen. Thank you Holly and the team! It really is a wonderful cute flower shop, I highly recommend.

Negative experience: Embarrassing what was sent for the cost of these. I’ve had nicer and better quality from a super market. When I called up, the woman is so so rude, shouting at me and in disbelief of what they send out blaming interflora. I honestly cannot believe how much my partner spent on these (hundreds) and the tiny disappointing flowers I’ve got. I don’t care if some of them are £9 a stem. These are not worth their money what so ever. Never been so deflated from a delivery. Terrible business attitude and surprised people use them.

Fantastic experience: Amazing and friendly service, with an eye for detail. I’ve happily used this shop for more and more occasions. From funeral flowers to birthdays and more recently purchasing a corsage for prom. The smallest details added to give that magic touch I couldn’t be happier. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: Ordered for a funeral, they look amazing and delivery was amazing too, i was able to arrange a 6:30pm delivery with no problem even though they close at 4pm and flowers were kept in water until i collected them at my front door, were delivered by the loveliest older gentleman too, highly recommend and if ever need be i will deffinately order from them again, thank you for your great service throughout !

Fantastic experience: Our family bought us a bouquet of flowers from Leeds House of Flowers after we had sadly lost our lovely mum. The flowers were stunning, displayed beautifully in a box with several layers of tissue & ribbons. They were the best flowers we have ever received and lasted for 2 weeks. Our son said the lady in the shop who did them for us was really helpful & caring. Thank you so much for such beautiful flowers, we would definitely recommend you.

Positive experience: They did all the flowers for my Mums funeral yesterday. Wonderful, (including some home grown plant material) Colour palate beautifully matching.Done in sheaves (big bunches) so we could each bring them home after and put them into vases. Very pleased, excellent service, thankyou. later when we disassembled the sheaves to put into vases, we noticed that only half of the bunches, contained the freesias we had requested for all. Mine had 2 Freesia stems! This was a great shame as they were meant to be scented bunches ( we had originally asked for Lily of the Valley, but it was not possible) We feel we should have been contacted by phone to discuss this variation from the original order.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, had a bouquet delivered to my mum for Mother’s Day, when I saw them I was embarrassed, considering the cost I expected much more, they were terrible.Obviously my mum was polite but I felt awful, ruined the day for me. Definitely would not order from here.

She had other flowers, all pastel shades, but this bouquet was bright and beautiful and made her smile, and for that she was so grateful. Negative experience: Phoned two weeks ago to arrange flowers for the scattering of my mum's ashes. Arranged to turn up at 2pm on 6th April 40 mins prior to the scattering. Arrived all in darkness. Pressed the bell no answer. Phoned the number twice which eventually disconnected. Wanted to cry. Headed off to Otley Road where I found a florist who managed to sort me out. Then dashed back to say goodbye to mum. Not the experience I was expecting. Wouldn't ever consider them again

The lady was so helpful, understanding & accommodating, & I collected the most amazing funeral bouquet I could wish for. Negative experience: It's my 30th birthday and I've missed a reservation I had because these guys delivered my flowers which were supposed to be a surprise, to the wrong house. My husband went in to the shop asking for the bouquet to be customised and its really isn't very impressive. We called repeatedly and were told they were short on drivers (not our problem), then we're told that they were delivered to the wrong house and also we were only refunded the delivery fee. My birthday is ruined as I missed my reservation waiting for this incompetent inconsiderate company for a second rate bouquet. We will not be repeating business with them and don't recommend anyone who may have plans or expectations to waste their time or money.

Fantastic experience: Michelle and the team did my bouquets, flower crowns and wired ivory roses for my wedding day. My bridesmaids all had fresh flower crowns and I had individually wired ivory roses in my hair. The flowers were beautiful and the whole thing worked really well together. The service was great, with everything being dropped off to my venue the morning of the wedding. Really recommend.

Negative experience: I ordered a £44 bouquet for a close friend, purely on reading the positive reviews and therefore have no "axe to grind". The speed of service was impressive - delivered within an hour. However, when my friend sent me 2 photos of the bouquet it was clear that the value for money was poor: the flowers themselves were fine, but would have fitted comfortably inside a single, average size vase, which I did not expect for the amount I had paid. No wonder my friend wasn't 'blown away' as I had expected. I complained and was told by Jessica to return the flowers for a refund! Think twice before spending any serious money here.
