Fantastic experience: I can recommend this florist with the highest regard. If I could give them a 10 it would be easy and well deserved. We ordered flowers for my Aunty's funeral and was informed that the crematorium would not accept flowers, Rachel asked us to provide the details of the funeral directors, which we did not know. She took it on herself to locate the directors on our behalf. This was all done via email as we are in Australia. Thank you for going above and beyond with your service

Fantastic experience: We decided to purchase the flowers for our elopement through Lily’s of Bramhope, after a recommendation from my mother-in-law who received flowers from here before. The whole process was very smooth – from the initial phone call to the email correspondence and having the flowers delivered to our hotel. All my expectations were exceeded! We also appreciated the note that explained where the buttonhole flowers should be worn. I received so many compliments about the bouquet, both on the day and when visiting family several days after the ceremony, as the flowers lasted about a week, even after travelling! I was a bit hesitant about having fresh flowers, as we were getting married on a budget (sort of) – but I’m so glad we did. Thank you to Rachel for making our wedding day even more special <3

Fantastic experience: If you want wedding flowers that are absolutely amazing and dont require a second mortgage, then I absolutely recommend Lilys. Rachel was absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond for us, considering that we ordered them just a month before our wedding date. The attention to detail and providing exactly what you want, without skimping on quality and quantity, was phenomenal. I cried when she delivered our flowers to the venue. I will be using Lily's for all my flowery needs and suggest you all do too. Amazing people, fabulous flowers.

Fantastic experience: Lilys of Bramhope did the flowers for our wedding at the start of May. We absolutely loved them, they exceeded any expectations we had. She was able to supply everything we requested while also including her own amazing creativity. She was approachable and friendly, the customer service was basically faultless. We were kept well informed via meetings and emails the entire time. All the guests and anyone that’s seen the photos have showered them with compliments too. Fantastic experience: Wow, what amazing service. I had an unusual request for not flowers. They had a particular jellycat bunny on the web page, that my baby has taken to as a lovey. This bunny has been discontinued. And after checking the bunny was the right one, they went above and beyond to sell/ship me this bunny I had been searching for for weeks. Too bad, I live so far away or I would be buying flowers from them. Thank you I now has a spare Lelo bunny, and my wee one can't tell the difference!

The young lady, who was very knowledgeable about plants and flowers, put together a pretty floral arrangement for my grandmother's death anniversary. The quality of the flowers and plants is top notch (flowers I buy from M&S and Waitrose start wilting in a matter of days). I've bought plants from here too and they're great. I shall be offering my patronage here from now on.

Rachel and Elly were so kind and compassionate during this awful time.and were extremely knowledgeable about what type of flowers to choose. The casket spray, wreaths and funeral letters were absolutely stunning and everyone remarked on how magnificent the flowers were. Bearing in mind we had just come out of the second lockdown it lifted everybody’s spirits to see such beautiful work. They are arranging the flowers for my mum’s funeral on Monday. I had a sneak preview today and know everything will be as wonderful as before. Fabulous ladies with a fantastic talent and first class service.

Positive experience: Admittedly feeling slightly underwhelmed with these flowers. I am thinking maybe supply chain is a bit difficult with the current lockdown and maybe this is the reason (the website had limited "Peak Time" products available) Don't get me wrong - the flowers are nice and colourful - however there's not many of them and it doesn't really feel like £45 worth. With that said, i appreciate it's a lockdown and they were delivered within 24 hours, which is pretty good going.
