Pricier than some but these flowers were not only fantastic quality, they've lasted over two weeks now with some still coming into bloom, absolutely worth it!

Bought a colourful dried flower bouquet from here in July to photograph along with some art pieces and the flowers are still as bright and vivid as they were when I first got them! I think the price was reasonable for the fact you're buying something that will last too.

Fantastic experience: In what can only be described as 'works of art', Carole created the flower displays and floral arrangements for a funeral. I was not disappointed and almost cried when I first saw the arrangements. Carole created table pieces that were easily transportable after the event, and we were able to gift them to various members of my family. The arrangements were simply breath taking, well thought out with a clear passion for the craft. We even had people fighting over taking the flowers home. The arrangements were vibrant, full of colour and better than envisioned. Carole went over and above making sure the flowers were delivered to the final venue out of hours and on time. Returning the following morning to ensure the flowers were sprayed, positioned and displayed properly. I would most highly recommend the Perfumed Garden, and now officially have a new florist. One of the guests even commenting "no wonder the shop is always full' which says alot. Simply wonderful - get your flowers and plants here. Thank you, thank you, thank you Carole. I would most highly recommend you.

Fantastic experience: The perfumed garden is my favourite place. The variety of plants, pots and flowers is brilliant, so unique and on trend. The window displays are super cool. They serve the best vegan cakes and hot chocolates. The staff are truly wonderful. So kind, welcoming and helpful. They deliver too which is a real bonus. The shop decor is really beautiful too. Unlike any florist I’ve been in. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Recently looking for large ceramic pots, the perfumed garden had just what I needed, good price, good service

Negative experience: Not impressed with the flower selection I requested. Only received 2 of the colours of the 5 flower colours requested. Even though advised the colours would be pre- ordered the day before. Bought over the phone with a very impatient shop owner with extremely poor customer service skills. Advised I would also receive a picture of the display before dispatch which never happened. £55 not well spent. Definitely a case of caveat emptor.

Negative experience: I will never visit this place again, and I will warn others not to visit it also! I was "told off" by a very rude, LITTLE bearded man for daring to touch a plant I was considering buying. You need a lesson in customer service!
