Negative experience: Unfortunately I did not want to pursue this avenue, however, after being ignored, I feel it is the only route now to ensure now. I received a bouquet from this florist for Easter from a family member who lives armbroad, and unfortunately the quality was completely unacceptable. The roses were already dead on arrival, and the arrangement looked as though no care had been taken — it hadn’t even been properly trimmed or presented. I thought I could try and salvage them by trimming them myself and presenting them in my own vase, now some rickety half crumpled gift bag, however the entire bouquet ended up going in the bin shortly after as it was t salvageable. What’s even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I called to raise the issue and was told to ring back later that day, however, due to being a full time working mum to a 6 month old, it wasn’t quite at the forefront of my priorities. I followed up via email and have had no response whatsoever, then I called again and got fobbed off and told I’d be called back the following day due to the person i needed to speak to being at a funeral. This call back never happened. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored when trying to resolve a genuine complaint. Based on both the poor quality of the flowers and the lack of communication, I would not recommend this florist. At this point, the silence speaks volumes. When a business can’t stand by its product or even offer the basic courtesy of a response, it raises serious concerns about how they operate. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, as both the product and aftercare fall far below what should be expected.

Fantastic experience: We had a custom made beautiful spring coffin spray made for my father's funeral. It was absolutely stunning and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Market Garden are wonderful! They did the bouquets for my wedding (myself and 5 bridesmaids) as well as button holes for the Groom, Groomsmen and Dads. The flowers were absolutely stunning! We met with them to discuss what we would like, and they gave us some great ideas and the final bouquets were just perfect. Throughout the day, we had so many lovely comments on the flowers. They also gave us the great idea of using the bouquets as centre pieces for the tables during the wedding breakfast! They looked beautiful on the tables too. The flowers were also delivered to us in the morning in plenty of time (bouquets and buttonholes were delivered to two separate locations, which was really helpful!). Fantastic experience: We use the Market Garden regularly for bouquets and they are very reasonably priced and of good quality. I recommended to a friend and she also felt that they exceeded all of her expectations.

Negative experience: Sorely disappointed Spent £50 on the "Grand" basket display . The amount and type of flowers were no way worth it 3 roses, daisies and miniature carnations and foliage. Had to ask them to fill out the back as all the oasis showing. No where near the money paid. Didn't look anything like the picture shown on web site . .

The ladies were so friendly and helpful. I asked if there was any chance I could have my flowers delivered first thing in the morning even though the didn't give specific times, she was happy to accommodate my request. The flowers were delivered on time and my wife absolutely loved them.
