Fantastic experience: Long story, but had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered for our 44th wedding anniversary today. We weren’t in, and my daughter was a bit worried as I hadn’t sent a photo of them to her. Then she realised we were staying with my son. So she rang carnations and told them . So the driver went back to a neighbour picked up the flowers and brought them to my son’s address. Absolutely great service, can’t fault them and the flowers are absolutely beautiful. Thank you guys. 10 out of 10 for service and 10 out of 10 for the beautiful bouquet

On this occasion I called on Wednesday afternoon to order flowers to be delivered to my sister in Rumney for the following day, I asked if they could deliver as early as possible as my sister leaves for work at about 9.45. The girl I spoke with advised they would do their best as they would be busy due to funeral the next day. Bearing in mind this was late afternoon when I rang, my sister received her beautiful flowers a little after 9am the next day! Would certainly recommend Carnations, Anthony and his staff are great… thank you!

Positive experience: I live 420 miles away, i called and told them i had sent a picture via messenger, which they seen of something i was wanting sent to relative down in wales, full service was good apart from i asked for a picture to be sent via messenger just so i know what was sent and how it looked. both requests were blanked and all i got back the next day was too busy at this time of year. How hard can it be to send a picture via messenger simply a click and send less than 20 seconds and done. So i had 2 arrangements sent without seeing what they had put together. all in I sent 3, one was with another florist in Aberdare and the result was stunning on the picture they sent back, just as busy as this shop but much more customer service.
