Fantastic experience: We ordered the A Little Gesture Bouquet for my mum in law 70th birthday, chosen by my 10 year old son for his Nana. We picked it because it had the fastest delivery option, but were genuinely blown away by how big and beautiful the bouquet was when it arrived! It was much more than we expected for “a little gesture” . Large bunch full of fresh, vibrant flowers and really well presented. She was so pleasantly surprised and absolutely loved it. Fantastic experience: I ordered a wreath from this florist for my friends' mums funeral. I live in London, so I had to trust what Google search gave me. And I'm glad that I chose Bettys Florists. My friend and her family really liked the wreath. In these difficult times, it's nice to be able to bring a smile to people's faces. I went up to Cardiff for the funeral yesterday (27/6/25) and saw the wreath. It really was gorgeous and it was a nice size and arranged beautifully. Amazing colours. Thank you Bettys florists.

Booking online was super easy, the flowers were delivered as promised, and my friend was thrilled with how beautiful they were. I’ve previously purchased flowers online from other vendors, and the results have often been disappointing, so I was really impressed with the flowers my friend received. Fantastic experience: Faultless service from beginning to end. When I ordered flowers for my sister’s funeral I was dealt with with the greatest kindness and sympathy. When I collected the flowers I was stunned by the arrangement of both sprays, absolutely beautiful and arranged with obvious thoughtfulness and care. Negative experience: Very disappointed with the funeral flowers. I asked for white with a small amount of yellow and I wanted them tied with raffia as the deceased love nature and natural things but instead it was a cheap bow made from white nylon ribbons! I didn’t see any yellow flowers and if there was any I did not see them as they were so small!

Positive experience: Disappointed. We used Bettys for my fiancées funeral flowers because he had always used them on the rare occasions when he bought flowers for me. They were already browning when they were delivered which was a real shame. The arrangements were nice but the flowers looked tired.

I called yesterday for last minute birthday bouquet, they were fully booked but squeezed me in, and within an hour they were made and delivered to our work colleague! Negative experience: Very disappointed to the point i felt embarrassed by my sheaf i ordered, most roses were at end of life, 9 roses in total but picture shows 12, sheaf appeared smaller than advertised picture tied off with a hideous tie, really upset me at the graveside, ordered these and got these

Fantastic experience: I called at 9am and queried wether they could do a delivery (local) for me before midday on the same day. A quick chat with staff and a Yes was the answer. Then discussed the choice of flowers and message on the card. All chosen, paid for and taken care of within a few minutes on the phone. Flowers were beautiful and delivered promptly, much to the bemusement (she had no idea who they were from or why she was getting them) and satisfaction of the recipient. Fantastic experience: I ordered a 3ft Cross for my Dad’s funeral on the 8/11/23 and spoke to a lovely lady Karen who took my order over the telephone. I asked for white roses with pale blue and some pale yellow flowers as these are colours of Dementia. She was so kind and updated me with the colours and kindly added some extra yellow flowers before delivery and I was very impressed with how beautiful it looked. It really stood out from the rest. Thankyou very much for doing such a perfect job.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this business enough. Arrived in store at 9:30am on Monday just gone, they were extremely busy preparing for orders that were going out that day. I asked if there was anything ready to go that I could take, and unfortunately there wasn't. However, after explaining I was desperate to get hold of some flowers, one member of staff, after noticing my urgency, stopped what they were doing and made me the most beautiful bouquet of Lillies in just 10 minutes. I placed the order and they emailed me back the very next day to say that they don't normally deliver to that area but they did have one delivery close by so they would do it. I rang on the day in the morning and the girls sorted it straight away and got them delivered that day! Negative experience: I’m so glad I found this place! I’m from Los Angeles California and I wanted to get my mom who lives in Newport some seasonal flowers before Christmas! I searched so many different websites and I couldn’t find any like I pictured! I came across Bettys flowers and she does the most perfect beautiful flowers! My mom loved them and this will be my go to place from now on :D thank you Betty !!! Merry Christmas Edit: the last 2 years they have refused to deliver to Newport uk where my mum lives (20 mins away from the store) so unfortunately we don’t use this service anymore due to rude service as we were great customers over the years !
