Fantastic experience: I am out of the world by their selection of flower. As a designer I can imagine what sort of effort they give to pick the nicest flower from the world. It is a must visit place if you are looking for gorgeous selection for your occations.

They’re customer service and support is Greatly appreciated, I totally forgot to sort a birthday out this weekend for my colleague from myself and the team and I called the florist and the lady I spoke to at the florist went above and beyond for me today baring in mind I was very last minute! I didn’t get the ladies name but you’ll never know how grateful I am for you and your kindness today. You literally went out of your way to help me and do it so quickly within 2 hours a lovely gentleman walked to get them flowers to deliver them to me!! You have gained a customer for life! It’s not everyday you come across such kindness and staff that want to help! Thank you so much the flowers are unreal and smell amazing .

My mum, my auntie, and I all came along feeling a little nervous, but their encouragement and support instantly put us at ease. The whole session was engaging, creative, and full of festive cheer, it truly felt magical to be surrounded by beautiful materials and guided step by step to create something special. By the end, we weren’t just proud of our wreaths, we were completely immersed in the Christmas spirit. Donna and Kelly created such a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience unforgettable. We left feeling joyful, connected, and already excited to come back next year. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to feel festive and inspired!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great morning making my Christmas wreath. The ladies were lovely, gave step by step instructions and help and ideas when needed. I have a beautiful wreath on my front door now. I recommend booking on these wreath making courses next year.

I had also mentioned to the ladies that it was a yellow and terracotta colour preference. Something i had no idea how to match with flowers but they did an excellent job. 5/5 will be back.

Fantastic experience: Whenever I need flowers in Cardiff, I go to Secret Garden. They've done many bouquets in the past for me, but most recently prepared a spray of flowers for my step-father's funeral. We gave them a fairly vague brief of a colourful spray of wildflowers and what turned up was the most exquisite arrangement that was absolutely perfect. Given the circumstances I forgot to take a photo, but it was truly stunning and the team checked in with us before the funeral to check details etc, which was appreciated. There are lots of florists in Cardiff but Secret Garden really is exceptional.

The time that goes into their bouquets, the variety they offer, the customer service and person touches all made it a no brainer. Kelly was so helpful and informative during our conversations, and definitely knows her flowers!! She created gorgeous bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids, as well as floral centrepieces, cake decoration and pin holes for my husband, his brother and his dad. Kelly completely understood our brief for the flowers and created a really helpful mood board to make sure we were totally happy with everything. She was easy to communicate with and always confirmed all the details with us clearly. We wanted to transport the flowers to our venue ourselves, and Kelly was happy to deliver them to our house and gave us lots of helpful tips to make sure the flowers survived the journey and looked their best. The flowers themselves were absolutely incredible, the colours and textures were stunning and they were so much more beautiful than we could have imagined. We absolutely loved our flowers, and received so many compliments from our wedding guests and since the wedding, when we've been sharing our photos. Thank you so much Kelly, for everything you did!

I ordered the seasonal bouquet for my mums birthday so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect as I was a first time customer and didn’t know what seasonal flowers would be used. But my god! I was so amazed when I saw the bouquet, it was so beautiful and amazing quality, just by touching the petals, you can tell how good they are. Fantastic experience: The most beautiful bouquet delivered this Mother's Day from Secret Garden, a gift from my lovely daughter. The colours were toning shades of pink, blue and white and the blooms looked in excellent condition. I'm confident they will last; I received an equally gorgeous bouquet from my daughter last November, and I still had some left after a fortnight! Lovely, friendly delivery lady. Fantastic experience: I've been a customer of Secret Garden for over 10 years. Their products are of such high quality and the flowers always last weeks! The ladies are extremely helpful, professional and so creative . I've always bought mothers day and birthday bouquets from them, along with special occasion bouquets, any excuse really to visit the shop! We used Secret Garden for our wedding flowers and they were perfect I've attended their floral workshops which are fab and would also highly recommend . More recently I've been buying there pots and house plants and during Covid-19 purchased there amazing dried flower bouquets, so, so beautiful! Such talented ladies, I can't wait to visit the store again soon!

Fantastic experience: I Contacted the Secret Garden to create a memorial flower arrangement for my grandfather. I explained how I wanted a tennis racket and table centre piece and didn’t give much notice for these to be made. The funeral was the day after Mother’s Day, I was told by the member of staff that this would not make a difference and they would ensure they were made for me to pick up on the morning of the funeral. When picking up the table centre piece and tennis racket I was shocked and completely overwhelmed by the attention to detail and the finish for the low price that I had agreed, the flowers were amazing value. My grandfather would have loved it. I was helped to carry the flowers to the car by a member of staff who was more than helpful as the car was a large distance from the shop. The professionalism and care was highly appreciated at such a delicate time. I would not recommend any other florist after the service that I received. I will certainly be returning to purchase more flowers in the future.

The flowers were exactly what I asked for displaying vibrant colours with a lovely scent. Negative experience: I have to say how disappointed we were at one of the bouquets ordered through yourselfs. re for anthony bannister 23/3/18 one bouquet was beautiful;; the other was practically dead flowers were limp. we paid £80 for each bouquets and looked more like £30 range. I would like to say, i have tried emailing and sending private message all come back undeliverable hence why i resorted to putting such a poor review.
