Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for a friends funeral and Darren ( Daryl?) phoned on the morning to check if he could add flowers to the original lily order as that days lilies were too small for his liking. I thought this was exceptionally good service as he didn’t need to add extra at his own expense. The arrangement was lovely btw. My daughter has ordered me flowers from Jackie’s before which have always been beautiful and last well which was why I ordered from them. I will def order from them again.

Fantastic experience: We honestly cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. We had an additional challenge as myself and the flower girl are allergic to pollen. Jackie sourced amazing silk flowers that looked so authentic. I absolutely loved them and all the floral arrangements including both bouquets, buttonholes and ceremony flowers are still stunning I had an image in my head of how I wanted them to look and Jackie got it exactly right- in fact even better than what I had imagined. Aoife was able to recommend the best flowers that were suitable and in season to use. After our initial chat it was one less thing to stress about. As I live in London the Staff at Jackies are my eyes and always pick the most beautiful blooms which are on offer on the day of delivery being at their peak of freshness with an abundance of scent. My Sister is always blown away by the presentation and quality of her flowers and the balloons which add an extra bit of fun, she sends photos to me. ALL STAFF in the shops are amazing, such a great family Run business and the flowers always last a few weeks as they advise on the best care for them too. I am a long time customer and wouldn't order from any other florist. Personally they got a plaque made for my Grandads gave stone last year and it's exactly what we wanted and were so happy with it

Negative experience: I placed the order tp get the specific colour of the flowers 2 weeks ago, when I came to collect the flowers came in wrong colour, more over I was not told that straight away, they rather made me wait and asked to come back. They were really 'kind' trying to sell me some other flowers that I did not want. Not even apologised to me.

I placed an order on their website late on Wednesday evening from Scotland and the flowers were delivered before lunch the next day from their Tallaght store. They were a gift for my niece and she was absolutely delighted with them. They were much bigger than expected and the quality was amazing! Fantastic experience: I've bought flowers here a few times for various occasions, and every time I've come by to pick up the flowers I've been blown away by the result! Most recently I asked them to help me prepare flowers to give at a graduation ceremony. I didn't really know what I wanted, but they were very helpful in narrowing that down, and I think they knocked it out of the park!

Negative experience: Unfortunately very disappointed with the bouquet of flowers my mother received today from Jackie’s Florist. Bulk of flowers were okay but 3 large roses which formed the centre piece of the bouquet were extremely old and withered and totally detracted from the beauty of the floral the arrangement. Especially saddened as my mother is in a nursing home and her niece had taken the time and incurred obviously significant expense to send the flowers via inter flora from England. Rang Jackie’s Florist to discuss my issue and got nowhere with Darren. Whilst he acknowledged the flowers originated from his shop, informed me that my only course of action was to revert to inter floral. This obviously was not a viable option as it would have entailed me having to involve the original sender of the flowers, causing her upset, something I was not prepared to do.,
