Fantastic experience: I sent some flowers through Precious Petals and was amazed at how magnificent they were, as I was sent a photo. I chose a blue and white arrangement, not top of the range, but they certainly looked it. Thank you to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Ordered the elegance bouquet online for my girlfriend. They seem just a little bit different than the picture on the website but still look great. I’ve gotten flowers from other places, but these seemed to get the best reaction from her. They also hand write the message you add which was nice, but not expected (hopefully they had a good laugh). Overall, very positive experience and will probably use them from now on.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise this florist enough, especially Conor, I will never go to another florist again! A few days before Christmas day my poor daughter, was expecting a baby but sadly she gave birth to a stillborn beautiful little angel, a girl. Because it was so close to Christmas we couldn't bury the angel until the New Year. I contacted Conor to arrange flowers and he was unbelievably helpful. Because arrangements were changing due to the timing between the hospital, chaplain and grave, Conor was so kind, patient and understanding. I have never dealt with someone so thoughtful. I had wanted a teddy bear shaped flower arrangements but unfortunately he didn't have one but I couldn't believe it when he said he would try to get one and I was shocked when he rang to say he bought one especially for me! Even though it was over the holidays he said to ring him anytime and everytime we spoke Conor asked about my daughter, He is such a lovely gentleman! Even when it came to the delivery, they usually start at midday but AGAIN he went out of his way to get the flowers delivered by 11am. Even just talking to him on the phone, he was such a lovely gentleman, he was so empathetic and kind that he made a very sad time easier, he's a very special person and the flowers were stunning! You could tell that they were made with love and he even did extra little things that he knew we would like from talking to him. I will never be able to thank him enough and I would highly recommend this florist to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and wonderful customer service. Thank you so much Conor!

Fantastic experience: I placed an order online with this company halfway across the world, with relatively specific instructions on how to deliver the flowers, and they got it done. Birthday saved! The flowers look great, highly recommend.

Negative experience: We have used Precious Petals in the past with no issues which is why when a very special occasion came along, we contacted them again. When the order arrived missing essential items, we phoned them and having politely explained the issue, we were transferred to the owner Conor. This was a very different experience .. This business is not a florist but a 'go between' . We were treated with bad language and had the phone put down. He was obviously having a bad day ... One of the missing items was delivered a short time after but the other wasn't. Do not use a 'go between' ... Always ensure you are using a florist, and preferably one who is going to do the flower arrangement themselves. I have given one star because there is no zero to give...

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would! I live in Los Angeles and I ordered the Bohemium Supreme for my Mam for her birthday and she was blown away by the bunch that she received. The website is realy easy to use and accepted my US bank card no probelm (I had many issues in the past with other shops trying to use my bank card). These are the quotes from my Mam about the flowers (that she sent me about 80 photos of) 'the bouguet is truly magnificent, what a display of beautiful flowers, the mix is spectacular, love the ribbon, it is a top of the range bouquet, stunning'. My nieces went through every single flower commenting and smelling them haha! I emailed Conor to thank him and he was so sweet in his reply saying that he also used to live in the US and knows how hard it can be living away from home and missing everyone there. I just ordered a bunch of flowers for my best friend and will continue to order from here for every occasion. Negative experience: Flowers were not fresh - brown petals - see photos. I complained and I was told this was expected as they are naturally grown and not "intended for instagram" - the photo they use on their website (Soho bouquet) does not show the flowers "as mother nature intended", so I felt brushed off. I was told I could replace they if I brought the bouquet back but it had already been gifted at that stage. Bad product, worse customer service. Edit to respond to response: I never claim to be an expert in flowers but you chastise me for that - I am your customer and I was dissatisfied with the worst bouquet of flowers I've never bought. I was in a rush with a sleeping baby in the car. I did not look at them at the door. The pictures were not taken in the car at the florist (as you claim) - they were outside my parent's house. It was not an option for me to return from a time perspective. I do not think that asking me to return flowers that I had already gifted is reasonable. In fact, the entire reply reeks of an unhealthy attitude.

Fantastic experience: I was home in Dublin March 23 2023 for what would have been my parents 55th wedding anniversary. I wanted to celebrate with flowers for my Mam, so of course Conor at Precious Petals came to mind. 10/10 for response time, selection, ease of ordering and picking up (I got to meet Conor). 100% will always use Precious Petals and 100% will always recommend. Fantastic experience: Precious Petals exceeded expectations in every respect. Unable to make the international phone connection, I emailed to determine whether an arrangement could be delivered that day, although I had missed the noon cut off. Much to my surprise, I received an immediate, friendly response from Conor and then an expedited effort to make the arrangement before the soon expected driver arrived at the shop. My friends in quarantine in their hotel, missing a much anticipated garden tour, were surprised and laughed out loud at the delightful “It’s A Dog’s Life” arrangement and immediately sent a text photo of a large, beautiful bouquet with a happy, floppy dog on one side, made of white pom poms that looked very much like my friend’s dog. An attempt to bring some cheer could not have been more successful. The International PayPal payment that provides the amount due in both currencies, was as easy as it could possibly be.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time ordering from Precious Petals and I am even more impressed this second time around than the first! I had browsed the website to select my bouquet for Mothers Day and got in touch with Conor about making a few modifications based solely on personal taste. Conor immediately responded and there was absolutely no issue in catering to my request. The flowers arrived (delivered to the door) and myself and my Mother were blown away by how beautiful the selection, colours and arrangement were. They have excellent customer service, Conor is super attentive and very accomodating and has helpful suggestions. All the arrangements have been gorgeous and my friend loves them. Recently I added the handmade chocolate stiletto for a friend's birthday, as an added bonus to the flowers. It is super cute and unique and the birthday girl said it was very delicious, it was filled with chocolates, we wanted her to send a photo, but it was only an empty shoe by then!
