While the original Christmas arrangement I ordered for my friend’s birthday was disappointing, they replaced it with a truly beautiful, elaborate bouquet that exceeded expectations. I really appreciated their professionalism and genuine commitment to good customer service, and the replacement arrangement was an absolutely stunning .. Thank you so much Molly!! I really appreciated it.. So disappointed with Xmas arrangement I ordered for my friends birthday . Apart from fairly cool reception when ordering yesterday - when I collected them there were 3 tired looking white roses , 1 amaryllis and greenery in the arrangement ! . When I commented that the roses were not good thé florist whipped off a few of outer petals and said they would be fine . I have got flowers there before and have always found them really nice and the standard good . Very poor value for the bunch I got - bore absolutely no resemblancce to any Xmas bouquet advertised - Am so disappointed as it was a special birthday. .

She was so kind and had such a good attention to detail, she made the most amazing arrangement with the instructions I gave her ( my mother is very fussy) and it’s nearly three weeks later and the flowers are still perfect. Fantastic experience: What an incredible florists ! I order a bouquet of flowers on the 30th November to be delivered on the 1st. The flowers were a massive bouquet more than I expected which I really appreciated but not only that my partners mum sent me a picture of the flowers on the 10th of December and still looked perfect and even more surprisingly when I arrived home for Christmas on the 17th December they were even more beautiful. I don’t know what magic you use for your flowers but talk about value for money they lasted until the 23rd of December before they started to wilt (23days of bloom !!) ! Thank you very much ! Fantastic experience: I unknowingly led Oasis Florists Terenure on a wild goose chase between an incomplete delivery address, and therefore no eircode, and an incorrect phone number. Yet they stopped at NOTHING to ensure that my plant arrangement was delivered, and went to the trouble of making a series of phone calls and sending emails that kept me updated on the situation. In the end they succeeded and, despite having to make a whole new plant arrangement, were polite and friendly throughout. I cannot commend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Aisling and her team at Oasis Florists were extremely helpful when I asked them about creating a wedding bouquet and table arrangement. The flowers were gorgeous and my bouquet was perfect and extactly what I wanted.

Positive experience: I had an issue with this online order. The flowers were not delivered to the address, they were delivered next door. Next door weren’t in so the flowers were just left in their porch (where anyone could have stolen them). There was a note on the order to call a mobile when delivering- this was not done, if it had of been done then they would have seen they were delivering to the wrong house. The neighbour did bring in the flowers when she came home but this is not satisfactory. The flowers were for my mother and this experience has dampened the surprise for her.

I had to leave a review to recommend Oasis Florists to anyone with the same dilemma. From across the country I ordered flowers for my girlfriend over the phone. Speaking with the very accommodating Anne, we discussed my desired bouquet complete with special message and delivery times. The experience from start to finish straddled the line between professionalism and tastefulness with the bouquet being delivered less than 24 hours from the time of ordering and, upon seeing the photograph, with the expert tweaking and suggestions of Anne, the flowers exceeded every one of my expectations.
