Negative experience: EDIT: Still no reply to my emails, flowers started dying within 24h, extremely disappointed. €55 bouquet (+€10 delivery) for my mother’s birthday had flowers which started to wilt the morning after delivery, with even more wilting the following day. The lilies in the bouquet hadn’t even opened yet by the time these other flowers were dying. Garden of Edenmore have so far ignored my emails to them about this, unfortunately.

Staff in shop very friendly down to earth, and genuinely don't try to fleece you. Know their stuff and for anyone like me who knows nothing about flowers, gave great advice on what to get. Highly recommended and great value for money.

The only thing I don't like about the place is that nothing is priced and you have to keep asking?,how much each plant is ☹️ not a good way to be doing buissnes these days.. If you went to a supermarket to do your shopping and you had to ask an assistant what price each item was before you put it in the basket.. You would not be going there every week..?

Negative experience: Family member sent me flowers from this shop, I liked the flowers and decided to visit the shop in person. Sales assistant was extremely rude and tried to rush me out of the shop. Plants on display looked thirsty so I asked her to get me a better looking one but she refused. When I asked her to pack it in wrapping paper she said they didn't have any - all while I could see a lady in the back wrapping flower bouquets in gift wrapping. It could have been that she was just in a bad mood, or perhaps that happened cause I'm a person of colour. Regardless, such treatment is unacceptable and I hope you close down.
