Positive experience: The bouquets I received are really beautiful, both the white one I collected yesterday and the pink one delivered today. The arrangements and colors are lovely. However, I did notice that the outer petals on the roses in both bouquets were already starting to turn brown, and I ended up having to remove some of them. While the flowers still look nice overall, it did make them seem a bit less fresh. Just wanted to share this feedback.

Fantastic experience: I requested a quote for my wedding bouquet and they were very quick to answer the message and clarified all my questions. I just said the colors I would like it to be and it was more than I could expect. The ladies are very nice, very polite and very professional. I highly recommend Celine’s!

Negative experience: Received flowers for my wedding anniversary yesterday. Half of them are already dead and there was a smell from the water. And some of the flowers were mushy. I had to dump half of the bunch after having them for just one day. They were Not a fresh made bunch… disappointed as they are usually good!

Fantastic experience: I am in the USA with very close friends in Dublin Ireland. Every year, I message Celine's what I need delivered for the holidays and they never fail me. Every arrangement they have made over the last 3 years or more has always been absolutely stunning. If you need a flourist who delivers perfection Every time you order, its this flourist Celine's! Negative experience: Would not recommend this florist. Some of the petals were wilted in my opinion. I sent pics to the shop and they reverted and confirmed they were fresh flowers, however some petals were wilted when I received them. It was a warm day, however this shouldn't impact on the petals wilting so fast. The company also had difficulty locating the order on the system, which turns out it wasn't recorded in the first instance

We live in the US and needed to send a wreath to the funeral service for our family member in Ireland. Helena, who helped us, could not have been nicer, and the wreath was beautiful. Fantastic experience: We used Celine for our wedding on 26 May 2023, the service was exceptional they delivered out to Greystones, we had 2 Thank You Bouquets, 9 buttonholes, 5 Bridesmaid Bouquets and my Bridal Bouquet. Fantastic experience: I received a hat box from Celines and it is very lovely and compact. The colours are gorgeous jewel shades which I love. Happily used the box again. It is a bit on the smaller side but still sweet none the less.

Negative experience: Such a bad experience with Celine Flowers!! Really disappointed!! I ordered flowers for 100 euros (selected the prime option at this prime price for my anniversary) + 19.95 euros for 3 heart balloons + 18 euros for box of chocolates. Total order was for grand 150.9 euros (imcludomg delivery charges) However: (1) Product was partially delivered i.e 1 balloon although i ordered 3 heart balloons (2) Some flowers were not fresh and looked old.Such a shame that i paid such a prime price for such a low quality product (3) 1 chocolate was missing from the chocolate box! Such a shame!! If you want your day to be special, NEVER order from Celines Flowers & Gifts else you can end up like me. PS: its been May 2023 now and still they have not even responded to my complaint and have not even considered refunding me for missing balloons. Soo Unprofessional!!

Fantastic experience: I was here recently and asked the staff to make me a bouquet for the "Memorial of the Death of Christ"... The bouquet was ready immediately the next day, exactly in the colors, the amount we agreed on and exactly on time. The girls are professional, kind, and stick to their agreements. Acceptable prices. I am sure that in the future I will come again to buy something here. Because in addition to beautiful flowers, they also have beautiful candles and interesting books. Many thanks for everything.

Negative experience: A few of us chipped in to get a mermaid wreath made for the funeral of our 12 year old cousin. I was assured this is what we’d get but instead we just got a wreath with a Barbie stuck in the middle of it with no resemblance of a mermaid. Really wanted to give this florist a 5 star review because their customer service skills are brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers yesterday from Celine's Flowers. They were very well presented , smelt wonderful and really brightened up my day. I've used Celine's flowers before, most recently 2 weeks ago when I ordered flowers for delivery through Karen. I found Karen to be most courteous and polite. The flowers were delivered the same day and were exquisite. Having been on the receiving end of a fabulous bouquet yesterday I have no issues with highly recommending Celine’s Flowers.

Fantastic experience: Got Celine’s number through searching for a privately owned florist for delivery to Rathfarnham. The flowers I ordered were for someone very special but certainly were not the most expensive. I was so thrilled when the recipient phoned me and said they were absolutely beautiful. On her way home from work this evening she went out of her way to do me a massive favour and I don't know the girl, she even rang me to say she was at the hotel and the name I presented her with was not in the restaurant that lady waited for me to get in contact with the people and to I ring her back her professional is beyond word's. Negative experience: Bought flowers and card. Flowers look like the ones depicted online, but after a hurricane. Absolutely not as tidy as advertised. But the card, it was written like they were forced against their will to do so; unacceptable, especially given the occasion. There was no care nor heart put into it. Even names were misspelled. Not recommended.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this florist, have dealt directly with Celine for a long time. I rang last week to place an order with Celine, I was told she was not in work today, so I went ahead and placed the order. When it arrived I was not happy, not what I usually get. So I called to speak with Celine privately. I was advised to call back Friday as she was not in work, so I called Friday, was then told to call back Monday. I called today, and was informed Celine is no longer the owner and she sold the business. I can live with getting a sad bunch of flowers, but not happy with the way the new owners fobbed me off and wasted my time.
