Positive experience: Unfortunately, I do have to do a follow up review to the previous 5 star review I had left. Today, I walked in with 4 staff members present. I wasn't greeted nor acknowledged, which is fine. Then a young man began looking for someone I assume to assist me. But after about 7 minutes when he wasn't able to find anyone I figured I'd just come back later. This isn't an indictment on the usual wonderful 2 tenure women that have assisted me in past visits, but just an update.

Fantastic experience: Sarah was very helpful. I had no idea what I really wanted. She helped me through the process and a made lovely arrangement while I walked around the store and looked at all the lovely plants, baskets, and cute decorations. So glad we found this florist!!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to get flowers for a guy friend in the hospital, so I stopped by Greenbrier Florist to see what bouquets they might already have put together. As I was looking around, Sarah asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for, and she offered to make me a fresh bouquet on the spot. We decided on white, green, and yellow. She put together a gorgeous bouquet in mere minutes and I found a stuffed moose for my friend too. (He's from Minnesota) I was so delighted with the prices and service, I came back days later and asked for another bouquet. Sarah happily obliged!
