Negative experience: Don’t waste your money, this is what showed up today, they have dead flowers all over and just not up to standard.

Negative experience: Paid extra for expedited delivery, came after business closed. Horrible horrible experience. Do not use this florish for delivery. Terrible

Negative experience: I will never buy flowers again!! $83 for a half a dozen roses on a mason jar!! Not to mention I get there and the acts like he can’t find my order!! Very unsatisfactory service considering I order this a week in advance!! And the rose cut so short you can even tell they roses!!

Negative experience: This was a terrible experience. I ordered an arrangement to be sent for a friend’s funeral on a Saturday and it never arrived per the family. When I called Norfolk Florist on Monday to find out what happened, I was told the order was cancelled because Norfolk Florist could not verify the funeral service at the church even though I provided all the details when I ordered online. I did not receive a call or email that the order was cancelled, but payment still went through. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund and have not received a call back from the manager and I have left multiple messages to resolve this. Poor customer service, poor communication, and this is the last issue I expect to deal with after suffering a loss like this.

Negative experience: Not a good experience at all! Ordered roses for my wife, got an email saying delivered and called her to find out they were ever delivered. Then found out they didn’t even have the roses in stock! Asked for a refund and even though my card was charged 96 dollars they processed the refund for 72 but I was never given any discount so I should have gotten my total amount back! Still waiting for my money back! Frustrating experience to say the least.

We have been using them for more years than I count and have never been dis appointed. Norfolk Florist is my go to florist for ordering arrangements for any occasion. They have my highest recommendation.

Negative experience: We ordered flowers online for a deeply painful funeral we couldn’t attend, as we live on another continent. We included personalized messages with each of the three bouquets. None of the flowers were delivered with the messages—or even with the names of the senders. What is the point of spending nearly $500 if the flowers arrive alone, without any words or names to show who sent them? One of the arrangements was also supposed to come in a basket—it did not. Thankfully, our grieving family on-site took the time to figure out with us which flowers were from us and even rewrote the messages during their mourning. This should never have been their burden. I tried to call the florist on Sunday and left a voicemail with my number. It’s now four days later—no one has called me back. In short: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They did not do their job properly, not even for a funeral. Absolutely unacceptable!

Negative experience: They left $115 flowers in a hallway of a large multi-business office building on the floor! Luckily no one stole the arrangement or knocked it over. Didn't even try and contact us. Terrible. Never again.

Negative experience: Ordered planter of mixed flowers for delivery and the end result was totally different. The recipient sent a picture to me which is the only way I would have known. If stock is low, it should be communicated while placing the order. Rather , the branch assumed something different should be delivered.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers 3 days before my father's memorial service. My father served in Vietnam and I ordered 2 standing floral sprays in red white and blue flowers. The flowers were not delivered on time for the services, despite the card saying they needed to be delivered by 11 am for a 1pm service. Additionally, the flowers were yellow and white. The arrangements were delivered separately, despite them being ordered together. I called to address these concerns and was placed on hold for an extended amount of time. Eventually, I hung up because the services were starting soon. This day was already an emotional and stressful day and this just made it worst. I will NEVER order anything from Norfolk Florist again!! This was a horrible experience.

Positive experience: Went to this location looking for 20 pink roses for my wife J15. The young girl was very helpful but they did not have 20 regular roses. They did have 20 long stem roses for $120 . I just needed 20 regular roses not something to break the bank on a Monday. She told me sorry but sat, sun, mon, tue are the worst days since we only get a truck on Wednesdays. I live in western branch and drove here because they usually have what I need. Didn't think a Monday would be slim pickings. The place also look like it was going out of business with very few flowers in it. Don't think I will make that drive again the way the store looked so empty and it is supposed to be a warehouse. Good luck if you do go to this one on baker rd.
