Negative experience: I ordered a standing spray for my great great Aunt's Homegoing. I was highly disappointed. The diameter of the circle was no more than 10" - 12". The cost was $160; using only carnations. ION should be ashamed. I certainly was when I saw it. My family members commented on how pitiful it looked. I will NEVER use ION again.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for Aunt who was spending her first Christmas without my uncle who passed away in January of this year. Found this florist online as I was out of the country for Christmas. Saw the great reviews and thought it was a company of quality and trust. I made sure to tip well as it was the holiday only to return and speak with Aunt today and the flowers were terrible. She stated they looked dead and the arrangement was not lively. I selected the Pink Parisian Blooms which should have put a smile on her face. I called this company and spoke with a woman named BJ and she was BEYOND unhelpful. Appreciate that you apologized but you knew I was not from the area as my cc information would have an out of state address. If I had been in country, my Aunt would have been able to tell me sooner and this would have been corrected that day. I will say that if you are not local to this business do not use them. Update: I never received an email or text with a photo of the flowers. I never even got a confirmation of the delivery. You all stand by your business, I stand by my review and disappointment with this business.

The process to submit an order was easy and the delivery went out the same day (we submitted our order before 12 PM). The flowers that were received were beautiful! Will was so helpful in helping me select a beautiful majestic palm and arranged cut flowers at the base, checked with the venue as it was not a funeral home as to when would be the best time and location of building to deliver it, communicated all to me, and then sent a photo of the arrangement when it was delivered. Fantastic experience: Connie and her team has made this process from beginning to end seamless enjoyable and very memorable not only to my mom who received her flowers and absolutely loved them but for me as well they answered all my questions Connie even knew what flowers not to send as my mom is in a hospice suffering from COPD and didn't want to put any flowers in her arrangement that could make her condition worse. So empathetic and so caring and when just a few of my mom's snapdragons were drooping not only did they make it right immediately by sending another arrangement they could have just sent replacement flowers for that particular item but didn't they went $110% over and above what any other florist that I've ever worked with has ever done. The quality of the flowers my mom cannot stop gushing over. Hands down I recommend this florist to anyone in the area this is a company that deserves your business and will continue to have mine.
