Negative experience: Worst experience came from out of town ordered them for pick up got there 30 min later they weren't ready they made me pay for delivery and delivered them to the wrong address they didn't call to say they were on there way they didn't text and say the flowers had been delivered nothing. Super disappointed and unprofessional. They didn't even offer a refund I'm trying to dispute with my bank now. Something when places say available same day it's to good to be true.

Negative experience: I placed an order for a flower arrangement delivery on February 28. I paid for the order in full on their website via credit card payment. The charge posted to my credit card. The following day the flower shop declared they would not deliver my order unless I completed a credit card authorization form. The form indicates that the authorization will remain in effect until cancelled in writing. As this is a one-time purchase, the terms made me uncomfortable and I declined to complete the form. This process is not outlined on their website prior to submitting payment, otherwise I never would have purchased flowers from this vendor. As an alternative to completing the cc authorization form, they offered to cancel the credit card charge if I sent a Zelle first. I declined as this would require me to pay twice and trust they will cancel the first payment. They then refused to fulfill my order or give me a refund leaving me no other recourse. I reported the to the BBB and found they already have a D- rating.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service and beautiful flowers! The staff was very attentive and helpful, and the quality of the arrangements is excellent. They have so many gorgeous bouquets that it was hard to choose. I found the perfect gift for my partner. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: i did not receive all of the items i ordered and paid extra money for. i specifically added baby’s breath to my order and they were nowhere to be found. customer service has also been hard to reach. edit: the rose stems seem to be growing mold and the petals have been rapidly dying since the first day.

Negative experience: Bad customer service - they don't even take phone calls for customer support. They refused to make an edit to the delivery date (on a $600 arrangement) and they didn't even put it in a vase and we literally need to put the damn thing in a bucket because it's so big.

Negative experience: This business does a real good job at creating an illusion for people that they deliver a good product, they literally scammed me i ordered flowers through uber eats as instructed and marked the order as delivered when it never arrived at my house, i had to drive to pick them up, and lastly they advertised ever lasting roses, except these were a plastic stem with glued pasted rose, beyond disgusted the way this business is ran.

Negative experience: fake roses do not buy Absolutely unacceptable experience. We ordered roses through Uber Eats and received a notification saying the order was delivered. It was not. The tracking showed it was “delivered,” but nothing ever arrived. After contacting the store, my boyfriend went in person to figure out what happened — and they admitted they never even attempted to send a driver to deliver our order. Instead of properly resolving the situation, they handed him a replacement bouquet priced at $175. The bouquet was extremely poor quality. The roses were completely fake, the stand was made of cheap plastic, and the flowers appeared to be glued onto the base. It looked nothing like a premium arrangement and certainly not something worth $175. There was no transparency about the flowers being artificial, and the quality was honestly shocking. Very disappointed. This felt misleading and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I ordered pink lilies with extra roses and they did not add the roses everything looked horrible and cheap .Also everything was squished . I made a mistake from even ordering in this business. I don’t recommend at all not worth the price either.

Fantastic experience: “Lovely Flowers how can I help?” That was the text I got at 5:19pm, Feb 13th. I called the shop first but they were slammed and asked for my number so they could text in order to help me faster. After texting my order thy asked if using a third party (DoorDash, etc.) was ok in order to assure my delivery so I agreed and placed my order. 6:34am Feb 14th I received a text update saying they could not guarantee my time frame but that the flowers would be delivered. As disappointed as I was, what could I say… my call was last minute and my delivery time-frame was pushing it, for it being one of the busiest days of the season. Even so, 3:02pm I received a text saying they were delivered but my daughter said she had not received them. I text back to say they weren’t delivered and I received a text saying they would look into it. This whole experience of back and forth and the texting and th checking and explaining to me made me feel like my delivery out of the hundreds I’m sure, was special, like they do not want to fail “me”. Needless to say my daughter finally received the flowers, texted me that picture and said, “I LOVE THEM!!!❤️ Thanks dad!” The young lady on the other end of the, Lovely Flowers text messages should receive. PLATINUM CUSTOMER SERVICE award. Her name is Daniela, I had to ask. Her service and attentiveness was like none other. THANK YOU DANIELA and Lovely Flowers!!! Negative experience: What I received looked nothing like the photo and it was much, much smaller. Also, terrible customer service and communication. They didn’t have exactly what I ordered, so they made substitutions without calling me.

Negative experience: My fiancé ordered roses for valentines this morning through uber because that’s the only way they were doing deliveries. The delivery time on the app said 7:55am - 8:15am, at around 10:20ish the app stated they had been delivered. I have not received anything and texted them since they are not taking phone calls. I did not receive a response, and I’m sure they are going to respond stating that delivery is through uber but the app states that delivery is made directly by the flower shop. Don’t waste your time, my fiancé had to go to another flower shop to get me flowers.

Negative experience: Terrible! Don’t hire them . My fiancée’s flowers were left thrown on the floor. The roses were dead and they didn’t pitcher balloon I paid for . They don’t take phone calls so good luck getting a hold of anyone . Eventually as in hours later , someone texted me and said refunds were not given for the balloon they forgot to put . Never again . Stay away !!!

Negative experience: I had ordered a bouquet that can with a stitch and they delivered just the flowers alone. When I tried to contact them about the issue they ignored my messages and sent a link to just a delivery update. To then trying to contact them via Instagram, thus telling me to just go to the store and pick up the item while paying the expensive delivery fee. Wouldn’t recommend this store with the caution of forgetting items in the advertisement.

Negative experience: Poor customer service and communication. My order was missing a personalized banner and the majority of my balloon order. I received a $50 credit on an over $600 order. No one called to inform me of the issues. I had to reach out. The order was marked delivered before the driver left the store, I wasn’t able to track my order for the recipient. Would NOT recommend using this store.
