Negative experience: Flowers look beautiful however my wife's birthday surprise was completely ruined when the driver called her at 5:05pm and said he was 5 minutes away. She was on her way home at this point. Most people leave between 4-5 pm who work downtown. I won't be ordering from this place again.

Negative experience: I called at 12pm to confirm my order would be fulfilled and they failed miserably. This was a special occasion and the fact that they weren’t able to get them delivered was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I expected more based on how “great” these rating were.

Positive experience: I ordered flowers to be delivered, and I don’t feel like the bouquet that was delivered looks as intricate/ nice it looked like on the website. I believe the flowers are the same, but some are broken, and the bouquet isn’t as big as it appeared on the online. Pictures taken are from when they were delivered today (roughly 20 minutes ago).

Negative experience: The flowers delivered were much less intricate than what the advertised picture showed and did not include any of the white flowers at all. To note - I needed to delay the delivery by a few days as my partner was sick and the florist was able to adjust the delivery date which I appreciated but overall disappointed with the service considering the amount paid ($119 base - $173 after taxes + delivery) and what was eventually delivered. Edit: Thanks for replying. For other customers to know this option to make substitutions is the default option and needs to be checked to ensure you are getting the product you pay for. Picture below. In my opinion, even if my order included more premium roses as claimed it is still obviously doesn't appear to be of the similar value as what was ordered and instead just looks like cheaper options on their site.

Negative experience: Flowers died within a few hours of delivery. They did not look anywhere close to the picture either. The stems were not properly inserted in a foam box and were not getting water. The owners keep saying that my phone claim is outside of the 3-day window (which is apparently on their website but not in the order confirmation email). My photo evidence is not outside of the 3 day window, but they are not interested in reviewing the pictures. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge and of course never ordering from this company again. Response to the owner: flowers already arrived not looking fresh and died completely within 12 hours. I've taken pictures with a time stamp that falls within the 3 day window. But sure blame it on me not watering flowers. And you really should take a florist refresher course, because that is not how stems should be inserted in the foam box. Oh wait, should have I rearranged the bouquet as well? Insert the stems in the foam box myself? Was that in the instructions? And why not take a course in customer service as well? You're not the only flower shop in town.

Negative experience: I had flowers delivered to my sister and she never received them . I contacted the florist several times and they said an employee signed for them I tried to explain that the person said the bouquet she received was for an anniversary and I send flowers for my sister birthday. They never took responsibility. The flowers I asked were for birthday not anniversary. These flowers that were recd we can't confirm they were the flowers I send I think they should make themselves resp. I know I will never use this place again. Now my sister is spending her birthday without nothing and that is the worst thing that happened. This place has no compassion. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET.
