Negative experience: The flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh — I loved them! However, I was a bit disappointed with the greeting card. It looked like they just quickly wrote my work name with a pen at the end, which didn’t feel as thoughtful as the flowers themselves. It would’ve been nicer if the card matched the quality of the arrangement.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for a special occasion online and then I needed to change the order. I called the store before opening hours thinking I was just going to leave a a message. Less than two minutes later I received a call back. I explained my situation and they were very professional, understanding, and accomodating for my request. I would highly recommend River Oaks Flower House.

Negative experience: I paid $200+ for the large size, and it was worse than the small size. See what they advertise, and what we got (below). For $175 plus tax and delivery (more than $200), I got the same amount of flowers as the small one, with a sloppier vase... THIS FLORIST THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER SEE THE FLOWERS DELIVERED TO MY FRIEND... BUT I DID, AND REALIZED THEY DID NOT SEND WHAT I PAID FOR.
