Negative experience: I came in to spoil myself to help celebrate 1 year cancer free from Stage 4 Cancer. I had a great time picking out flowers, but it turned into a scam. I picked out two different colors of roses and was quoted $160 for two dozen. Then, a staff member whispered that for an extra $15, they would add two more dozen. I thought, "Great, they're giving me the extra at cost," and I agreed to the $175 total (oops forgot tax). I was here to spoil myself big time. I left at 9:00 PM and many people promised to call; nobody did. So I had to go back at 1:00 AM with mace because the area was dangerous with lots of homeless. When I arrived, they tried to rush me out the door with a box before I could even look at them. They added extra flowers I didn't agree to, but they look nice so it was okay—but then I saw lilies, which I am very allergic to. They tried to argue they were "hypoallergenic," but I told them I didn't care—I am allergic to lilies and I'm not spending $200 on flowers that could make me cry from a reaction in my own house. They kept being so difficult to remove 3 stems. I had to repeat: lilies of any kind scare me. But no, they had be complain about my simple request to remove them. Unbelievable! It went further downhill from there. They tried again to rush me out the door with the box and I said, "Hold up, I want to see the flowers." Clearly, there weren't multiple dozens of roses. I was trying to count them and was angry to get scammed. They denied the agreement. Nothing is written down so they can scam you. I'm not dumb. I made them repeat everything to me that we agreed to; when I was leaving, there were probably four people all nodding their heads "yes ma'am, that's what we're going to do" at the cash register. (2 young men who spoke English, seated women who spoke English & Spanish coaching the boys repeated 2 dozen, then a man & woman team who run shop but don't speak English rang it up. They repeated it multiple times. At pickup I said "that there aren't multiple dozens as promised," the man who was trying to rush me out the door suddenly (who didn't speak English) claimed I only agreed to a "mixed dozen." Still thinking my original 2 dozen, one of each color. Thinking about it now I'm Hispanic and I hate they use the con I don't know English which is an awful representation, yuck. I was still mad they upcharged me and didn't get 4 dozen. I spoke to someone on the phone who had better English and I said, "Look, I'm not liar and just give me my $15 back for the upcharge and I can go home " Instead, they told me I had to wait for a manager to drive over in the middle of the night. I wasn't going to risk my safety and waste any more of my time waiting around at 1:00 AM to argue even more. They have upset me so much from being unhappily scammed and wasted 6 hours of my Friday night. That I even had to write review to calm down because it's so shocking. Now that I'm home, I counted them: There is a dozen. We went from 2 dozen to 4 dozen to 1 dozen. This business is predatory. You leave with less than what you agreed to and get upcharged for it big time. I knew it was a chance to be scammed, but I'm an event planner downtown for massive galas; I've used them and usually they get more freedom with just a dollar amount and colors, not specific requests. It is a very hurtful experience to admire your flowers and know you were scammed. I thought a massive custom design would lift me up from my suffering cancer body to be inspired to keep going in my long healing struggles. Errors happen, but this was multiple levels of staff playing their part in their scam game. Funny thing is, I was ready to pay for the biggest arrangement possible, spend lots of money but I came home with not what I asked for and a dozen roses for $200. It's basic and an expert level scam! Another hurt to add to my cancer healing. Flowers are supposed to bring happiness not how they do it.

Great houseplant selection as well and they spritz the plants with leaf shine ✨ before giving them to you. Their plants are well cared for and never come with pests like pesky gnats. Fantastic experience: We stopped by last Friday night and we enjoyed exploring their wide range of flowers and plants for sale. We picked out flowers and they arranged them into beautiful bouquets for us for free! This one was less than $20 so we thought it was overall very affordable and enjoyable to check this place out. They are open 24/7 so it's a great local option for if you need a flower arrangement at random hours. My bouquet from 11 days ago is still doing great!

Negative experience: I have received beautiful flowers from here but the last time I went all of my roses were rotten in two days. Literally the head would fall off and the base where the stem connects was brown or the stem would be rotten and would snap in half. I reached out they replaced the 2 dozen roses I bought. However, the replacements are doing the same thing. Not good quality for the price you pay. My HEB flowers last way longer than this.

Fantastic experience: Didn't want leave a bad review since I never actually entered the store and I don't want to hurt small business...but here's a suggestion: Change your hours on google from open 24hrs to open 23hrs. I tried to swing by after work to buy a nice bouquet for my wife but was promptly shooed away by the two employees inside. They pointed at a sign on the door that said "closed from 2am-3am for lunch". I get it, people have to eat and take breaks, but adjust your hours to reflect the hour-long closure. I found some late-night flowers somewhere else and gave them my money instead.

Fantastic experience: I was having a hard time finding a florist that had gladiolus. Luckily, we just came this floral shop and they had a variety of flowers. The owner was very detailed and welcoming. He put a beautiful floral set together for my granny’s 90th birthday within minutes of the event. Negative experience: This place is a serious hit or miss—and unfortunately, more miss than anything. I walked in, and while some of the staff clearly spoke English, they acted like they couldn’t until they felt like helping. When they finally did, the attitude was bad. One of them literally asked, “How can I help you?” and then didn’t even know how to help. I asked how many of a certain plant they had, and was told one. I walked to the back and saw multiple. At that point, I knew the service wasn’t just bad—it was careless and dismissive. The only thing this place has going for it is being open 24 hours. That’s it. If they weren’t right up the street from me, I’d never go back—and honestly, as soon as I find another shop, I won’t. Take this review as motivation: fix your attitude, actually want to serve customers, and stop acting like you’re doing us a favor. Businesses don’t grow by treating loyal customers like a nuisance. A couple more reviews like this, and you won’t have to worry about being open 24 hours—because no one will come.

Fantastic experience: I got the centerpieces for our wedding at Fannin Flowers. Prices were very doable and they were willing to work with me on the baskets for the design and colors sake. The day of the wedding I can’t explain how in love I was with the floral arrangements both on the sweet heart table and guest tables. They were able to deliver exactly what I wanted and honestly surpassed my expectations. Guest were raving on how beautiful and fresh the center pieces were, many sending me photos days later of their florals going into full bloom. Fresh flowers, beautiful designs and they deliver! Negative experience: I purchase my Mother's flowers her for the top of her casket here, It was the Biggest mistake I've ever made in my life. I paid $600.00 for something that looked nothing like the photo and the size was much smaller that what they led me to believe it would be. I cannot believe how easy it is for some people to take advantage of someone who is grieving, it's a shame that people would behave this way. The employee that helped us with our purchase had zero customer service skills or empathy, she was on her phone looking at videos while we browse through the photos of flower arrangements, it felt like we were an inconvenience. When you are grieving you are not in the right state of mind, because if I would have walked in any other day and had gotten the Horrible customer service that I received in the beginning of our conversation, I would have walked right out of the door and went to another flower shop. I am not complaining about how much I spent, my budget was on the higher end, it's the lack of quality of the flower's, lack of customer service skills and they way I was led to believe I was receiving a totally different arrangement. The arrangement was delivered on 4/6/25, my mother was put to rest yesterday morning 4/7/25, I went in the afternoon to check on her grave and alot of the flowers were already wilted and the petals were falling off. As I looked at the large beautiful arrangements that friends and family members sent I realize I had been taken advantage of. You live and learn.. I will Never shop here again or recommend this Awful place.. They definitely need to do better..

Negative experience: My husband had previously bought me flowers from this place, and I really liked them. However, when I went to buy flowers on Valentine’s Day, they tried to charge me an extra $20. I asked them for the price of each item individually, and they initially told me $80. In the end, I paid $64, but when I calculated the total with one of the employees, the actual price came out to be $50. So I asked, “Where did this $80 come from then?” The woman then showed me the screen and said the system was broken, and I ended up paying $64. Additionally, their packaging was very careless, and the employees had no idea what was going on. They seemed inexperienced and disorganized. Don’t let them scam you!

Negative experience: Writing this is heartbreaking, since I've come here for Valentine's and birthdays for four years. I love the Latino service, the 24/7 hours, and how easy the experience is overall. But today's pricing for Valentines was insanity, and I cannot justify shopping here anymore. Usually if I see something and I need it, I pay the price for it and that's that. But $80 for a dozen is pushing it too far. In no world can I pay that price when HEB is 10 minutes away and I can get way more flowers and just cut and wrap the bouquet at home. Some of the $300 bouquets looked very presentable, until you started counting and realized they only contained a dozen larger roses to appear plentiful, and everything else was just fashionable grass and leaves. Appalling. Inconsistent pricing across the shop was an issue for some of the other gentlemen there today, we all saw different prices for the same items and there was confusion, which led to tension at the counters. A gentleman was rung up $60 for a cup-looking thing with like six small flowers, and I believe it was mislabled in the fridges/coolers they kept them in, he was upset because he believed it was $30. This shop served me well for years across many occasions, but today they lost a loyal customer. For Valentines the past 2 years I have comfortably walked out of here with 3 bouquets, each 4 dozen flowers. Today, I could barely afford two. Very disappointing and I had to make time to find flowers elsewhere and build the third bouquet at home. I regret todays purchase. I believe the economy is hitting everyone hard. Just saddening.

Negative experience: Inconsistent pricing! I called ahead to inquire on pricing and to place an order. Over the phone, I was told don’t worry about placing the order, I would be able to walk in and still receive the price I was quoted - $25 for a dozen of long stem roses. Upon arrival I was told different prices by different employees stating that because of the demand for the flowers, the price went up! I understand that it’s a busy week, hence why I called two weeks in advance to make an order! The lack of consistency just feels like I’m being scammed.

Negative experience: Inconsistent pricing, dishonest employees, and terrible customer service. Each time I keep coming back because the flowers truly are nice and smell divine. However, there is no reason for each employee to lie about flower pricing. Every single time I come they find some way to get more money and it leaves such a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t know what they have going here, but I really hope other people aren’t being taken advantage of. Most recent experience was when they advertised a special with clear signage and when I went to check out they decided to charge more and tried to make me feel bad for wanting to pay what was advertised. I really try to stay loyal to small flower shops but I truly can’t deal with it anymore. Beautiful arrangements are not worth dishonesty and and lack of couth.

Negative experience: Needed a quick purchase to place a delivery order and small onsite purchase for a funeral. Flowers were beautiful and had a nice variety but staff took way too long to handle a simple transaction, and changed pricing 2 times. It might have been a language barrier, not sure, only one staff member spoke English. We were there over an hour. It did not go smoothly. Overall just not a good experience.

Negative experience: If I could give less than one star I would. The customer service is egregious. Upon entry into their shop I saw a lady standing at the county made eye contact, waived and said hi. She looked at me and then back down at the paper she was cutting. I stood for a few minutes near her, without her acknowledging I was standing there. I then looked around and saw someone else and asked if she could help me. However, as I was speaking with the person who could help me, a Latino man walked in and the lady at the counter, who just ignored me immediately greeted him and proceeded to assist him in English, so I’m confident language was not the barrier. Prior to arrival we called twice, yesterday and today to confirm that that they could provide the service we needed, confirm pricing and confirm pick up time. When we shared this information with the young lady who did help us, she gave us about five different stories about why they now could not provide the service and delivery time we discussed over the phone. Complete waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I went to Fannin Flowers for a purple rose for my Valentine because my Valentine's favorite color is purple. I could not find one initially. Therefore, I chose a beautiful pink rose and took it to the counter to get wrapped. After I used the restroom, I returned to the counter to find a purple rose in a box. The pink rose would have cost nearly four dollars, while the boxed rose cost twenty-five dollars. However, the florist told me the boxed rose would last from nine months to a year, so it was a no-brainer to pay more for a flower that would last longer and be a more extended reminder of my feelings for my Valentine. Fannin Flowers had a wide assortment of flowers and arrangements, and the male florist was courteous, and I felt welcomed there. I would return, and my valentine loved the flower.

Negative experience: This is the worst place to visit. The staff had no knowledge of nothing including the prices. One member of the staff stated a price. Another member said something else, and when it was time to paid, it was a total different. Total action was halted, and questioned to the clerk, who did not even know how to work the register, he that that was the price and that was it I notified him that it seems like they were not aware of their own prices, considering that everybody was given different prices for the same product without even mentioning that there were a lot of the product was not good. The Clark says we do know what we are doing and we do know our prices. I was not the only client that went that day and left disappointed a lady from India went to pick up what seem to be a basket of flower petals and the guy by the register was so rude towards her, apparently online they sell you a basket full of rose petals and that’s what she went to pick up and when she got there she got an empty basket and then a box of flowers full of All type of flower petals in which, of course the lady stated this is not what I order and the guy replied. This is what I have you either take it or leave it. The customer service in this place is disgusting. The prices are disgusting. The place itself is disgusting. I do not recommend it to nobody, I actually end up going to HEB and I got better flowers for a fraction of the price that they were going to charge me there. I encourage anybody thinking of buying from this place to google other wholesale places or shop elsewhere not with these rude people.

Negative experience: I got these flowers in bunch and I got home and opened they were moldy and rotten and I live 1hr away and they said they can’t do anything if I don’t take the flowers up there

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this spot for years on every occasion. Today will probably mark the last day I go here. Past few months that I’ve came in and I’ve felt as if they were being rude but honestly just ignored it. Lady started raising her voice at me for flowers that were already broken up telling me they cost $4 each. Rather than jumping down my throat for something I didn’t do raising your voice at me and throwing accusations of breaking a night lily, maybe asking and speak to me about it. After years of coming here, I hate to part ways but it is what it is. Train your staff or don’t have them communicate with customer if they have no social skills!

Fantastic experience: Fast service. You walk in and employee ask if you need help. “Mainly Spanish speaking”. Only spent $25 on a dozen of roses with 3 Lillie’s and white & greenery filling. Not disappointed at all

Positive experience: Good selection of flowers, but I was not pleased with the quality. I bought 4 bunches of carnations- two of the bunches contained several rotten flowers in the center, that had to be thrown away. The prices are the same (or higher) compared to what you'd find at a Costco or a chain grocery store. Also, do your own math before you check out- my original total was $60 higher than it should have been, based on the price quoted me per bunch. (To be fair, the cashier was nice and apologetic when I asked her to re-calculate my total.)

Fantastic experience: I have picked flowers up from here on two different occasions. Both were gorgeous arrangements. They have a lot of different options here which I love and they have pretty affordable prices on their flowers. A lot of which already include a vase or pretty basket.

Negative experience: I will say that this place is good for someone without a license. I feel that they are a bit on the pricey side. When I went in the place was kind of messy/dirty. They do have a few flowers in the fridge but don’t have much variety of flowers. Also wish they had pricing of flowers on the flower area instead of having to ask for pricing

Positive experience: Stopped by since I was in the area and been wanting some flowers at home. Love that they’re 24 hours and everyone is ready to help when you walk in. The place is huge with lots of flowers and plants at decent prices. I’ve never seen sunflowers in so many shades. Loved the blue, but bought 5 white ones. Wish the quality was better, but for $10 I’ll live. Definitely worth checking out if you need an arrangement, new plants or quick bouquet.

Fantastic experience: Five stars for being a very considerate business. I am a Walmart. Driver and I had mechanical issues with my truck. They were nice enough to let me park in their empty lot while I got repairs. Mechanic was unable to get repairs done before I ran out of time to drive and the owner of the business was very considerate and allowed me to park here overnight. If I lived anywhere close to here, he would definitely have my business and keep my wife happy in flowers. I thank you for your understanding and your courteousness. God bless.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Large walking refrigerator fully stocked with flowers. Ready made, or pick and choose. They cleaned up the flowers and added some greens and babies' breath, wrapped in red wax paper. Wonderful service, place is full of happy women!

Fantastic experience: I was able to find the right type of lilies my nag girlfriend drove me crazy over! They had them in 3 colors and with buds to mature on them. They're reasonably priced per stem and are cheaper by the bundle. They offer arrangements and bouquets as well

Fantastic experience: Fanin Flowers did an incredible job on our Wedding Day florals. We were in great hands and they were a calm and guiding force during my wedding planning process They absolutely nailed executing our vision on the decor and centerpieces and were amazing about sending me regular updates the week of when they were putting together bouquets. I can not say more about how fantastic they did on my big day. My family will absolutely be using them for all of our floral needs in the future.

Negative experience: We have used Rosewood flowers for many years. Found that place out of business, so i went to Fannin Flowers to get a flower arrangement for an upcoming funeral. The price was double of what we were used to paying. I know everything is more expensive these days, but i reluctantly ordered. When my wife came a few days later to pick up the arrangement, she was very disappointed. Much less flowers than we were used to, and an oddly shaped spray. We will never set foot in that place again
