You click a pretty picture, cross your fingers, and hope your loved one doesn’t receive something… aggressively neon. I’d mostly given up on caring what actually showed up, until Lehrer’s Flowers. Not only did they create a bouquet that actually looked like the one I ordered, they proactively emailed me a photo of it, restoring my trust in long-distance flower sending. Beautiful arrangement, thoughtful customer service, zero floral jump scares. My new Denver area florist, highly recommend.

5 months ago Negative experience: Never again! I’d trusted Lehrer’s to deliver high quality flowers, at a premium price (commensurate with my expectations)! However, this time they certainly missed the mark, and by a mile! First of all, in this case, the order of a bouquet of 3-dozen roses with 3 mylar balloons was delivered a day earlier than was specified when I placed the order. Secondly, the roses were haphazardly stuffed into a cheap 3” wide vase with a few sprigs of fern. My goodness, how does one stuff 36 roses into a 3” wide vase? As it turns out, I counted 30 roses stuffed into the 3” wide vase… well, of course, because there wasn’t enough room to fit 6 more roses!!! I was so infuriated with what had been delivered that I very quickly removed the “stuffed roses” and placed them into a much larger vase… which is why I don’t have a photo to share of the hideous non-arrangement! If you can’t deliver birthday flowers on the date specified, I would think to get at least a phone call from somebody?! Aside from not including 6 of the roses in the arrangement, none of the three Mylar “happy birthday” balloons were delivered with it. Will they be delivered at all, or perhaps a day or week later?! And I paid over $300 for this?! I am way beyond disappointed!

I have never gotten an email from the florist, with a photograph of the arrangement they created. It was above and beyond. I asked for tropical florals in fall colors that would be appropriate for a mountain setting - which I thought would be a tall ask, and they fully delivered. 6 months ago Fantastic experience: A special wonderful experience with Lehrers florist. My grandchild had major surgery and I wanted to send her some flowers and balloons. I looked at 15 websites in delivery area, all full of praise. Then, i hit review. Only one website had more than 100 reviews that were great. I called and spoke to Devin and told him the details on flowers my grandchild wanted. Wow, they were wonderful, she kept saying how pretty they were. Somewhere he even found butterflies to attach, her request, AND created a handle as he did not have a basket with her preferred style. He was so solicitous of getting order right and it was delivered same day so fast! Also, he sent a photo to me of the arrangement before delivery. Awesome service.

6 months ago Negative experience: I ordered my wedding bouquet based on a photo that featured peonies, and I specifically requested those flowers. The shop confirmed they could include peonies, which was very important to me. On the day of my wedding, the bouquet I received had no peonies at all. Instead, it was mostly hydrangeas, and the overall look was very different from what I ordered. What made it more disappointing was that the flowers didn’t look very fresh, they looked dehydrated even while sitting in water. For the price I paid, I really wish I had been notified if peonies weren’t available or if substitutions had to be made. Clear communication would have made a huge difference, especially for something as meaningful as wedding flowers.

The colors, textures, and variety of flowers are perfection from the soft hydrangeas and lush roses to the vibrant orchids and lilies, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. 7 months ago Negative experience: I ordered in the 11 o'clock hour and my fiancé didn't get the flowers at the requested location her work. The driver had to take them to my house. By the time the flowers arrived it had dirty water. Not sure why? So she wasn't surprised as I wanted her to be or expected because I had to tell her she had to stay at the house and wait for her flowers. They wouldn't let me cancel my order and Didn't get them till after 5:00pm This is the Englewood Location I ordered from. Oh yea this is the first time I have ever in my life 49yrs ordered flowers to be delivered. I thought it was a was and Lehrer's showed me it was a waste of $$ money!!

7 months ago Negative experience: I pay extra to be delivery at specific time, I call them two times to make sure was delivery at specific time. And of course they delivered 2 hours before the time supposed to be delivered. they mess everything up,what supposed to be a surprise they ruin my special occasion. Shame on them.

8 months ago Positive experience: The location is temporary while a new store is being built out so this one is a bit obscure save a small banner above the main entrance that's hard to see from the street. The easiest way to find it is look for the Harbor Freight -- it's opposite the parking lot from there.

8 months ago Fantastic experience: Super impressed with Lehrer's Flowers! I placed an online order for same-day delivery and unfortunately one of the items was unavailable. Their associates contacted me within minutes of my order being placed with several solutions for me and also went above and beyond with researching which plants were pet safe just in case the puppy were to accidentally get into it. In the end I was offered a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience and to ensure they would be a pet safe variety. When I received notification of the delivery and saw the picture, let me just say I was shocked at how absolutely stunning the Orchids they picked for my sister are. I am so excited for her to see them and beyond grateful for the kindness and top notch service I received from Lehrer's Flowers. 9 months ago Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my experience with Lehrer's Flowers. I was lucky enough to have a good friend send me a floral arrangement for my birthday; however, it posted on my security camera that flowers had been delivered and I was out of town. I immediately called and spoke with Mitzi at Lehrer's and explained that I was out of town and unable to retrieve the flowers. She responded immediately by saying they would go pick the flowers up and they could deliver them when I returned home. Today they delivered the most exquisite floral bouquet I have ever been lucky enough to receive. I worked with Colleen and the delivery person. There was a bit of a glitch with the order and they immediately resolved it. If you are looking for flowers to thrill someone, I highly recommend dealing with Lehrer's Flowers. It appears I am super lucky. I have dear friends who sent me beautiful flowers and, they ended up coming from this wonderful floral shop. You were not be disappointed if you choose Lehrer's!

10 months ago Fantastic experience: I was an out-of-state first-time customer, in February 2025, purchasing a bouquet for Valentine’s Day (via phone). The arrangement was less than satisfactory. I called - talked to several staff members who were all extremely apologetic and willing to replace the order. Furthermore, because of the nature of the mishap, I was given a generous credit for a future order (which I redeemed five months later). The customer service, in a word, was SUPERIOR! 10 months ago Fantastic experience: My office sent me the Purples in Paris arrangement this last week for the passing of my mother. It was delivered to the wrong address, to some neighbors who were out of town. When the office was notified days later of the error and that the flowers were wilted from lingering in the heat for over 3 days, Lehrer's immediately sent a replacment arrangement. The new arrangement is absolutely gorgeous and, dare I say, the larger, supreme version of Purples in Paris. They are beautiful and the speed with which they rectified the mistaken delivery was noted. Thank you so much!

My bouquet, boutonnières, corsages, and decorative floral arrangements were perfect in every way! 1 year ago Fantastic experience: ABOVE & BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lehrer's truly cares for their customers, & will go to great lengths to make sure you're pleased with their flowers. The story: I received a gorgeous arrangement from my kids for Mother's Day, but it strangely it almost all started dying on day 2. I was very upset and let them know how unhappy & dispappointed I was. The very next day I received 3 calls from Lehrer's asking how they could make this right. They credited my kids for their purchase AND sent over a new, customized arrangement (within just a few hours!) that is even more full and gorgeous than the first one. The artistry of composition in he 2nd arrgmt is fantastic, and they very thoughtfully included many of my favorites: fragrant double lilies, orchids, roses, and more. It's stunning. I am pleased to report that the arrangement is very fresh, smells incredible, and is doing great. This is yet another example of why Lehrer's has lasted so long in Denver, and how much they care about their customers' satisfaction. This level of customer service is rarer than ever these days, which makes me appreciate it all the more. I recommend Lehrer's to everyone! My Mother's Day bouquet never made it to my stepmom's apartment at her senior living facility; Misty at customer service was phenomenal, offered to replace it. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Absolutely THE BEST in Denver metro!!! My partner and I moved from NoCo last year, and we were so heartbroken because every arrangement he ordered from other florists couldn’t even compare to our florist we had been ordering from for years at our previous address. I actually found someone recommending Lehrer’s through a Reddit thread, and my god did they pull through! Our third anniversary designers choice bouquet was absolutely stunning, and with minimal maintenance and pruning the flowers are still blooming and happy! 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Lehrer’s did an OUTSTANDING job for our wedding floral last week. Karla was so helpful and patient during the planning process, and she was very flexible with a few last-minute requests. Though she and I had discussed my inspiration photos, the actual pieces literally took my breath away when I walked into the venue- they were so much more beautiful and striking than I could have imagined. My bouquet complimented my dress perfectly, and the ornate detail in my sister’s floral hairpiece and my husband’s pocket boutonnière was stunning. My guests were also amazed and couldn’t stop complimenting me on how beautiful everything looked. And Lehrer’s was by far the most reasonably-priced floral vendor I found in Colorado. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: As a florist myself, I cannot recommend Lehrers enough! If you're looking for a florist in the Denver area, they should be your go-to. I used a few florists before them who were fine, but honestly you'll get your best bang-for-your-buck & most "wow" arrangements with Lehrers. Just placed my 3rd (Easter/Spring) order with them & will use them again come Mother's Day. Their website is easy to use (plus you'll earn reward/discount points), customer service & delivery is always on-point, and the flower arrangements are always spectacular & fresh. It's no wonder they've been a local favorite since 1927.

1 year ago Positive experience: Beautiful high quality flowers. My aunt absolutely loved her arrangement. One thing I do think is a bit odd is that they charge an extra $15 fee if you want your delivery at a specific time. That is in addition to the normal delivery fee of $15. I ended up paying it because I would rather have it delivered when someone was home for certain. Otherwise, it was a high quality arrangement and delivery was on time.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I live in Michigan and my daughter lives in Ohio. We needed a florist in the Denver area to deliver fresh flowers...on a Sunday. My daughter found Lehrer's on the internet. I feel so lucky she found this florist. When I called them, they were helpful, courteous, and so nice to deal with. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Was in town visiting someone special and it struck me to make good on a promise and buy her 100 roses. I initially made the order somewhere else but it was cancelled. Next place I called was Lehrer’s. I feel like anyone would feel like a bother putting in an order like that as soon as they open early in the morning but no they answered and were very assuring & able to fulfill my order. They delivered same day & cheaper than the other guys too. I was staying in a hotel & when the roses arrived people couldn’t help but gush & smile. The roses were beautiful & smelled great. These guys are life savers! Totally worth it! Oh & she loved the roses! Thank you!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service! I live out of state, but most of my family lives in Denver, and I always use Lehrer’s for my flower deliveries. I ordered a delivery on Friday, but I realized after the fact that I had put down the wrong address. I sent an email, and immediately got a response and a phone call from Danielle, even though it was a Sunday. Despite this being my error, they had this beautiful arrangement delivered promptly today. On another occasion, their delivery driver had a medical emergency, and they called me first thing the next morning and offered to upgrade my bouquet. My grandma always loves her bouquets and is excited to send me pictures of them. I would highly recommend that anyone in the Denver area order from this business!

1 year ago Negative experience: My husband sent me 100 roses through Lehrer's for Valentines Day. Threy were not delivered on Valentines Day. My office was closed on the following Monday due to Presidents Day. They were finally delivered late Tuesday afternoon, after I left for the day. By the time time I got them home on Thursday, the roses were in horrible condition. Once I was able to get a thorough look at them, it was horrible. There was no water in the vase, and the roses still had a rubber band and floral tape wrapped around them, in a vase that was too short. I was able to dis assemble the roses and get them in water, which they made a remarkable recovery. I gave this review a 2 because the roses looks beautiful because I was able to get them in water. The delivery and that arrangement deserve a -100. It looked like the roses were taken out of the 5 gallon bucket and put in a too shotlrt vase.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I'm giving Lehrer's Flowers a 5 star review only because there is nothing higher, otherwise I would! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day this year. I requested the flowers be delivered after a certain time to make sure we were home. Well, the flowers were delivered (by a contractor) a few hours before so they sat outside on the front porch in the cold. Just a few days later the flowers were wilting, brown, droopy, and were pretty much dead. I called Lehrer's and they were very nice and the lady said they would be more than happy to send another bouquet, with an upgrade. I did not expect the upgrade. In this day and age it's tough to get great customer service like they provided me. I won't buy flowers from anyone else.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I've been a customer with Lehrer's at least 20 years. Service hasn't always been perfect but their effort to resolve things has been. This year I called in my order a week out from Valentines day and everything went great from my order being processed to flower delivery and even delivery verification. I will continue to call Lehrer's as they have my trust and confidence. JB

1 year ago Negative experience: Ordered flowers on 9/9 for my wife's birthday on 9/11. Paid for expedited delivery. The flowers were not expedited. I had to call and find out why they weren't delivered. The employee who answered was very apologetic and got the driver to make it their next stop. Flowers were still deliverer in a timely matter. Not perfect but I'll still give 3 stars for making things right. Flowers are in great shape and good quality. So I decide to give a 2nd chance and ordered flowers for valentines day. I paid for the expedited delivery for 8:30 am. The flowers did not arrive at that time. I called and spoke with Dani and she was no help at all. She told my I should have never have been charged the expedited delivery fee as they couldn't guarantee delivery times. I was charged the delivery fee and the flowers didn't arrive on time. I then asked for the delivery fee to be refunded and she said that had to be approved by a manager. I asked to speak to a manger and I was told no that they were to busy to help me. I never heard from a manger from the previous review either. If you're charged an expedited delivery fee it should be upheld regardless of the holiday. At this point I'm going to cut my losses. And find a different flower shop.

1 year ago Negative experience: What’s the point in scheduling ahead if you're never to receive the item? Truly a terrible experience; I haven't the slightest clue why so many people have purchased from this store. You can't even call them!!! You guys really screwed me, so I give you props for that. As a member of the USAF, if I do something wrong, people die. Maybe you can learn something from that. This for once was not a doordash issue.

1 year ago Negative experience: I ordered flowers for my wife for our 40th anniversary and in 3 days they are dying. I even asked if they would be fresh as I wanted them delivered on a Sunday and didn't want them sitting in a cooler for days and then delivered. Was assured that wouldn't be the case! Not so, I do believe that is exactly what happened. For $130 I would expect that they would certainly last longer than that. I have pictures but can't upload on this site and couldn't find another avenue to attach. Very disappointing, we have used Lehrer's for years and will rethink if do use them again. Richard Palinckx

It was my first time ever having flowers delivered and was for my girlfriend, asking her to be my valentine. Absolutely the best customer service anybody could ask for! I couldn’t pair it down whilst conveying the message I needed. I called and spoke with Tyler who worked with me on attaching the full message. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: I ordered over the phone from another city. The person over the phone was helpful and kind. I described the type of arrangement I wanted (modern, vibrant, colorful but with lots of green) and asked the florists to make it great. The arrangement needed to be playful and BOLD to match the recipients personality and a Grand Opening for a Business. I asked for a specific delivery window, and Lehrer's execution was right on with everything I asked. My friend was so thrilled and blown away with the arrangement.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: My husband and I decided to get flowers for our daughter who came home from surgery in the early afternoon. They were so helpful and checked if they could be delivered later that day. The flowers were beautiful, service was great, and it cheered my daughter up to receive them. I stopped using online services because it just doesn't compare with contacting local owners. I'm so glad we called Lehrer's. They had wonderful reviews, and I would agree they are the best.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: This is my second time using Lehrers flowers….. in my haste, I forgot to put in the correct address, for my daughter‘s delivery. A very nice young man rang to correct this issue for me ,could not have been nicer, and filled me with great confidence that all will be taken care of. The arrangement arrived as requested, and was absolutely lovely. Will definitely use them on a regular basis, since my daughter lives in Denver, and I live in Madison Wisconsin. highly recommend.
