I have never had such a detailed tracking system provided to me for a floral order, and I wanted to be sure that the flowers did arrive at my daughter’s office before she left for the day. This time I ordered the arrangement online, as they were closed for the day. I was a little nervous about doing so, but the process was seamless and easy. They feature photos and prices of more than 100 arrangements on their website with an easy filtering system that allowed me to search by price point. The price/value ratio was better than I'd anticipated and I was quite satisfied with my purchase from afar. I received a text when the flowers were delivered and my happy sister in law sent me a photo of the lovely arrangement. I highly recommend these guys!!

Jason and his team are super fantastic at what they do, and their ordering and delivery process is seamless. I have used them a few times to send flowers to my team for things like sending flowers for their immediate family in the hospital, or celebrating things like Administrative Professionals Day, and I love their arrangements that BRING THE DRAMA. They definitely don't disappoint! But they have more demure arrangements, or really anything your heart desires. And if you're not sure what you want, they can work with you and guide you in the right direction! Definitely my go-to.

I placed an order a bit late and they called immediately to let me know the florist had left the flower mart already and may need to adjust the color scheme of my order. The order ended up looking better than the photo. The delivery driver, Carlos, was also amazing. My recipient wasn't responding to calls and Carlos made an effort to see if he could find a good spot to leave it, contact neighbors to leave with them, and eventually he was able to climb to a spot and leave it over the gate. super appreciate the commitment.

I ordered the Corporativo Tropicale - and I don't think I'm exactly spelling that right, but they sell it and it's a little hard to figure out it's dimensions, but it stands 5 foot tall. MY BOSS LOVED IT! We literally had every person in the building come down and take a look at it - it was absolutely gorgeous. My boss is a flower aficionado so it had to be dramatic. Rossi & Rovetti Flowers scored an absolute A++++! Our company will be buying all of our flowers from them from now on. Reasonable prices and fast delivery - and they've been in the city for a very, very long time.

Talented as they will bring the color forward for the occasion. Delivery app is great and updates you in the arrival. Not on their website but they do offer personal handmade cards that they will write the message in for a small fee. They are a very personal and caring flower business where they care about the satisfaction of the customers.

Ordering from the East coast I was surprised and happy to see them open at 6AM . After visiting the website I was confident that this would happen. I found the website very easy to go through; it was clear and thorough - the photos, prices and all the stages of ordering, designing and then through to the final delivery were explained. Fantastic experience: The whole delivery process exceeded my expectations. I loved the use of the tracker & being able to see a photo of the flowers (they were beautiful) since we were surprising staff with them. Fantastic experience: Rossi & Rovetti was amazing! From the excellent customer service, gorgeous flowers and attention to detail from start to finish I highly recommend them. There was a problem with the address I provided (my fault) and they were so patient in helping me try to solve the issue. Ultimately I provided a new address and they delivered successfully without any issue. They were so kind and patient and really cared that our flowers were delivered quickly and without incident. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This florist is truly the BEST! I ordered an arrangement online and received a personal call right away from the designer. Throughout the process, I was kept updated when the order was being processed, designed, picked up by the courier and delivered. They also sent me a photo of the arrangement before the driver took it. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. It is so refreshing to have a company appreciate your business and provide true customer service.

Fantastic experience: The flowers were perfect, equal blooms, beautiful arrangement, seamless and available next day delivery, cute vase, steep prices ($185 total). I’m not from SF, and usually a bouquet of this style/size/flower type runs me 1/2 the price of this one. Next day delivery price was a surprise ($50), a first for me. Keeping the rating at 5 because nothing was wrong and I loved the flowers.

Fantastic experience: First time customer using this wonderful family owned florist in SF. Found them via high recommendations via yelp. Their ordering process on the online process was very impressive, from ordering to delivery. They even sent a pic on what was created and delivered. The recipient loved the quality of the flowers. There is an option for handwritten messages, which I did not avail myself of, but plan on next time depending on the occasion. Highly recommended. This is excellence by a small business provider that should be supported by the community.

Fantastic experience: Rossi & Rovetti offers a great service for delivering finely designed flowers. I had a great experience ordering from them for my coworker’s retirement. They offer a tracking application that depicts the status of the order from start to finish. Moreover I have to say I am really happy with the delivery as I had them deliver to a complicated multi story office building and they found the office without a problem. Fantastic experience: I used Rossi and Rovetti Flowers for the first time yesterday and the entire experience was exceptional. Ordering flowers on their website was easy and the floral offerings were beautifully artistic. I really appreciated using their tracker tool which allowed me to see exactly where they were in the design and delivery process. They also provided a photograph of MY finished arrangement before it was delivered. I was also happy to receive a note when the flowers were delivered so I wasn't left wondering if the flowers were received or not. And, I enjoyed seeing photos of the individuals who were responsible for both designing and delivering the arrangement - especially in this COVID era. Fantastic experience: We were very pleased with our experience with Rossi & Rovetti. They had a wonderful selection of arrangements-we chose peonies and the finished arrangement looked exactly like the picture. They have a personalized delivery tracker that lets you know who the designer and driver are, plus tracks the progress every step of the way. We loved having the personal and timely information. Our recipient loved the final arrangement and all went very smoothly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to send flowers, Rossi and Rovetti Flower Delivery are a customer's dream. I looked online and was looking for same day delivery as it was my friend's birthday. I saw that Rossi and Rovetti offered same day delivery. I called, gave them a price range, colors of the flowers I preferred to send and Voila!! They sent me an incredible photo of the arrangement they had put together. All the colors of the flowers I requested where in the mix. As I told them, the arrangement was elegant and stunning. I am from the Chicago area and now know where to go for flowers in the Bay area. Fantastic experience: I'm from D.C., so I'm not an SF local. And as someone who tries to support locally-owned businesses, it was important that I try to find one in celebrating some most-excellent news from my two dear friends in The Bay! I based my choice on others' Google reviews, and all I can say is that Rossi & Rovetti did not disappoint in the the least. Their "product update" tracking system was easy to follow and efficient, their selection of products were more robust and unique than the other florists I looked at, and most importantly, their customer service was stellar; an imperative for a small business!
