Positive experience: I was pretty sad about my bouquet. It was created in a way so it is only view it from a front - it always has to face one direction to fully enjoy the bouquet. When you order flowers I thought it would be a given that you can enjoy it on all sides. Maybe that was my mistake. I would expect for a nearly $200 bouquet that it would be more dimensional. I wish I could get my money back. Also, they delivered the wrong flowers and my flowers had to be redivided. Not sure if it was the florist or a third party that made that mistake. They did fix it pretty quickly. All that said, the flowers are very fresh and I hope they last. Not sure I will be ordering again

I can’t begin the describe the quality difference between Jane’s and other florists. The flowers are also very long lasting. We most recently ordered bouquets for our baby’s birthday, and they was absolutely gorgeous. And going strong after a week and a half!

Negative experience: I got some Valentine’s Day flowers and thankfully they were able to accommodate last minute but the bouquet itself was incredibly expensive for what it was and two days later it’s already wilting. I didn’t put it anywhere hot either. I know there’s an up charge on flowers for this holiday but I figured for $180 I would get something that was a little less disappointing.

Negative experience: As popular as this place is, I have NEVER experienced the disrespect and audacity after being a first time customer to them. After leaving happily with my order for a last minute bouquet I purchased for a friend’s college graduation. IMMEDIATELY switched upon departing. I was already having trouble finding this location for my first time and parked in the alley which is considered public parking. An older Ukrainian man in the stores Florist Van started honking aggressively and screaming homophobic slurs towards me about a parking spot when I was trying to simply leave the location with the tight space and altercation he rolls his window down and spits towards my vehicle! Not only has this ruined my experience with this company but has ruined my bouquet as well. I will NEVER spend money or step foot into this location ever again! After calling to complain about the employee. Whom answered the phone was also very unfriendly and disrespectful I have never experienced the amount of disrespect over a what was supposed to be a friendly first time experience.

Fantastic experience: I placed an order the day before I needed the delivery, and attached some notes about what I was looking for in their $75 custom option. I noted the sudden death of my friends birds and the florist really went the extra mile to make these sympathy flowers special. I asked them to match the colors of the late birds and they did that but even attached a toy bird to the arrangement. Amazing service would recommend to anyone!

For some reason a gate that should never be locked was locked, and so he called me to find a way in and drove all the way around the block to the open courtyard entrance and was able to deliver the flowers to my mother on her birthday, making her day wonderful and she loved the flowers. they were a color she adored, and she was very happy so thank you.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed! A florist who shows a photo of the standard bouquet, not a more expensive option, includes all fees and delivery charges in the stated price (ie, makes no effort to upcharge you), then delivers an absolutely exquisite arrangement ("Maritime") that looks larger than the one in the website's photo that very day! Wish I could attach the photo my delighted friend sent. I'll be back whenever I need flowers in San Francisco.

Fantastic experience: My family sent me flowers when I was hospitalized. The bouquet was full of a variety of different flowers with many buds still waiting to bloom. The square glads vase was lined with a leaf inside giving it a nice touch from the bottom up. Very lovely arrangement, definitely brightened things up for me!
