It was late at night time but she didn’t mind and updated the information right away . The flowers were for my sister in law’s funeral. Flowers were delivered and the flowers arranged in a very professional manner. This flower shop is run by a small business owner. And I’m very pleased with the service.

Fantastic experience: Ordered one day, delivered the next, the product was amazing and what I liked about it is the delivery driver tried many times to contact my friend to no avail, then the flower shop called me and I arranged for my friend to go downstairs, it wasn't like amazon where they just leave it on the sidewalk take a picture and leave. Also included in the order was status updates of when it was out for delivery, and actual picture of delivery when being handed to the person. Awesome.

Fantastic experience: At first I had to cancel my original order 20 minutes after it was placed but the shop had no problem refunding me and were very nice and accommodating. Once I figured out I still needed the order fulfilled the next day (and it was time sensitive although they didn’t know that part), flowers were delivered within 4 hours and the recipients were floored about how stunning they were. Matched the description on their page, fast and efficient delivery, and great customer service. Will use them again, and recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for saving the day guys!

I found them online when looking to quickly replace the sad flowers that were delivered by another vendor (one of those large/national companies). I laughed when my friend sent a side-by-side picture of the two flower arrangements, same price, same type of flowers- Family Flower Shop's were, by far superior in flower head size, freshness and overall arrangement!

We ordered a casket arrangement and two ‘flower purses’ (one each from my brother and I) for a very reasonable price and with only a few days’ notice. My mother-in-law was beside herself and overwhelmed when she received them. This florist originally attempted to deliver the flowers shortly after I placed the order, but they were unable to access the property and called me andwere super professional and kind and offered to come back the next day, free of charge which they did and literally hand delivered them to my mother-in-law who was so happy. Family Flower Shop, is now my go to, and I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop. The prices are inconsistent — my friend and I asked about the same bouquet but were given completely different prices. And the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. The poor customer service and lack of transparency made the whole experience very unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to others！！！！

Their website it’s very easy to use. You choose the arrangement you like, pay and they will deliver. A notification with a photo will be sent to you once arrangement has been delivered. Ivy the florist texted me to acknowledge the order receipt seconds after I completed my online order, she continued providing status throughout the process, the shop made beautiful flowers, the driver delivered in time, and they followed up to see if I have any questions or concerns. The price is also reasonable. What I like about the shop is that they are reachable and flexible. I called/texted Ivy a few times to ask more info before and request a few more things (addition/modification) after my order.
