Negative experience: The flowers that were delivered were far smaller and less roses than in the picture and for the price I paid (over $160) I feel like I was duped and it wasn’t worth it. Disappointed.

I mistakenly put Post St instead of Polk St on the address and one of the folks at Fillmore Florist saw that the address on Post is a commercial business, not a residence and called me to check. Fantastic experience: 10/10 service. Website was easy to put in an order. Preparation and delivery was quick and efficient. I especially love their BloomSnap function, where they send you a preview of your handcrafted arrangement prior to delivery. It was a delightful surprise for customer service and I have never heard of such a function before at other floral shops.

Positive experience: Beautiful arrangement , which my 96 year old mother loved! However, delivery was slow at CPMC Van Ness . Flowers were left at the lobby until we tracked them down day after. Luckily a family member was available to go retrieve them as I live out of state.

Always easy to order, card is exactly as I instruct, picture is emailed before arrangement is sent out (which is really nice to see what is "actually" being sent), the flowers are always very fresh and high quality... even when I have had to alter the delivery schedule at the last minute ... Fillmore Florist has performed perfectly. Service is extremely high, and greatly appreciated!!!!...

I ordered online and picked a premade selection but I mentioned that the recipient likes purple and would appreciate a green vase if one was available. The photo shows that they did both. Positive experience: Recently ordered Sympathy Flowers online from Fillmore Florist and selected the Deluxe version (the option with the most flowers), but the flowers used were not as fresh as I had expected. The roses used were a little wrinkly and had tiny hints of browning on the very tip of the petals. I would recommend ordering in-person instead of online because you can have more influence over the flowers used and you can ensure they are fresh!

Fantastic experience: The flower arrangement I sent from Fillmore Florist, “Over the Moon”, a stunning arrangement of blue Bella Donna, white lilies and roses, adorned with sky blue hydrangea is absolutely gorgeous. I believe in Shopping local and supporting the Fillmore businesses. Needless to say both Danielle and I, are truly, “Over the Moon” ❣️

Negative experience: I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience at Fillmore Florist, which was surprising given San Francisco's reputation for vibrant local businesses and kind people. Visiting from out of state for a graduation, we made a point to support local small businesses. Unfortunately, the owner at this florist was rude and sarcastic, making some snide remarks when we asked a simple question about pricing a bouquet, which left us feeling unwelcome. Should have walked out at that moment but we were in a hurry so tolerated the comments. Moreover, the prices were considerably higher than expected, which did not match the quality of service or flowers available. The flowers looked pretty bare for the amount paid. I cannot recommend this florist and suggest looking elsewhere if you're in the area and in need of a bouquet arrangement and friendly service.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the Classic White Floral arrangement to celebrate my daughter's Engagement. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what was ordered. They were delivered on time and my daughter was very happy, plus the flowers were a lovely feature at the Engagement dinner party.

Negative experience: Flowers were fine though on the pricier side. But the owner was really obnoxious and could really improve customer interactions. For example, the cost to wrap the flowers in paper (vs transparent plastic) was $5 after I’d just paid $35 for a bouquet? I won’t be coming back here, which is a shame.
