There was a problem in the delivery, not his fault…an employee at the hospital stole the bouquet! He went to great effort to figure out what happened. With no hesitation they were replaced and the second bouquet is exquisite! Our family will always use Pavilion of Flowers in the future!

Fantastic experience: I spent hours researching different local florists, and my biggest need was adjusting the delivery time to ensure the flowers would deliver before my partner left for work. Many places didn’t pick up, or couldn’t guarantee a delivery time. But, Pavillon of Flowers picked up and helped adjust my order! They were very kind and understanding, and I would happily trust them with future orders! Spoiler: my partner loved the flowers! Beautiful arrangement

Fantastic experience: Super impressed with how quickly they were able to deliver a bouquet and candle in SF— from placing an order and having it arrive in about 2 hours! The flower arrangement was beautiful and nearly identical to the photos, wrapped in gorgeous paper and ribbon. The scented candle was delivered in an adorable reusable gift bag. I will be going with Pavilion of Flowers from now on whenever I want to send flowers to friends in SF! Well done!

Fantastic experience: Exemplary service! I was devasted when I thought was another local florist canceled my order for my sister's memorial an hour before the service by an email. I live 400 miles away and was unable to go to the memorial, so providing the flowers was extremely important for me). I called Pavillion of Flowers and asked through tears if they could help me. The wonderful man who answered helped me choose a live arrangement and had them delivered to the memorial immediately for me. He sent me confirmation with a photo of the flowers at the gathering and followed up with a return call and a lovely conversation! Taking this kind of time and care for a distraught customer is truly exemplary!

Even with the Premium selection the price was still slightly cheaper than two of my other top choice of florists. Their website was easy to use for placing the order. Order was placed after business hours the night before, it was delivered the same day. I have received a text confirmation once the arrangement was delivered. It looked beautiful!

I spoke with Andrew for arrangement of bridal bouquet and boutonniere. Andrew is very knowledgeable and attentive. I called early Valentine's Day morning (after calling 6 other shops nearby - all either sold out, deliveries maxed out, or just not answering at all). I got a live person in 2 rings. He was drowning in V-Day orders but took the time to tell me to just go online and if a product was available online, then they had stock for it, and if it took a delivery time same day, then they would deliver. I did just that and it worked perfectly! The order was filled and delivered in under two hours - on the busiest florist day of the year. VERY impressive. I described an Orchid I was looking for and Andrew knew the variety right away. I also got a few little succulents for a gift for my coworkers and they provided little cute gift bags for each one. If you have any floral or other plant needs, check them out!!! They are now my go to flower shop.

Fantastic experience: 11 out 10 The sweetest delivery person called me to make sure he could get my friend's flowers to her as she wasn't answering her phone and he was unable to get into the building. He offered to buzz the other apartments or to find a safe spot to leave the flowers. My friend got home just in time, but I really appreciated the care of this team member - I wish I remembered his name. Delivery was on 1/31 for a flower arrangement to Hyde Street in case you're able to pin point who this angel was. He deserves recognition! Thank you Pavilion of Flowers!
