Negative experience: $81 for this tiny thing? Someone bought me flowers from this place today as a “gift” to me however he used my credit card (he is an authorized user) . I would NEVER have bought this myself . I buy flowers with roots , flowers like these are financially & literally wasteful as well as materialistic , especially since they die in days . This should definitely be 3x bigger for $81 . Plus some stems are brown .this is the picture it’s suppose to look like - this is what we got . I think we can all Agree these look nothing alike ! Also , this was suppose to be delivered Wednesday , however we did not received it until Thursday . Update : we did get a refund , after we denied the 30% off . Switch and bait.

Fantastic experience: I live in Michigan, so I checked the reviews on local floral shops near my Aunt. I choose Full Bloom based on others experience and when placing our order we too had fantastic service! The flowers were delivered promptly and gorgeous too!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Our daughter is celebrating a milestone birthday and we decided to send her flowers to commentate this auspicious event. How my wife found Full Bloom florist in Frisco TX I can only attribute to divine intervention. Living in Kerrville we can make local recommendations but Frisco not so well . We selected Full Bloom after a quick Google search. Placing the order only took a matter of minutes, the results will last a lifetime. I had no idea what to order really! I knew I didn't want any autumnal colors, I knew how much I wanted to spend and something fresh ,colorful and unique. Giving Full Bloom free artistic expression was risky... NOT! Our daughter said " it was the most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever seen...and here it is in my living room ,I cried". That is quite a statement from our daughter trust me she is not prone to hyperbole . It was a "God thing" that directed all the steps into a work of art that lives forever in our hearts. Negative experience: What I ordered vs what I got…… mind you I called the manager told the discrepancy she said she will get fixed send the driver back only for the next one to have maybe 3 or 5 more flowers and to small extra roses in the picture they tried to put cherries to offset. Very embarrassing and pathetic. All my co workers said they will never buy from them and you shouldn’t as well. Oh and at the end the manager said roses aren’t cheap………… maybe you shouldn’t be running a florist business if you cant match what you’re advertising ?

When the friend that ordered them called to let them know that I had not received them, they went above and beyond to make it right. Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother’s Day and got a notification they got delivered, however they never showed up the house and the person receiving them never got them. I called the next morning, spoke to Kristen, and they were SO accommodating! They apologized immediately and promised to deliver another arrangement that same day. She informed me they were out of the original arrangement ordered but then made the most beautiful arrangement in place, even adding peonies! I will 100% order from them in the future not only for the great customer service but for the beautiful product!

Every arrangement I have purchased for my wife has been beautiful and I really just buy from them now because of the care they put in and friendliness of the staff. Fantastic experience: I loved working with Full Bloom for my wedding flowers. I had called multiple florist in the area and was told that I would have to have a package for my wedding flowers, when all I needed was my bouquet, a boutonniere for my groom and flowers for the cake. That was it. I called Full Bloom and they assured me that they could do my flowers and would be more than happy to do them. I loved the way my bouquet came out. I had pink roses, white stock, and blue larkspur/delphinium, as well as eucalyptus and lambs ear (which was one of the big asks that I had so my bouquet would match my bridesmaids fake ones). They arrived right on time for the delivery, the vase that my bouquet came in was lovely and the way that everything was put together was wonderful. I really don't have any complaints in regards to the professionalism, promptness, and kindness that I was shown by this florist. Everyone on staff that I spoke to was always so nice and willing to answer my questions and bounce ideas off of. I will defiantly be using their services again! Also! My bouquet has lasted for SO LONG! The flowers are still so fresh and beautiful and its been well over a week now.

Fantastic experience: Flowers were great, as listed on the website. To me, its a little pricy, but it seems to be the average locally. As mentioned, the flowers were wonderful, and they do have same day delivery.

I just say let your florist be creative and they make the most beautiful arrangements. I am very satisfied and will continue to use Full Bloom in the future.

Negative experience: Paid $97 for designers choice arrangement for Valentines Day. Added a bear, chocolates, and balloon. With taxes, delivery, and tip the total came to $160. Look at this picture and tell me this looks worth $160. Also, the delivery person said the balloon was blown away so that is why it is not in the picture. I don't care about the balloon. The arrangement looks like a mess and is small. I will find another flower shop next year. EDIT: Changed from 1 to 5 stars. Despite your comment "All you had to do is call...", I will change my review to 5 stars. I shouldn't have to call. However, the second arrangement was very nice. I wasn't upset about the balloon. We live in North Texas so I am not surprised. The arrangement size, shape, and chaotic display was what prompted me to leave the original review. In the 2nd picture is the original arrangement next to the free replacement.

After calling to find out what happened, they made it right and sent out the correct holiday flowers and apologized. Its so refreshing to hear someone say "I'm sorry" and then follow through.
