Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! Just walking in and smelling the amazing scent of flowers makes me happy. They always have arrangements ready to go for any occasion. The girls there are very friendly and helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement for my mother-in-law. Their flowers also last a very long time! Definitely worth my 25 minute drive.

Negative experience: Responding to their response: I ordered flowers from here for a small wedding (less than 15 people total). We agreed on bouquets and boutonnieres which I paid for the day of, then I inquired about having them decorate the gazebo with some greenery and they told me they would need to calculate the cost and get back to me. Later, a woman called me with the price for decorating the gazebo and I agreed and said let’s do it. She did not ever say I needed to give a deposit. In fact, she told me I could pay when I picked up the bouquets the day before. I would have had absolutely no issue paying in advance (like I did for the flowers) but I was told to just pay when I come in and it would be taken care of. They never tried to contact me. Only when I went to get the flowers the day before the wedding I found out they had forgotten about decorating the gazebo. They told me they would check to see if they would be able to and call me back to let me know. They never did. I had to be the one to call and the woman said they couldn’t do it (so she knew but didn’t call). It was already bad enough for them to drop the ball on someone’s wedding but even worse to try to make it seem like it was because I wouldn’t make a deposit. Not true, they told me they would get started and I could come pay when I got the flowers. Do not use them for any serious events.

Negative experience: Order a flower arrangement for the next day at 12pm. (Paid extra to have it delivered by 12pm) 2 and a half hours later there’s still no update on my delivery status. Absolutely terrible service, I will not order from this company again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT WONT SHOW UP ON TIME OR EVEN CLOSE. ZERO COMMUNICATION.

Fantastic experience: I have ordered from Edwards several times over the years and they ALWAYS come through with something amazing. I live in another state, and having someone I can trust to deliver gorgeous bouquets or yummy treats to my family and friends means the world to me! Just this morning, they delivered a birthday snack basket to my nephew and I could cry at how much he loves it. Thank you so much!!!

From the first time I visited her to discuss the bride’s vision to the time I picked up the gorgeous bouquet, she was so sweet, professional, and worked magic to make the vision come true!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a flower shop where I could walk in, see some pre-made arrangements, get ideas, and have the option to customize something on the spot. A lot of places I found online focused on pre-orders or fixed arrangements, but I wanted something more flexible and personal. I found InBloom on Google and decided to drive out from Frisco, about a 25 minute drive, and it was completely worth it. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I found a beautiful arrangement that I liked and asked if we could make a few changes. They added eucalyptus, just like I wanted, and also worked in some contrasting purple tones to bring out more color. They made the changes quickly, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. The final arrangement looked amazing, the price was very reasonable, and I was really happy with both the service and the product. I’ll definitely be coming back to InBloom next time I need flowers. Highly recommend!
