Fantastic experience: This is now my 3rd time ordering flowers from IL to Plano and, just like the other times, this shop is wonderful. The flowers are stunning and she loved them. The crew at this shop are amazing and they always accommodate my request to text pictures before delivery (I've been burned by others so this is such a helpful step). I'd 100% use them and recommend them to everyone. Here are the pics from each of my 3 orders. This last one (the orange) --- LOVE. So so beautiful

Fantastic experience: this was my 1st time ordering from Appletree Flowers & I ordered my mom flowers for valentines day and they are BEAUTIFUL ! this is them a couple of days later, they’ve opened up more and look stunning. the staff there was so kind & sweet , offering to help bring my flowers to my car when it was pouring outside !! very thankful for all of the help , won’t be my last time ordering - highly recommend buying your flowers from here ! :)

Fantastic experience: After realizing I'd forgotten my sister-in-law's birthday I searched for flower shops in the Plano area. Appletree popped up as a well rated shop and after reviewing their catalog of options I began placing an online order. I called the shop because it said they couldn't make the delivery that day; the woman with whom I spoke assured me when they saw my order populate on their end they'd be sure to finish it and get it delivered same day. They honored her commitment, and my SIL was so blessed! When she returned home from work to their delivery she immediately texted me and gushed about how "stunning" the arrangement was and that "she loved it". I will be using Appletree again in the future- the quality of their flowers is excellent and they truly value caring for their customers!

Fantastic experience: I ordered a money tree to be delivered for my sister in law who is recovering from cancer surgery. Ordered from a different florist. First the emailed me they couldn't deliver that day. Then they emailed the didn't have a money tree. I canceled that order and placed my order with Appletree. They delivered a beautiful money tree, as requested and confirmed the delivery. Five star review from me.

Positive experience: I paid for an upgraded "make it fabulous" and was very disappointed in the amount of flowers received for the cost paid. I don't recommend the " let them choose option" but still a decent looking bouquet, I guess.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been order flower from here for years and they are always lovely. The most recent time, I ordered them for my mom but accidentally chose a delivery date when she was out of town. I realized it very late the night before, but they were nice enough to change the date the day of delivery and delivered a fresh arrangement several days later.

Fantastic experience: I have used Appletree Flower for flower delivery over the years. They have always created beautiful flower arrangements and the ladies always are very pleasant and helpful while speaking with in person or while taking orders over the phone. The last floral arrangement that they made included red, hot pink, and white roses. After a week, they still had a large beautiful bloom, as exhibited in the pics. They're a must use service for your next floral arrangement.

Fantastic experience: Appletree did awesome and let us know that no one was home when they tried to deliver. As it happened, our recipient was in the hospital unexpectedly and so they returned with that delivery and made a fresh one a few days later when they were able to deliver. Very happy with our experience. They also kept in communication with us throughout this process. Would recommend!!

Positive experience: Very quickly delivered. Ordered something with mostly purple. I was disappointed in the arrangement. It looks like I went outside, picked flowers and put in a vase. It had very little purple, The receiver said they really smelled good, so that was a plus. Lesson learned. I should have ordered flowers on line from different florist. I went through local florist in Florida that sent a wire. Next time I will pick out something I liked on line. So I am to blame as well.

Fantastic experience: We would like to thank the Appletree flowers team for such a wonderful job in flower arrangement on our June 10th 2023 wedding day. The centerpieces on tables were super fresh and very beautiful. You put them in the right order as I requested and made our ballroom look very elegant and romantic. All guests gave us a lot of compliments about flowers and took photos with them. After we announced that centerpieces could be taken home by guests, I was surprised that all the centerpieces were taken by guests at the end of day, which makes me feel that they could not withstand their beauty. Fantastic experience: I had my knee replaced last week. My brother and sister-in-law sent me flowers from Apple Tree florist. .I have had lots of visitors checking in on me but first thing they do is ooh and aah over the flowers. They all take a picture of then before they leave. . Every single flower ( orange roses, daisies and sunflowers and light blue hydrangeas) are large and perfect . The color combination is amazing. This is day 4 of the flowers and they are still lovely.

Once they were delivered they both reached out to rave about how lovely they were. A few days later, when the lilys in the arrangements were blooming I received more photos and texts about how these flowers were among the best they had ever received. My one sister said the lily smelled like happiness. What else could you ask for?!
