Customers are able to experience Luxe Stems in a creative and upscale environment while enjoying the best in customer service and high-touch neighborhood relationships.

6 months ago Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I was supposed to pick up a bouquet the day of homecoming, but got their closing time wrong. They kindly called me multiple times until they reached me to let me know closing time was approaching. Ended up staying a little past closing for me so I could get them picked up. Also, beautiful flowers and lovely/friendly staff when placing my order and during pick up!

10 months ago Positive experience: Beautiful arrangement and delivered on time. I think you could clarify your checkout process. I ordered balloons with the flowers for our anniversary, but you delivered birthday balloons. I can see from your ordering process that this may not be clear, so perhaps you could add some fields to ensure the correct celebration is indicated. Otherwise, great job.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my daughter’s graduation, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. The arrangement and the colors were stunning — they matched perfectly with her graduation gown. My daughter loved them and kept saying how pretty they were. When we looked at the graduation photos afterward, the flowers looked so gorgeous in every shot and made the whole day feel even more special. She told me that every time she held the bouquet, people kept saying how beautiful the flowers were. Today, we displayed them in a vase for her graduation party, and they were still just as lovely. The flowers were so fresh, vibrant colors, & put together in a way what was modern. And the best part was peonies are her favorite & it was a surprise they were in the bouquet! She loved it & got so many compliments!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I had a rush request for a bridal bouquet of two dozen roses. These guys nailed it and got it done in less than two hours. My wife absolutely loved it. They even threw in a boutonnier for me! The pictures are from after the event. They held up very well!

2 years ago Fantastic experience: My son got a beautiful arrangement from here for my birthday but sadly the next day the flowers started to die. I called the shop and few days later the owner delivered me a new arrangement to my house. 2 years ago Positive experience: The ladies at Luxe Stems were fun and professional. They helped us with an intimate surprise gender reveal for our first baby! The arrangement was beautiful and the turn around time was quick. The only downfall is that the flowers lasted less than a week.

Flowers are so beautiful and intricate but once they are cut from its original source their longevity is not very long. We are dealing with perishables and some flowers are more delicate than others. Typically, we find fresh cut flowers last about a week some longer if are cut and placed in fresh water often . We hope this helps and we hope to see you again if you ever need an florals. ✨

Told them we dropped the ball and needed a last minute wrist corsage for HOCO the following day. They did not disappoint! 2 years ago Fantastic experience: My family lives in Frisco,TX but I live in New Hampshire. I've been ordering flowers from Luxe Stems (from NH) for a couple of years for important family occasions. I've ordered centerpieces for my Mom's birthday as well as flowers delivered to her house on multiple occasions. Their designs always exceed expectations. They listen carefully to my needs for the occasion and always take amazing care to make sure the flowers are beautiful and delivered exactly as expected. I can't recommend them enough. I wish I had pictures of the centerpieces they created because my Mom didn't believe they were real until she smelled them. They were so amazing! I do have a pic of a small arrangement I recently had delivered to her house.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I ordered from Luxe Stems again for prom and I was blown away with how nice my daughter's bouquet looked with her dress! Especially since her dress was a periwinkle sequins color, which is tough to match. They are really talented and go out of their way to put unique and beautiful flowers! Love this local shop! Luxe Stems florist was awesome! I was able to order a prom hand tied bouquet and boutonnière online and have it delivered. They had the best website for ease of ordering. You can specify the attire color and other requests. The items were delivered on time with no hassle. I already told a friend about them who also used them for prom. We will be using Luxe Stems again. The flowers are beautiful!

3 years ago Fantastic experience: I was in need of flowers for my anniversary. It was Friday about 5:30 pm when I called two other flower shops that didn't close until 6 pm but they didn't answer their phones. So I called Luxe Stems Floral Design in Frisco and owner answered even though she said she was walking out door. I explained my situation and that I was need of flowers for my anniversary. I explained that I was about 20 minutes away and after giving it some thought she said she'd wait for me to arrive. I ended up getting the most beautiful floral arrangement and the florist added more roses to enhance the look. I'm forever grateful and thankful that she waited.
