Fantastic experience: WOW! I received a marvelous dozen red rose bouquet, accented with lillie’s. In all of my years, I’ve never had a bouquet of roses that held to their beauty as long as these did… From Valentines Day to first week in March they made my operatory shine at work! What made this bouquet the MOST epic… the scent. It was nothing too overwhelming- just a faint, elegant olfactory experience. Well done In Bloom, well done!

My birthday is next week and she has been making sure it is a memorable one. She was uber excited to see them and it made our day. This is now the third time they've been able to facilitate such wonderful memories. The first was the bouquet they made for our wedding. My wife loves this shop as do I. Always knowledgeable and eager to satisfy customers, I will continue to come here for all occasions, even if it is simply to express appreciation for a loved one.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mom who lives in DFW. I ordered the bouquet at 9am and they were delivered to her door by 4pm. I am 1200 miles from this florist so I was nervous about the quality of the product that would be delivered. I have attached a photo of what the bouquet looked like on their website, followed by what actually arrived to my moms door step. I am blown away at how amazing the bouquet is. It’s even more beautiful than what is pictured on their website. In bloom won over my heart today and will be the only florist I ever use in DFW as long as they stay open.

Fantastic experience: picked a shop in the neighborhood to get flowers for my mom’s bday, beautiful bouquet, flawless delivery and also just on time (wanted to order for Sunday, but the shop is closed so had to get the same day delivery). also accommodated for my request to swap roses to to smth else - extra lovely!! I only later realized that you can see the size of the bouquet when ordering and also see how it looks from all sides to make sure it meets expectations. on the expensive side (but the size explains!!), but also maybe I’m just not used to american flower prices

I totally didn’t go last minute to get a bouquet of flowers for my sisters college graduation and the lovely ladies there helped me pick out the specific flowers I wanted in the bouquet as well as wrapping it and keeping it refrigerated for me until I needed to pick it up later that day! My sister was super happy when she saw the flowers and is now working on pressing them and saving them in a book.

Learning who owns this shop brings tears to my eyes. He would be especially proud of the extra care taken to make sure this arrangement was beautifully done and delivered with such care. Negative experience: If I could give a half star I would. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I am embarrassed by the plant that was sent on my behalf. First, I did not get a confirmation email that the delivery was made so I had to call to confirm. I asked for a picture of what was delivered and I almost fainted. The blue bow that I requested was tied by an amateur, apparently. The gift definitely did not reflect the love and care that I wanted to convey to a dear friend via the plant. I feel insulted and ripped off because I work hard for my money and I’m not in business of just throwing it away. Never again!

Negative experience: They responded to my review saying they couldn’t find my order. it’s because my partner ordered the flowers and there were several issues we encountered with the bouquet itself. firstly, all of their bouquets are very expensive and are composed of mostly foliage (they claim it’s very high quality but why does that matter if the purpose of flowers isn’t to eat them, it’s for them to look pretty in your home), second, they have weird business practices and are all trained to give you these similar responses and try to just remedy the little things but made it hard to just take the bouquet back despite the fact that it had been less than 24 hours. third, the manager had this rude passive aggressive attitude towards her not only when we were discussing the fact that lillies were placed in the bouquet after my partner had asked specifically for a cat friendly bouquet with no lillies (i have photos), but she was also passive aggressive when we went up to the establishment to return the bouquet and even interrupted my partner when they were trying to ask a question. I would just like to warn people of this place who don’t know how much to spend on bouquets such as my partner. this is how they make their money. on the backs of hard working people who get flowers to make their loved ones feel special who don’t know flowers. all under the excuse of quality and their source. side note: the manager told us she had put in the refund in their system, we didn’t get our money back until after we called 5 days later and the person on the line said they had never processed it.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this specific location for 3 years now and finally writing a review. They are excellent, friendly, and very welcoming that is why I have been a repeat customer over the years. Being a veteran myself, I love the fact that I can support local veteran owned businesses which this is one!! They have a great selection, and I love the ability to go in store and get my wife flowers super easy and quick.

Fantastic experience: In Bloom in Carrollton,TX really delivered an arrangement beyond our hopes and expectations at Christmas. They also did it quickly on the spot. My husband had explained that we tried to order from an online source and we extremely disappointed. I had even cried. In Bloom made sure to make us an arrangement we would be sure to love. Positive experience: Great quality flowers, roses and bouquets. Their prices are extortionate (as are other flower shops) but their timings are late so you can get your last minute gifts easily. The staff is cheery and helpful, that is definitely a plus. I have met some rather grumpy flower people which does not align with their choice of work.

Positive experience: I'm sure the size of the arrangement has to do with how much my husband spent.. this is over the top! and certainly the quality of the roses is there.. while he may have not specified enough, I dislike that this arrangement is one sided. This is my second one that is this way.. I like it to sit on my island or dining room table.. to me the arrangement isn't balanced either. The flower sticking oddly off to the left is distracting to the whole arrangement. Also; this FEELS like a funeral arrangement.: which I really dislike. The Lilly flowers are just overpowering..:and they will make a mess. I like to rearrange the bouquet every day and since they are stuck in foam, I will have to dismantle and pull them out to do this.. pretty flowers overall.. unhappy with the arrangement/presentation of them..

For my son’s high school prom this year, which had a Disney Tangled theme, I requested a small bouquet to match the occasion. Fantastic experience: I’ve been using in-bloom flowers for a year and 11 months on a monthly basis for a bouquet for my girlfriend. They always prepare and make what I want down to the detail and I’ve yet to experience a shortage of what I’d like built in as compared to other florist. Locally and family owned and it shows when I walk in and some of the employees know me and what I get monthly and they always offer different color wraps and different shades of pink for me too!

Fantastic experience: NOT your average flower shop. The attention to detail they provide is top notch. They listen and genuinely appreciate and care for every single customer, and you can tell they enjoy to do so. Every time I’ve stopped by I feel like family, and not just a dollar sign/transaction. The arrangements are stunning, and last such a long time. I don’t know what magic they have but my flowers always last twice as long when I order here. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my 81st birthday from my daughter. They were delivered that morning but I wasn’t home so I called and they brought them out later that afternoon. It was a busy day so I just put them on my dining table. This morning I went to change the water and I noticed a broken stem and it looked a bit dry. My daughter always uses them and they are always fresh. I thought about calling but decided not to. I figured maybe they were left on the truck after the first failed delivery. This morning I received a call from Claire, checking to see how my bouquet was. I told her what happened. She said they would replace it right away. I have never had such wonderful customer service from any business. I recommend In Bloom Flowers for all your floral needs. You just don’t see many that show they care about their customers.
