Fantastic experience: Watkins Florist came thru again. I Been ordering Flower arrangements from them for years. Specially for my wife's Birthday & for Valentines each year! They have always been Very Helpful. Help make suggestions in different arrangements. If you choose a particular arrangement, a lot of them have 2 to 3 Price ranges in that same arrangement. Each size will have the same type of flowers regardless of which size you choose. The larger the size, the more of the same flowers will be added to make the arrangement Fuller. I believe in my opinion & in Most cases, Watkins Flowers, can & will put together what ones interested in or the occasion. They will put an arrangement together for you & to fit your Budget! Whether in person in their Store or on the phone to place an order, Their Customer Service & Friendliness has Always been the same. Even during some of their Busiest times of the year, NOT ONE person has Never, Ever rushed me into making a decision. The Delivery was even hours earlier than I was expecting! Sallie even helped me select a beautiful handmade Christmas card that paired perfectly with the gift. When I returned the next day to pick up the arrangement, I was greeted by Ed, Sallie's husband and co-owner, who made me feel like an old friend. He shared stories about the shop's history and his connection to the original founder, Mr. Watkins himself, adding such personal depth to an already wonderful experience. The final result? Fantastic experience: I called at about 9:10am to see if Watkins could deliver an arrangement to a nearby restaurant by no later than 12:30. My wife and I arrived at about 12:20 and the flowers were already there. Great job!

Fantastic experience: The only place to go for all your floral needs & wants - From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by Ed and his team and was instantly taken care of with fantastic attention and quality. I wanted a bouquet of red roses for a date I had planned for the following night. Neither of the sets they had pre-prepared were exactly what I was looking for, so Brittany worked with me quickly to assess my needs at the price point I was looking for. Well, the picture had a pinkish peach bow and it got delivered with a purple bow. The peach bow pictured was perfect for the family in mourning - so that was disappointing for me to see they receive the purple one in this particular case....

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers online with Watkins and there was a system error that lead to my card being charged twice. I called Watkins and spoke with Cindy. Even though it was a system error and no fault of Watkins, Cindy took charge and immediately assisted with getting the issue corrected. She kept me informed and got my account refunded the same day. As a courtesy Cindy also provided a special card to go with the arrangement I ordered. I am very impressed with how quick and friendly the service was, and even though the order isn’t scheduled for delivery until later this month, I am confident the arrangement will turn out perfectly.
