Their customer service is second to none and their floral arrangements are absolutely beautiful. I am located out of town and I recently contacted them for a floral arrangement for my brother's memorial and they handled everything perfectly. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and did I mention they have wonderful customer service! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

1 month ago Fantastic experience: I used Fallon's Flowers for my mother's memorial. I was hugely gratified that they made room for my order despite it being the Friday before Valentine's Day. Being one of the biggest flower weekends of the year, I was a bit worried that the arrangements would not be as nice as normal - I need not have worried. Thomas worked with me and was a huge help in figuring out what I would need. I am not from the area nor have I attended any events in the church where my mother's memorial would be held. He was a great advisor and asked about my mother's likes and personality to help customize the arrangements. I never felt like I was being upsold and the prices were reasonable. The arrangements were gorgeous! My mother would have loved them. The flowers were delivered on time and were a wonderful tribute to my mother.

1 month ago Negative experience: My husband ordered my daughter and I flowers for Valentine’s Day from Fallons - they were delivered on Saturday and by Wednesday they were all dead. We were expecting fresh local flowers and were very disappointed. Would not recommend
1 month ago Fantastic experience: On Valentine's Day an order from a different florist did not meet our expectations for my Grandmomma's funeral, a Google search showed me I was close to Fallon's Flowers so I rushed over. I don't know if the look of despair and desperation on my face caught the clerks attention but she immediately asked me what I needed and took me around the store collecting flowers to make the arrangement be as grand as we needed to honor my Grandmomma. She was even quick enough to think to trim the stems so I could quickly insert the flowers in the foam base. On a horrible day, that clerk took a bit of stress off with her quick and kind service!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1 month ago Negative experience: Really uncomfortable experience. Received a dried up bouquet, with buds burnt/falling off same day. Emailed really kind but honest feedback about the bouquet three days after receiving it. Even noted how I respect their work and that they've been around for so long. Received a response from Frank to not email him twice because it get's confusing (emailed twice as my corporate email often goes to spam.) No acknowledgement of my feedback, no apologies, nothing. What a weird interaction, yuck.

1 month ago Negative experience: This florist was recommended to me by family. I purchased an arrangement for my brother's funeral based on the photographs on the website. The disclosure that they include basically covers them if the flowers are not as pictured but some leading questions from the associate when I was placing the order would have probably prevented any misunderstanding. The only part of the arrangement that was anything similar to what was shown was the color. The number of roses was less than half and the arrangement itself was smaller. It was embarrassing. I called and the person on the phone was polite and asked what she could do but even a refund at this point wouldn't fix anything. This florist has great reviews but make sure if you are placing an order online and from out of state that you make it clear exactly what your expectations are or you can expect to get less than expected. Unfortunately, this is pretty typical for any customer service these days.

2 months ago Negative experience: I received a phone call from this shop asking for a Photo ID & my credit card information to verify my identity AFTER I've placed an order. That seems weird and suspicious given the amount of fraud and identity theft that goes on. I can understand a company's policy but as a customer, my time spent browsing a website and finding the perfect arrangement for my wife is valuable as well. Maybe a Disclaimer on your website about out of state orders would help alleviate time wasted for both customer and company...

I placed the order at 9:30 A.M., and they delivered on time before lunch. My baby has brought me flowers from this establishment before and I still have them. The dried flowers are so amazing. I use them for decor. He bought me these for a just because occasion and then for my birthday. I’m going to post what I’m talking about. I love this establishment so much. The centerpieces were delivered directly to the venue on time on a Sunday and everyone was raving about them. I asked for bright happy colors and boy did they ever do a great job. We gave them away to the guests and everyone was so pleased to get one. They worked with me on the price to stay within my budget despite the short notice. During my time of grieving, they took their time listening to what my mother's favorite flowers were. My heart melted when I saw the flowers at the funeral home. 7 months ago Fantastic experience: Best flower shop ever! Their flowers are top quality and worth every penny. Mind you, I have pretty high standards and they were absolutely met. The flowers were not only top tier. Customer service was too. The flowers I bought for my bf were said to be delivered but he did not receive them. Without hesitation, I call them the following day to confirm it was sent to the correct address. Amanda contacted the driver to get more information while I was on the phone. She said it seems they were STOLEN!!! However, in the same breath, she provided a solution to send the flowers again THE SAME DAY I called but my bf HAD to be present. THEY ABSOLUTELY DID JUST THAT. He got the flowers. THANKS AMANDA!!!

7 months ago Positive experience: I was at the Capitol location but was sent here because of the 50cm and 70 cm stem roses they had that I wanted to get for my mom and sister, and i must say the flowers were gorgeous. I've never been inside either location, and walking in, they had many different options. Absolutely beautiful. A nice young lady help with the flowers and even offered some tips on how to arrange them when i got home... I didn't get her name but she was really nice and soft spoken. Only 4 stars because when I walked in, I walked and stood around for about 10 mins, with no costumer service. I was so close to just walking out but i really wanted these flowers so I kinda yell to the back if i could get some help. An individual responded then, had the young lady assist me. I absolutely don't want to play any kind of card here but it was different when other people walked in.... Immediate service. She was in and out. I'm just going to call it as all 20 employees were to busy or something, and maybe because I have some color, I blended in with the background.... I don't know ... Anyway, I think I'll be back if I have to get an arrangement or something

10 months ago Negative experience: ** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY** I do not recommend purchasing from this florist company they have poor communication and have no disregard for customers that have paid for their products/services. I purchased an online order for a drop-off at 6 PM (I was unaware that the business would be closed at that time). Instead of a representative reaching out with a number I provided to ask what other time would work, they instead delivered the flowers to the wrong location at 2 PM. After speaking with a worker on the phone she then communicated that they "did not see" the time I requested and I would have to figure it out on my own. I live 3 hours away from the delivery location and I am not even sure if my beloved friend will receive the flowers.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: My brother passed away unexpectedly earlier this week. I called several florists asking if they had flowers they were going to discard. Many shops told me their policy was to trash them and they couldn’t help. With no questions asked Fallons St Mary’s location so graciously donated a bounty of beautiful roses to leave at his memorial. The store clerk even carried them To my car for me. Acts of kindness such as this are few and far between these days. I can’t express how much this gesture means to my family and I. Thank you for keeping humanity alive.

11 months ago Negative experience: To all potential customers: consider this a warning. Proceed with extreme caution if you plan to do business with this location. There are staff members here who are not just rude — they are aggressively disrespectful, dismissive, and will make you regret ever walking through their doors. The flowers here aren't bad, but the employees are a different story. There are a couple of women in the store who clearly lack good customer service skills. One of them, possibly a manager or team lead (I believe she might be Puerto Rican), has a quick temper and doesn’t seem to know how to handle herself when problems arise. If she is indeed in a leadership position, the company seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re putting in charge. There’s also another woman with a foreign accent who speaks to customers in a condescending way, as if we’re incompetent. How does a company allow this kind of behavior to continue? I strongly believe the staff at this location needs thorough training in customer service. You simply do not treat customers with disrespect—especially when you're conducting business. Where is the professionalism?

1 year ago Negative experience: I do not know the quality, beauty or creativity of the floral arrangements but I can say the customer service is severely lacking. I contacted this establishment months ago for wedding flowers. I received a call back a couple of days after my inquiry in which I was told I would receive a quote and picture examples of the flower pieces I wanted via email. I was told I would receive the follow up email in 3-5 business days. That was 4 months ago and I still have not received an email. Luckily, I found another florist that has been very attentive to my needs.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I called Fallon's for a same day delivery - really it was too short of notice. Their driver had already run the route I was ordering for but they made it happen same day anyway, less than 3 hours from placing the order. They're always great to work with and deliver beautiful flowers! Thank you!

1 year ago Negative experience: Yesterday, my friends boyfriend asked me and my fiance to pick up and deliver flowers for him. He transferred us money via apple pay. I had never bought flowers before so I asked for help and advice. Throughout the entire interaction I was upsold and met condescendingly when not accepting the 150 dollar flowers this lady was trying to sell to me. When we got up to the counter we were told they did not accept apple pay. That is fine, some places don't and they're not required to. The problem was as soon as we told the florists we had to transfer money the condescendingness from before turned into rudeness. My boyfriend is clearly transgender, he was even wearing a he/him pronouns pin and they made a point to call him a 'lady' multiple times, very loudly told the other florists in the room we didn't have enough money to pay etc. I have read other 1 star reviews and it seems like they were all met with same discrimination and rudeness. It also seems like maybe they were dealing with the same woman. In just the time we were there I saw her shame a man for buying his girlfriend "wedding flowers" for their date. Moral of the story unless you're a white Christian this isn't the place for you.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I ordered a custom arrangement of out-of-season flowers for same day delivery. There was an issue with the packaging so I emailed to let the shop know. They replied in less than 30 minutes and were back out at my house two hours later, going WAY above and beyond to make it right. Customer service doesn’t exist like this any more. I’d leave six stars if I could. I’m a customer for life now and you should be too.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Thank you again Fallon’s for another beautiful, amazing Christmas arrangement! I always choose the “Designer’s Choice” with a request for red roses to be used. Since my dad passed away my husband and I send my Aunt an arrangement with roses for her birthday and Christmas every year because he ALWAYS sent her red roses for those occasions. It brings her such incredible happiness and fills my heart with joy to see her so excited. We live in Michigan but rather than using an internet florist, I’ve always used Fallon’s because he did! 1 year ago Fantastic experience: I really enjoy patronizing with Fallon flowers. I've been a customer since the Wake Forest Rd location. I just got in town from doing hurricane relief work in Asheville. I wanted something really pretty and big for my daughter's 1st cheer competition. A lady by the name of Miss Amanda provided me with just that. She not only help with my color selection of roses, she picked the freshest garnishing they had. Then she quickly wrap it all together to make one priceless presentation. My little Queen was extremely happy!!! I Thank Fallons especially Amanda for being able to provide me with great service in a very short time.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Laura and entire staff are absolutely second to NONE! No contest bc they can accommodate any situation, any day, deliveries to a home, to a restaurant, you name it. They are pleasant, professional yet so down-to-earth! They are simply the best, period. They also have lavender roses! Scale from 1-5? Answer=10 12/4/2024: I use you guys all the time!! And did again. Absolutely the best flowers and kind service, down-to-earth.

They have always had beautiful arrangements and additional local chocolates from Videri (a great raleigh based chocolate expertise). I most recently spoke with Amanda, and they were extremely helpful in finding the perfect flowers for my occasion! Why go to a box store for generic flowers when you can benefit from a trained expert in their precisely refined flora (at the same price)? I recommend Fallon's Flowers to everyone I can. They care about making your occasion perfect.
