My delivery was for Monday, but we have the winter storm that started Saturday night and cause the roads to be snowy and icy on Sunday, so they said they may not be able to deliver on Monday. To my discretion, they called me and said that they had one driver, and they will be able to deliver my daughter's birthday flowers, and balloons and they did.!!! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday even more perfect!!

Positive experience: I’ve received 2 deliveries from here in the past month. While the flowers have been beautiful both times, they managed to spell my name incorrectly both times. The sender emphasized the spelling of my name BOTH times because he knows how I feel about people adding an imaginary “e” in my name. They disregarded what he said, even though they allegedly wrote it down. The card had my name spelled the way they wanted to spell it…incorrectly. I would think attention to detail would be important in this business. Such a careless mistake like not spelling the persons name correctly that you’re delivering flowers to is not something that should happen. It definitely shouldn’t happen twice.

The order was for one of our couples from church celebrating their anniversary of 67 years so I wanted to make sure they had a unique, classic and beautiful floral design! The flowers chosen had all three of those elements. They were delivered the next day. The wife of the couple was so amazed on how beautiful the flowers were when she saw them. She could not stop talking about it. She had her daughter take a picture of it the following day to send to me and she was right. They are beautiful! So glad I ordered from them!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, this florist seems to pick and choose who they want to help. I found them to be unfriendly and not very helpful when I reached out. It felt like they weren’t interested in offering support unless it suited them. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: One word... Amazing. A year ago I made the mistake of ordering from 1800-Flowers and they never arrived to my Mom for her birthday. I called NR Florist day of and they made an extraordinary arrangement for my mother and delivered quickly that day. Today, 5/10/25 they blew our minds with a beautiful arrangement as an early mother's Day gift. 100% reliable 100% quality , very grateful for them.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this florist. The afternoon of April 2, 2025 I received a very big, very beautiful arrangement of plants and flowers that I know was also very expensive. The following day the Lillie’s were wilted. After calling the shop I was given an email address and directed to include a picture with the message, which I did. Two days later the roses were wilted. Having not heard from the first email, I followed up with a second. It has been a week and I have yet to be contacted. I am very disappointed and know the sender would be totally dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was opening up her business and for the first day I wanted a nice flower arrangement sent to her. I do not live in Raleigh and actually am from another state, wasn't sure what I wanted, only that I didn't want carnations. This arrangement had to make a statement. I checked lots of reviews of florists and was so pleased with this one. When I called, the salesclerk was super, friendly, and oh so helpful! I told her I wanted something that would say "Congratulations" and just be spectacular. Boy did I ever go to the right place! My daughter sent me pictures and her words were," Mom, these are stunning! You must have spent $200.00 on these." I smiled to myself and did not tell her I paid less than half that for this arrangement of lilies, roses, a huge hydrangea flower and more. I'm so glad I chose North Raleigh Florist! P.S. I'd add a picture of the arrangement but I'm not very good at adding pictures to an email yet.

I worked as a florist and know how difficult it can be to get nice white roses. These were perfection and the arrangement matched the picture extremely close. I was so pleased.

I placed an order for delivery for the next morning, but had some things change the night before and had to cancel the order and they were able to pull it off the truck and refund the order no problem at all. Fantastic experience: The website made ordering extremely easy! I was even able to get same day delivery and from the time of checkout to delivery was about 3 hours which included a 30 minute drive from the florist's location. The recipient was over the moon and said the delivery driver was courteous, called beforehand and delivered to the door. In the past other florists have simply left them on the porch which would be a problem in this summer heat. Thank you North Raleigh Florist!

I placed an order for a Designer's Choice - Bright and Cheerful bouquet in a vase. I then found out my daughter would not be home to receive. I called around 9 in the morning, explained that I wanted something cheerful with vivid colors, in an arrangement that was original rather than a conventional bouquet. The woman who took my call was pleasant and efficient with getting my information. By 3 that afternoon, my artsy friend texted me with a photo of a fabulous interpretation of my wishes, and she was thrilled not only with the sculptural aspect but with the fragrance that she called "beyond enticing." Great service — lifted the spirits of the recipient AND the giver.

Fantastic experience: I called North Raleigh Florist from Rochester NY today. The girl who helped me was so helpful and so nice. My son and daughter in law lost there dog of almost 17 years and I wanted to send them a peace Lilly plant. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful.

Negative experience: For a first experience it was horrible. The young lady had an attitude the whole interaction. I even asked her “ You must be having a bad day?” She said “nope” with an attitude. I would like to know why do businesses ignore the bad reviews and not reach back out. Since I’ve been in Raleigh I have had nothing but bad experiences time and time again and yet another business that prides itself on “Serving the community” has disappointed me and my family. Please set proper expectations for employees to treat every customer as a new customer go through the process of what the order process is like and go through the process of what the wraps look like cause I’m sure if I didn’t ask her what the wrap looked like she would’ve never shown me. I hope that a change will come and that proper customer service skills will be taught to that young lady. I hate to say this but this is why black business will not succeed the simple customer service skills aren’t shown and if you’re going to have a tone over the phone and social media please have it match that face to face interaction.

Negative experience: I’ve been a regular customer for the past few years and have always been so impressed by the quality and selection, but the last 2 orders have been disappointing. First, I ordered white roses and received rainbow roses instead, and the 2nd time ordered pink roses and they were halfway dead by the time they were received.

This place is really huge . At 1st I thought I wasn’t going to like my experience because I came by a day early to see if I would like it because on the day of when I’m scheduled to pick it up if I didn’t like it I didn’t have time to change it but with me coming by a day before it allowed me to make changes if I needed to, and to know where I was going, I hate getting lost and only having a small window to get somewhere. However I was satisfied although it took someone a little minute to come to the desk I didn’t mind after the person that helped me had a wonderful attitude even tho I was a little anxious .
