Negative experience: Is this a scam or what? Why wouldn’t you communicate with customers about their deliveries? There’s been no delivery, no updates, not even a follow-up message. I’ve been calling repeatedly and no one is answering. You claimed to delivered everything but nothing .

Negative experience: The flowers were never delivered! I placed my order for my wife and little daughter two days before Valentine’s Day and selected a specific delivery window 9:00-11:00am. Despite this, they received absolutely nothing. I called more than ten times to get an update, but no one answered or responded. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be a meaningful surprise for my family was completely ruined, so NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! unless you’re willing to risk having your special occasion ruined as well!

Negative experience: Placed an order a while back for flowers to be delivered between a certain time and they arrived a couple hours late. It was very frustrating as I needed them to give to a friend who had just gave birth and I needed to make it in time for visiting hours. Since then my boyfriend has spent over $1000 in flowers here and on more than a couple occasions the delivery was also late. But today on Valentine’s Day the delivery was suppose to be made between 10-1pm. It is now 4pm and no signs of flowers. He even called the shop a dozen times and no one would pick up. Finally, he received a call back and was met with complete and utter sarcasm and disrespect. Not an ounce of remorse and was just told we’ll cancel your order and refund your money.

Negative experience: DONT ORDER FROM HERE THEYRE SCAMMERS!!! I spend $120 on valentines flowers and they never showed up. I called all of their locations and no one answered. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Negative experience: * 1 Star I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Luna Flowers in Schaumburg. I paid a lot of money for an arrangement that died the very next day. I placed my order well in advance for 10:00 AM pickup, yet the flowers were not ready until after 11:00 AM, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the staff had an attitude and seemed annoyed, even though they were the ones unprepared and said they didn't have the roses ready. Of course I was frustrated - I ordered ahead for a reason. I reached out asking for some type of help or resolution and was given the manager's number, but I was completely ignored and never received a response. Overall, poor quality, poor service, and no accountability. I would not recommend spending your money or time here.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers twice, but both times they canceled my order without any explanation. It was 9:30 p.m., and they are supposed to work until 10:00. It was really important to have the flowers delivered, but they didn’t do it. I ended up wasting my time and energy, even though I could have ordered from somewhere else. Very disappointed with their service.

Negative experience: Don’t ever order from Luna Flowers. I’m seriously furious. I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday two weeks in advance, and they somehow still showed up a day late. What’s the point of getting birthday flowers after the birthday? I also never got a single confirmation or tracking email, so I called them — six times. Six. Every time I called, they told me they’d “talk to their manager” and hung up. Never emailed me back. Never sent me tracking info. Absolutely unprofessional and careless. And then the bouquet finally shows up — and it’s a complete joke. I spent $80 expecting the beautiful, full arrangement from their website, but what I got looks nothing like it. Half the flowers are missing, they stuffed random baby’s breath and greens to fill the empty spaces, and the wrapping looks cheap. It’s embarrassing. Honestly, my girlfriend could’ve done a way better job with flowers from the grocery store. She’s not even a florist, but she actually knows how to make something that looks thoughtful and full — not this empty, rushed mess. The fact that a random person could’ve made something ten times better than what a “professional” business delivered is just sad. I wanted to surprise my mom and ended up feeling completely ripped off. Never again. Don’t waste your time, your money, or your emotions here. They don’t care, they don’t communicate, and clearly, they don’t take pride in what they send out.

Positive experience: I ordered a flower box from Luna Flowers for my wife's birthday. The flowers were delivered during the delivery window they provided. The flower box looked very underwhelming. The box was not the color I chose (it was plain white) and a particular rose which made the bunch better was missing. Instead some other rose was repeated which made the bunch look dull. I ordered it from Sheffield location, but when I tried to contact them the call was going straight to voicemail, same thing with another location. Finally the Luna Flowers store on Lincoln answered the phone. Initially they were reluctant to do anything but after some back and forth they agreed to fix it. They replaced the box and the put in the actual roses that they had advertised on their website. Although I appreciate them fixing it for me, for the prices they charge I would have expected them to deliver the exact products they advertise. Lana at the store on Lincoln was super helpful and provided great customer service. Thank you! I would give them another try for my next celebration.

When the lilies opened up, they were enormous. Way more beautiful than any pre-made bouquet, and it only cost about $35! Worth it to go in-person.

Negative experience: I hired this company for a proposal decoration and initially, they were very responsive and attentive, answering all my questions. However, when the big day arrived, they were **40 minutes late**, completely ruining the element of surprise and causing additional costs for the venue and photographer. Just **10 minutes after setup, the decorations collapsed**, proving they have no awareness of Chicago’s winds despite operating in the area. I spent **$1,000** on this disaster, and all they offered as compensation was **50% off my next purchase—an absolute joke**. If you're looking for a reliable decorator for your proposal, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: I order light pink colors which should be white roses and pink roses according to the item image in one bouquet as seen in the screenshot but I ended up with roses that are pink with a mix of green… completely different. When I asked the employee about this, they said that’s how it’s supposed to be and the only white roses they had were very small… disappointing as I had a theme of white and pink but got something else completely.

Negative experience: Would never buy flowers from here again. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day… they say 1 hour local delivery in Chicago and I placed an order for delivery and had a time window on the 14th for the delivery. It never came. I reached out and had a very difficult time getting ahold of anyone but long story short they ended up saying it was to late even though the shop was still open and would have to deliver them the following day. The following day when they arrived the flowers had wilted pedals and out of the two dozen flowers I ordered there were only 11 and no personalized note which I had arranged for. I called the flower shop and asked for a refund and sent the proof of the flowers they sent me. They said they would have a manager call me and would refund me and resend new flowers. Neither of that happened. No refund. No call back. No new flowers. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this was a really bad service with no action taken on the part of the company. For me paying $150 for flowers I would expect better.

Negative experience: I put down a whopping $250 (including tax and tip) for a bouquet from here a few weeks ago to celebrate my wife and ended up being really disappointed with the quality of the flowers for the price. I buy flowers a lot, and am accustomed to paying $150 or so for a really lush, beautiful bunch of flowers in a simple vase, so I assumed the $250 would put this in a totally different ball game. Unfortunately, they arrived bound up in a big open-top decorative box, which was very cute but impractical, and already some of the petals were flaccid and there was even some bruising. (The delivery driver also ignored my request that they call me when they were on the way so as not to blow the surprise, which he did by ringing the doorbell.) After faking to my wife that they were not for us, I ran them around back, unwrapped them and put them in a vase of water I had. Still, they only ended up lasting about 5 days before totally withering away. She did like the arrangement quite a bit, so that was a plus, but I'll certainly go somewhere else for my flowers next time. (Sorry Luna, not trying to be nasty to you, just being honest.)

Negative experience: I placed an order in-store for Valentine's Day delivery, with the arrangement scheduled to arrive between 11 AM and 2 PM. Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived. I attempted to call the store multiple times that day, but received no response. A few days later, I visited the store in person to request a refund. An employee took down my information and assured me they would follow up once the refund was processed. Weeks have passed with no update or refund. I later attempted to dispute the charge through my card provider, only to find the business falsely claimed I had picked up the order in-store, despite the fact that it was clearly a delivery order that was never fulfilled. Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Negative experience: I placed an order online for a birthday gift. Delivery was requested for a specific time. Flowers were NOT delivered during the time frame, but "delivered" soon after I made the purchase...and the flowers were never found after that. I called both locations so someone could reconcile my order. I was told through text and via phone call that a manager would get back with me. That unfortunately never happened. My order was never delivered (with proof) and the communication with this business was completely unprofessional. I have receipts, for tax. I wouldn't waste my time or money even going in their stores since their customer service is nonexistent. Please stop wasting your customers time.

Negative experience: Scam place. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this flower shop. The bouquet I ordered was massively overpriced, and what I received looked like something you could get for $15 at Jewel Osco. The flowers were sluggish and wilted on the very first day, and by the second day, they were in even worse condition. To make matters worse, the bouquet I received looked nothing like the beautiful arrangement shown on their website. When I reached out to ask for either an exchange or a refund, they informed me that they have a "no-refund" policy. However, there was no mention of this policy during the ordering process or even on their website's refund policy page. This was misleading and unprofessional. Complete waste of money—I'll never order from here again!
