Fantastic experience: The bouquet of flowers was absolutely beautiful, soft peach, color and soft pink.

Positive experience: The customer service was very good. I feel that the arrangement was skimpy for the $99.89 I paid (tip was additional).

Negative experience: Paid over $200 for an arrangement for Mother’s Day and looked nothing like the picture.. am pretty disappointed considering how much I paid too (Last image is what I ordered) Update: after posting the review they sent a replacement bouquet the next day. It’s definitely better than the first one but still lacks red flowers, is smaller and just doesn’t look like what was advertised. I appreciate the effort to correct the mistake but I wish they’d have only advertised what can actually be done, again this cost over $200

Fantastic experience: We ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for our daughter-in-laws bridal shower. Ashland Addison did an exceptional job of giving us exactly what we were looking for. It is also a nice customer service touch to get a text when the flowers were ready along with a photo of the bouquets. We’ve used AAF before, and we’ll use them again.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for helium balloons, this is the place to buy them. I bought my wife balloons after our son was born at Prentice, and they've been up for the past 9 weeks and are still full (they last 3 WHOLE months, wow!). Super high quality and a good price compared to other shops at the hospital. Very nice staff as well.

Fantastic experience: They knew what I wanted even when I didn’t and the customer service was impeccable. They delivered the arrangement immediately and surpassed my expectations. This was the kind of service and arrangement that I’d expect at Disney world but Ashland Florist brings it’s own magic to their arrangements and service.

Negative experience: Flowers were not delivered as e-mail confirmation indicated. Had to call the floral shop again a few days later to inform them of non-delivery. The floral shop did try to re-send the flowers, but I do not have confirmation from the receipient has actually received. We should not have had to follow up with this.

Fantastic experience: We get flowers weekly here for our small medical practice. The flower arrangements are always different and creatively arranged. The staff is very efficient and friendly and once we had flowers not make it the whole week and they replaced them without an issue. Really wonderful to work with them!

Fantastic experience: Flower shop located inside Northwestern Women Aprentice Hospital in downtown Chicago. My brother and sister in law baby boy arrived and wanted to surprise them with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I called and simply placed my order over the phone. Fantastic experience: This year I couldn't travel to be with family for the first time, so I sent AshAdd arrangements to my parents and my aunt for Christmas. Both arrangements were beautiful, and used very fresh flowers. The add-on Dinkels bakery cookies were a tasty bonus. I loved that I got a photo of what was delivered (the arrangement looks just like the photo on the website) and that despite ordering the evening of December 23rd, these flowers were delivered the next morning.
